It's pretty average, but with good customer sercice.

Simple hotel with renovation backlog … Broken tiles in the bathroom. Otherwise clean and centrally located, which of course also means noise from the outside (opposite the train station)

Great hotel. Dogs are allowed and nice staff.

Very good from train station on foot to reach nice and friendly staff and good rooms.

Dirty furnishing, dirty furniture, TV from before yesterday with defective control buttons. Bath lighting unprotected neon tube.
It is a good thing that the cleaning staff and the lady at the reception are very much in trouble. Top and thank you.

Good location, good service. A bit cold.

Cheap overnight stay right at the train station. Room clean and quiet. Ideal for an overnight stay. Just why the bail should be €50, I guess I won't understand.

Run down, unkempt, desperately in need of renovation, noisy. Didn't feel comfortable there.

Not so recommended if you like it clean and don't want to be greeted by cigarette smoke in the hallways.

Hotel in the old building of Berlin — everything squeaks and Knart. Would not stay here.

Not the best/cleanest room but decent value and very friendly staff.

First thing I noticed about my room is that there was a large dead bug smashed into the floor of the bedroom. There was no shower curtain and the water pressure was so high that it spayed water across the bathroom.

Perfect location right beside S-Bahnhof Lichtenberg. The rooms are big and confortable, and they're reasonably priced. It has all the basic amenities you could need.

The workers there are really nice and the beer is cold and delicious!

Train station is across the street. Rooms are really clean. Friendly staff.

Two stars, deserves two stars. Smoke scent everywhere, despite "no smoking" policy.

Fair Compromise Price Performance.

Good and simple hotel. pros: cheap, good location (near S bahn), close to several grocery stores and restaurants, friendly staff. cons: slow Wi-Fi, a bit noisy rooms.

Absolute Frechheit, we have a hotel room by phone for busy today where the price was called us booked on today's arrival we had to pay all of a sudden more… The grounds of the Chief changes every week prices na super many dankeso you doing the business

According to note two new rooms were shown us that we were no longer
And to the filthy mattress was just said is okay and waved off
After further explore we have left the hotel.

It is so first impertinence that you get other pictures shown as it is true. We have entered the room and wanted to run right back out, things in the eye are like us that can be simply net… Such hair on the mattress, handkerchiefs, bed, fully urinated mattress, mold in the shower… Then I am to the reception and this reported, I got an other room conclusions, after I look at the room, this was no better and that continued with 2 other rooms. Points out, we decided to leave the hotel, where only a giant discussion me the boss started due to the refund of the money. After a back and forth, but we got it and left the hotel…
Conclusion: Dirty, unsanitary… NEVER AGAIN
The only positive was the friendly staff at the reception.

Comfy clean and very reasonable prices. Breakfast limited choice but what was on offer very nice… And bahn station across Road so position excellent… Well done.

Great service, cleaning was done well and daily. The breakfast menu was varied. The best thing about this hotel was the location, it was literally across the street from the metro station, I was able to go anywhere in Berlin in no time. Definitely recommend it.

A decent place to stay in Berlin. Good connection to the city centre and public transportation hub across the street. Spacious, clean and quiet room.

The Hotel Nova is a really nice little Hotel. Perfect for a Couple of days to discover Berlin. The location at the Lichtenberger station makes it easy to the city centre quickly and directly. The Breakfast buffet is varied and very tasty. Also the Service is very friendly and always open-minded. You rooms are great decorated and always totally clean. So, when I again come to Berlin, I would the Hotel definitely again choose.

The Hotel Nova is located directly across from the train station Lichtenberg. Mainly that's why we had chosen it. Included is a super Breakfast. Our room was quite nice actually. Large, nicely furnished but directly on the road. My friend could not be so a good night's sleep. My frame was bent and it was little bit uncomfortable, but bearable. We were like a Small compensation offered. You could be a little bit more on the cleanliness. But in Large and Whole everything is great. We will definitely come again again.

Great hotel near a metro station. Affordable and comfortable. I recommend, if you are not with big ambitions.

The Hotel is conveniently located right in front of the Lichtenberg S-Bahn station, which is very convenient for any part of Berlin. In spite of the area that might seem a little degraded, the hotel is very nice, the staff is nice and kind, the rooms are clean, spacious and quite quiet, every now and then you hear the ambulance passing by, but nothing of that. The prices are contained and if I go back to Berlin, I would definitely return to the Hotel Nova. I don't know the breakfast as it is because we decided not to do it here at the Hotel but around Berlin to try a different specialty every day.

Really nice place. Got a big and silent room with pleasant design and it was a really good deal.

The hotel is right across Berlin-Trachtenberg train station. Easy access to the main travel routes in Berlin. The service is good, the personal is nice. The room inasmuch larger as expected and clean. Thumbs up.
