No refregirator, conditioner — not working, room service — 50/50. During breakfast I wanted to pour my coffee in my own thermo mug to drink it on the street, but I heard an angry speech from the waitress (a woman of the age). She talked to me as if I wanted to steal both the coffee and the kettle and her honor. I first encountered such a problem. Drink your own instant coffee.

Don’t waste your money in this hotel! Bad service quality! We have been placed in a smoking room even if we are not smokers. The room was stinking cigarette and the toilets were disgusting. We asked to change for a non smoking room, but we had also problems in the new room : bedsheets were dirty, shower didn’t work well. Last but not least, during the checkin we have been told that breakfast was included in the price but when we tried to have breakfast, they told us we were not on the list and we had to pay extra. When we checked out, we have been asked if we were satisfied with the hotel. We said no but the personal didn’t even ask us back why to find out what went wrong during our stay in order to improve service quality.

Room was very spacious and clean but has no fridge and no English TV (pay) bath tub yeah baby nice. Worst thing was aircon didn’t work, yet they seemed not to worried, but when I discussed it politely with manager we were upgraded to 14 th floor where everything was much nicer and cooler. Reception needs to learn to acknowledge customers with a smile and be at least knowledgeable about where they live. All in all 7 out of 10

Very nice hotel in Berlin. With the tram you are quite fast in the city.
The rooms are air-conditioned and clean, the décor is also very appealing.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is extensive and perfectly enough … Everything your heart desires;). Would book there again at any time:)

The staff were nice and in bed I slept well. Unfortunately, that's all I can report in terms of positive impressions.
The cleanliness in the room, except for anything that stuck to the gardine, was okay. The TV was pure nostalgia. A proper old tube TV, I personally didn't think bad, unfortunately the TV picture was extremely bad. What didn't go out at all was the bathroom. The toilet goggles viewed from above was okay, when folding up from below, it was disgusting. Yellow deforested liquid, which also extended across the outer toilet basin to the tile floor. In the joints of the floor, in the middle of the bathroom, something brown was stuck. Hair, from long to short, from the various guests in front of me, found themselves everywhere. The water temperature when showering could not be adjusted properly. It suddenly got cold or too hot. I didn't have any towels either, which luckily struck me before showering. I have easily tracked down these.
The food, except for a goulash that reminded me a lot of goulash from the can, was okay. The breakfast room, for the size of the hotel, is definitely too small. If you have brought the long queue at the buffet behind you, you stand there with the plate in your hand, as ordered and not picked up. The seats are not enough at the back and the front.

Poor cleanliness of the rooms, carpet in bad condition, smell of drain in the bathroom. To forget.

A decent hotel for a couple of days. Minus the paid parking. Internet in the room give but only if the reservation was indicated free Wi-Fi.

This is one of the worst hotels pics stayed in. Considering it's in a western country, I expect basics at the very least. They refused to lend me a charger because it was their 'last one'. Staff were abrupt and not very helpful. Won't be coming back to this hotel again.

Basically an average hotel in Berlin with friendly staff. But what can't be done at all are the bathrooms. Rattled fittings and a misplaced shower bar do not allow for a relaxed shower. Furthermore, the bathtub, which you have to climb into for a shower, is incredibly smooth, so that there is even an acute risk of accidents here. Is something like that not actually tested or does anyone have to break their neck?

The breakfast was nice, but the shower changed temperature. Would stay again, but maybe change rooms, depending on the shower ;-)

We stayed only one night and would stay here again despite small shortcomings. The beds were very comfortable and had a choice of different pillows. At the reception you could have got more. The front desk staff was very nice and also showed us free parking nearby (despite the paid ones there). The room was generally somewhat over the years with a rather old carpet. In the available kettle was unfortunately mold (the reception staff wanted to pass it on immediately).

Very nice room location is quite ok. Bathroom and rooms are clean. Only eating and extras are very expensive. You can expect to pay 40€ more if you arrive by car and extras want to pay about 40€ more.

Extraordinary service in the banquet area. Here you feel really well taken care of. The two experts from the old beat turn every birthday party into a successful evening. Here I like to be a guest, because here the customer is still king!

At 9 p. M. Try to take a bath. Unfortunately failed due to the lack of hot water. Should really not occur in such a hotel.
Breakfast, however, is very good and plentiful.

Cheap but modern four star hotel with spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Located just outside the city centre, because of the good S-Bahn or tram connection, this is not a problem.

I was just in the lobby for a conversation. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ambience was simply modern but clean.

Have booked online a double bed room for one night, on site I actually got a free upgrade offered and everything went very straightforward.
I felt comfortable in the room.
For the highest demands this hotel may not be enough, but the price-performance ratio has voted in my case. Clean rooms and equipped with everything you need.

Were with the ice hockey team there… smooth running and also rebooking/canceling no problem in the short term. However, at the moment construction site.

An intermediate hotel. Price and quality not in line. The rooms were spacious and clean but the hotel staff were not at all pleasant. A hotel that I would not recommend for these issues. It is far from the centre of Berlin. To get there you have to take two trains. No wife included and the restaurant prices are extremely high.

Room without minibar, without microwave in all the hotel… old Square TV with box in full 2018… very small beds, the Internet costs to connect… The heating in the room nomas is not good.

Nice hotel with lots of young staff. All are friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Unfortunately there are rooms where the view to the neighbouring office complex falls. The bathroom could be cleaned up again. Breakfast is plentiful and fine. But at 13 euros at the top limit.

Nice reception, the beds are very comfortable and there are 2 different pillows to choose from, the bathroom you need very clean but sometimes a few new Amerturen, the carpet has unfortunately made only in the free areas acquaintance with the vacuum cleaner, there is a neat Breakfast selection.

Location is good. Close to the city center. Standard room. Breakfast is 13€ per person but it was a small selection and not very good. I was unable to get a coffee machine for my room which was a big problem for me.

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel… Food was good. Rooms were spacious. Price is good. The staff was courteous. Security is a concern and the hotel makes sure to put reminders everywhere… But that applies to almost all hotels! Will come back again here surely!

I really liked the kindness and they all spoke English or Spanish.

Nice staff, good prices. Road facing room was noisy and the bathroom has an unpleasant odour until I closed the plughole.

Hotel staff is very rude and unhelpful. Maid came in while we were sleeping with the do not disturb sign posted. She came in again the following day and left the window open while it was raining. I told the staff about both instances but they were rude and short, especially Janith. Location is bad, air conditioning does not cool the room, beds are worn out. The double bed is actually two twin beds pushed together. Very very uncomfortable. Stay elsewhere.

Very friendly and competent front office staff. Restaurant team terrific. Great breakfast. The shower in the room was a sad affaire. Front staff requested a technician to check. That person never came… Also the new installed Wi-Fi system was problematic. Super fast but breaking down frequently. Never got more than 5 min uninterrupted. A sorry state unfortunately.

Very nice staff and a good restaurant attached. Clean rooms but on the older side. Parking was 12 euro for the night.
