A dirty hole in the middle of assivirtel of Berlin A Russian company We could not stay as it was not suitable for our little child. We call the company and wanted to demand the money back and then came the statement they should have stunted it 3 days ago although we ordered it 2 days ago before arriving so we lost it the money I advise everyone from there to check a check It has been called parking option There is what is not true.

Good value for money. The bathrooms, although common, are not dirty contrary to what I could read, the room and bedding were clean and quite comfortable. The pension is close to a supermarket and a subway station giving quick access to the city centre.
On the other hand, the heat can be stifling quickly in the summer, and the rooms are very poorly insulated from the noise.
Overall the stay went well.

The hotel is very clean.

OMG, what a dive for 40€, if you can get an immaculately clean hotel room with a built-in bathroom at 24€ near Kudamm, why ever go here? The room is a tiny box with NO closet or any place to hang up your clothes. Not even a single hook is to be found. Cleanlyness is far from it and to take a pee or shower you have to take hike. What a terrible joint. Stay away at all cost!

Dirty, dirty, unfriendly not as described.
Rooms do not have as discussed kitchen duvet cover is dirty u has hair, silver fish beetles and the toilets are outside partly we have been obliged 3Etagen to get to the bath/WC because partial baths are closed on the floors. We had received an assignment from the office in spite of other accommodation in our own height we were coerced and blackmailed to sleep there which we did not. The room for 2 people is way too small it just fits a double bed where on both sides there is not enough space there once on the wall and other side sink in the way. Wardrobe fits just a backpack in otherwise no more room door blocks the way. Ne! Not with us and then still want to force this night in which we were not on the spot to confirm that can collect nicely from the office although we were not present. Only the Lord of the reception can be broken German.
Oh Luxembourgish is the majority of the cameras only dummy!

Pretty rocked off. But it's OK for a weekend.

So the room goes already, but the cleaning ladies could at least clean the toilets more times. Is not very pleasant if you have to see the business of other guests…

Good location, cleaning, quiet and cheap.

Very small rooms, Wi-Fi goes on strike every now and then, No fridge in the room, laundry only in the laundromat.

So, for the general, not recommended …
You could hardly sleep through the nice with "guests" so all in all comfort technically not worth a visit again …

For those who are interested in staying in Berlin for cheap-option. But for this price-naively count on even the average conditions. "Hotel" is inhabited by Ukrainian laborers who are noisy and sing songs and refugees.

The worst hotel in the world! I lost my money for a night but I can not stay there!

Clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff and good location. Nice place.

An old and dated place but cozy and quiet. The receptionist is not always there to attend you except for check in. No amenities close by other than the S bahn. The single room is just nice for a person. Personally acceptable for a relatively cheap accommodation.

The receptionist can't speak a word of english, I made a reservation 2 days before and they cancelled it 1 hour before I should be arrived because they can't precash my card (which works perfectly well).

Cheap. A bit run down. Close to a large Rewe and close to public transport.

Near to S-Bahn, but the conditions of the pension are poor.

I had chosen consciously the "Adams farm" me for a spontaneous 3 days holiday. I need no comfort and the price agreed. At the time of booking, I was assumed that I can book this breakfast for 5, — — euro. But was not the case. When I got there, it was obvious why the is no longer offered. ' There were no premises. The House is old and in need of renovation.
My room was clean, but it smelled musty, smoke, or simply just old. With the images in the portal, where I had booked, the room had nothing in common. It was clean and worked on the 1st look comfortable, but the exact look you saw the broken and fragmented off baseboards, the stains on the wallpaper. It was simply unkind. The window had only thin curtains without curtain, so that you observed by always felt. The sink in the room had no device on which they could hang a towel and was no closet in which you could put his stuff in the room. The shared bathroom was really clean. That was really do
It was more of a hostel than a pension. In the keys, I got a business card, on which even Hotel-pension Adamshof stood "their comfortable and affordable accommodation in Lichtenberg". It's really cheeky. Was also on the map that there should there be a bistro — about this but nothing was seen. I haven't seen anybody on staff there during all that time at all. I had to throw the key departure in a box in the stairwell. Had I known this before, I would have paid rather a little more and would have gone to another House.

Room very small, very thin walls. 1 shared bathroom/WC per floor — very dirty. Room has terrible stunk of cigarettes. The free Wi-Fi costs although nothing — has, but also does not work.
