Very good place to rest between berlin's parties.

A great option and with excellent cost benefit. We spent 3 nights at this hotel which remains only 5 minutes from the train station and with cafeteria facilities, restaurants and bakery under "home". The property is simple but at the same time caters to all the needs for tourists who have to spend a period in Berlin: clean room and bathroom and a very friendly and helpful staff.

For pure accommodation a good option. However, no stone Schnack to be expected. Bathrooms are private in the hallway, so you can lock them with a key. W-Lan works perfectly.

Cheap and cheerful, exactly what I needed for a short stay without breaking the bank. Rooms are clean and spacious with good noise insulation, hotel is located in a lovely quiet part of town but has good transportation links to more lively parts. Only minor nitpicks I would have would be a lack of 'do not disturb' signs and lack of power outlets near some beds. Never tried the breakfast or saw any staff during my short stay.

Large, comfortable room, with separate bathroom across the hall. Room had tv, and they have free Wi-Fi. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. I can’t comment on the breakfast because I didn’t try it. Room was cleaned daily, and towels replaced when needed. No, it’s not fancy, but it was exactly what I was looking for. I was lucky to be on the second floor, and would probably have felt differently if I’d been on the fifth floor, without an elevator. Overall, I was very happy with my choice, and would recommend to anyone looking for a simple place to stay with great transport links (S-Bahn station is 2 minutes walk). I will definitely stay next time I come to Berlin!

The room was clean-as long as you don't look at the corners. But otherwise, never again. The lady at the reception was friendly, but good for nothing. Room in 2. Floor, ask for help for knee problem: No reaction except: "Oh, that's not so bad. "
Towels arrived 1, 5 hours after arrival. The TV only works in the sunshine, when the rain was not there, there was no reception. Breakfast only 15 min. Previously not possible. For that all night noise, singing, Gegröhle etc. Hardly to think of sleep. Apparently there is no one from the hotel. Pity, but never again.

You get what you pay for. A little difficult finding space for parking. Easy breakfast, satisfying clean.

It's a normal number, except for a very strange Soviet chair. I'm surprised to have a bathroom. It's not shared, but it's yours, but you have to leave anyway. I think it's at least weird. The global Wi-Fi is very cold and drown, and after an hour, you may find that there will be no hot water in February.

The hotel is good value — spacious rooms, clean and serviced rooms, free Wi-Fi. It's very much a hostel feel, but don't let that put you off if looking for somewhere to stay that is cheap and convenient. We had private rooms and bathrooms, barely saw another soul during our stay. Breakfast is very simple stuff but for €5 you can't go wrong. Train station is very close, and trams run nearby… although we walked to the city which was only 45-60 mins once you figure the way, and you get to experience the local shops, cafes & bars along the way. Would recommend for a lazy exploration of the wider Berlin area.

This is our all time favourite hotel in Berlin. Close to Friedrichshain, as well as Kreuzberg, wich is the part of town that we love most.

Great place, great location and staff! The only disadvantage is that it's a 5 floors hotel with no elevator with.

Inexpensive in Berlin to stay? Two worlds collide. But, it is sometimes. Last year we were for 3 Nights there. First, the Good: the prices are more than fair. The Breakfast is just a Buffet, a surcharge is full of i. O. The rooms are large, clean and not ragged. The bathroom separated, but belong to the room (no shared) TV and W-Lan incl. The S-Bahn 2 minutes away. Good restaurants in the vicinity. Where there is light, there is shadow: there is no Elevator, so suitcases up 4 floors to wear. The rooms are very Noisy "" In the open window, you can hear traffic and S-Bahn. The area is quite Drab. Parking on the street can be problematic (Parking is, if you can find one), Pay with card is not possible. Conclusion, not perfect, but see Title.

Horrible place! My trip to Berlin turned out to be a disaster. I found the place on TripAdvisor and booked it for 3 nights. Once we arrived they told us the booking is not valid and there is no room. I had a copy of my booking and my conformation which said that we´ve paid. After going through their files they said "ah ok we found it… " It was late in the evening and I would have landed up looking for a new place in a city that I don´t know. After we finally got in our room I wanted to take a shower. But there was no hot water, I went to staff to ask them for assistance. The staff was very unhelpful and the answer was that I should try it in the morning, in the evening there is no hot water supply. The room was big but the furniture is very old and it had an awful smell. I tried to complain to the staff, but most of the day nobody was there. There was a message left on the desk with a number and nobody around. The food was miserable, the dishes dirty … I felt disgusted. After the my experience I would not recommend anyone to go through the same thing like me. I tried to communicate with the Manager to at least get some hot water. I hope the hotel takes my complain seriously and will fix the things I mentioned.

For four nights we had booked the Victoria Hotel. A unfortunately, very bad experience in this accommodation. The Team is very unfriendly and not responsive. The worst thing for us the mold was, however, infestation in our bathroom. As I had made the lady's attention, we were just looking at to be derogatory and we have been told that it is not a luxury Hotel. I turned several times to reception, but I was just fobbed off unfriendly. Also, the bedding in our room was very dirty and had several stains, only at my earnest entreaty we had fresh bed linen. The Breakfast room is very small and it is not pleasant to eat here, since many hygiene deficiencies. Unfortunately, the photos and the descriptions of this Board did not correspond to the reality. I recommend anyone to book his room.

Super budget Hotel, nice staff, clean, quiet location, a little old-fashioned but close to the next S-Bahn, 2 thumbs up.

Plus are friendly chief, the Breakfast, the beds, the confidence-inspiring metal doors, bunker atmosphere including. The sockets and switches are original from the GDR times. However, ever fall blinds, you have to coordinate who's going to be the bathroom, and who remains, because of the key, the neighbours can peep into the bathroom and between the bathroom 401 and 402, a hole the size of a brick in the wall.
