I highly reccomend this hotel. Service is just great. Rooms are clean, cosy and quite modern. Breakfasts don't really surprise, but everything is served fresh.

It's a great hotel. Awesome staff, competent and friendly. Comfortable rooms, only after renovation. 5 minutes to the tram stop. There is parking and bowling. Of the cons there is no side to the hotel and near the hotel. In the bowling alley there is pizza, not all children eat it.

. Economical. Normal average for available money. Pure, friendly staff with a sense of humor.

Hotel was great. Staff were lovely, in particular a lady named Anna who had great English and was really helpful and cheery. Only downside is we found the mattresses a little hard (though that may be personal taste) and it does seem to be located in the middle of nowhere (though public transport makes up for this). Overall great Hotel, would stay again.

I made a reservation for this hotel and when I showed up the receptionist said there was no vacancy. He was not helpful in anyway and rude. I understand that there was a carnival in City and lots of hotel was booked but they could at least informed me via email to let me know the situation so I didn't have to drive 4 hours to the hotel and cannot get some rest.

Well-kept hotel. Located outside the east of Berlin. But good connections to tram, buses to S-Bahn.
Staff were friendly. Breakfast was enough.

Bad! We stayed in this hotel last autumn and we are really disappointed. The hotel rooms don't look at all as they are depicted on the internet pictures! The chambermaids come to the room anyway, although you hung the sign "don't bother. " The service is quite ok. We wouldn't recommend it to others anyway.

The room was very small.

Nice hotel. Which we could book at a great price. All very nice. Room clean and large. Parking free u directly in front of the house. In the upper floors super view. To the city. Something from the center. But good transport connections. Stop right around the corner!

We booked 6 nights! Were very surprised and very satisfied! Hotel very large, rooms were also very large and very nice clean! One tip the pillows could be others, the filling was not so good! But otherwise great praise! Thank you to the whole team!

The prices in Berlin are very expensive, this hotel is relatively far away from the sights of Berlin, a half hour drive to get to the Berlin Mitte. Breakfast is acceptable, nothing you would call abroad as balanced and plentiful. The rooms were clean, but as the building itself was not modern. At extras, this hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, which is rarely found nowadays, as well as a parking facility at the hotel. My conclusion: For this price you can not expect much, but Berlin is worth this price. For a city like Berlin but little.

Simple but good hotel just outside of Berlin. But the connection to the public transport is very good. The rooms are nice and functional.

Simple hotel from GDR days. Little refurbished. Clearly outside. Positive parking free and tram stop 200 mtr away.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I will definitely come back.

Really nice comfortable hotel, the staff were really helpful and polite. Rooms were kept clean and tidy and we always got clean towels each day. Hotel is a bit out of the city but the M6 tram runs every 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and takes about 20 minutes to get there, but a comfortable ride in, tram stop is only 200 metres from hotel. Tram tickets can be bought at hotel reception and we found the best priced ticket was the small group all day card for up to 5 persons and it only costs 19 euro 90. Breakfast is good and plenty of selection. I would recommend this hotel for the price you pay.

The bowling alley is very good also about the service I can not complain at all. Price — performance ratio is totally OK. All in one… nice shop!

When getting to the hotel, the staff told me I haven't booked a room with them and I have to pay another £85.00 per night to stay there, after standing around for 20 mins and the receptionist faffing around, she eventually found my booking. The rooms are clean and get cleaned. The beds are awful along with the pillows. On the floor I was staying on there where teenagers who where up partying all night. I know that one isn't the hotels fault. It's in a good location thought. I can't imainge I'd stay here again.

The old hotel, now some floors are being renovated. Breakfast is terrible.

Clean and large rooms but very basic and very dated. Needs a refurb badly!

I was worried when reading the reviews, but once arrived I was impressed, very welcoming staff, an English easy to understand, explicit. The room is just perfect for the price, couldn't have expected better for the price. New room, very nice, we were on the 14th floor, with a superb view on the Türm TV, really great, a close to the tram which is perfect. An accessible parking, and the icing on the cake, a bowling with bar, nice when you want to spend the evening not too far from its hotel room.
Otherwise very clean room, good Wi-Fi, nice view and great staff. I do not regret to have come here!

Decent place, breakfast was okay. Staff was nice to us. In the room you could hear quite clearly the passing traffic, mostly the trams.

Very poor, drilling going on at 7am in floors above and smell from bathroom, I won't be back. This is supposed to be a three star hotel, it's very basic and twin beds should have been double, I don't recommend!

Great hotel for room and hall furnishings. In particular it is convenient. Faults: Our bathrooms do not have window or fan; It is also far from the center.

Clean and comfortable, the distance from the city center isn't a big deal because the tram stop is very near.

Close to the tram line M6 connecting with Alexanserplatz. It is in an uncommercial sector, inside the hotel there is bowling and a simple bar but with good pizzas and cheap beers. The worst thing is the attitude of the employees, they are abrupt for the treatment, they do not know English, much less Spanish x such motive they annoy and make all kinds of faces in a nuisance tone, from the reception to the bar. The room was clean and the breakfast was very clean. All in all it was not a good experience and I would not recommend it.

Hotel could do with a bit of improvement, but all in all it is a 5* experience. Wifi in room. Smart tv. Yeah it is far from city center but tram stop is 200 meters away and its a straight 30 min trip on M6 tram to Alexanderplatz. People in main reception made us feel welcome. Spoke english. Bathrooms are very clean. What more can one ask for?

I really enjoyed this hotel. Clean and modern, with nice staff. It was also really cheap. There is also bowling inside.

That's good for what it is. The rooms are spacious, clear, warm, very hot even (no air conditioning). The hotel is clean, high 16 floors, it is typical of the buildings of Western.

Continental Breakfast was subpar, but other than that the rooms are nice and the hospitality is good!

The hotel staff is helpfull but the bowling/bar staff are very veryy veryy Unrespectfull! He walk away we are not ready with talking we want to ask something he dont looking at your face and give you hatefull answer. No more comfort Hotel ;)

The room I was in was nice ans comfortable for out tour group and the location was close enough to visit the local areas.

Very good Breakfast. The beds are very soft. Only the night is the street with the window open too loud otherwise good nights had. Train tickets can be the Repzeption buy.

Were now with the family 3 days in the Hotel. The price/Leitsungsverhältnis true. The next Tram Station is about 200 meters. The only No-Go are the Wi-Fi prices. In the Longe Wi-Fi is free of charge, ok. In the room it costs for 1 Smartphone 9, 00 € and for a Laptop13, 00 €! The rooms are large and friendly. Here would be the only Meckergrund the old TV. But it has worked well. The staff is friendly and helpful, both at the reception and in the Breakfast room. The Breakfast is simple and good. For the price you can't really complain.

Rude receptionist on a Friday night at 10, no Wi-Fi in room, for the amount of money you will spend here, look elsewhere. I am sure some nice hostel will be better than this.

I was now 2 weeks in this Hotel. Unfortunately the Hotel is rather moderate. The rooms were always nice and bright (South side) but in sunlight, also very warm (the cleaning lady has the curtains kindly every day, nice and wide open so the sun can also be freely in the room rays can). In the first room I only had a small tube TV. In the second then a regular LCD. The rooms are nice and big and easy / Normal set up. The Breakfast is average. There are actually always the Same, and I'm glad after 2 weeks time, something else again to have Breakfast. Often have multiple buses, with Asian visitors in front of the Hotel are kept and these have then Scharenweisse the entrance and the Elevator is blocked. I then mainly the stairs used what for up to 16 floors, but is very tedious. Sometimes the school classes were quartered. Then it went through in the late hours of the night is extremely loud. Who but a peaceful Hotel is looking for anyway here wrongly at the place as on the adjacent Landsberger Allee around the clock incredibly much traffic on the roads.

Only once: To the Hotel I can say little, actually makes a really good impression. Here is more of the bowling lanes FunBowl to be valued, the the Hotel is located. Although it is not on the latest state of the art, but completely sufficient, the balls are also reasonably in order. One could, however, slightly more pizzazz into the Store, a couple of world Cup Wimpelchen from the Metro bring it not. The Service is OK, drinks are going fast, on the food with Metroniveau you should better do without. The younger serving staff give a lot of trouble. Only: If you are unlucky, you get to the Bahnchefin and then the fun is over! Like the lady with customers bypasses, simply amazing. You feel like you are on the barracks yard. There will also be no training will help. A Prime example of "how can I quickly and effectively drive away customers". And previously, this was not an isolated case; a bad day hits.
