Staff was great! The lobby is a good set up & everyone joined to watch the World Cup games each night. Location great, easy to get to everything. Bad part… beer selection wasn't great in the lobby (good part is that Hofbräu is around the corner). Also you can tell you're in "East Berlin". We'd definitely stay here again!

Atrocious. The staff could have a lineup of 20 people deep waiting and won't look up from her computer for 10 minutes. And with scorching hot in the rooms you rent a fan for 20 EUR? Good luck with that. Why don't you install an AC unit instead? I could have visited Liberia and had slightly better hospitality.

Exceptionally pretty lobby that looks just like in the photos, nice staff, very clean rooms, very modern and intact furniture and equipment. I shared a six bed dorm and the mattress was very thin, but the beds all seemed relatively new, the room was pretty and we all had little built-in nightstands with nightlights and the option to charge our phones overnight. The dorm also had its own separated shower and toilet which were both very new and clean. The breakfast was simple and I wouldn't have paid extra for it and you have to bring your own towel and get sheets, but have to make your bed yourself, but this was definitely one of the nicest hostels I've ever stayed with. Definitely recommend.

A Cool hostel for a ridiculous money for Berlin a stone's throw from Alexanderplatz. The Main minus-the lack of kitchen-compensates for the presence of a bar on the ground floor.

It is a hostel, clean with a nice staff. The rooms are quite large. There is a possibility to order a breakfast. I highly recommend this property.

Clean and Central Hostel.

The worst hostel I've ever been in. Bedding missing from the beds, teenagers screaming and running through the halls at 01:45 am. Two staff members doing shots behind the check in desk before 'helping' to assist other guests. We were not told where to get the linens or how to use the elevator (you have to swipe your card) and the bathrooms are so dirty and not maintained at all.

The rooms are poorly lit and I am entitled to fear that the bed will crash if I do not watch. Also the showers are likely to have a drain or at least slip-resistant flow. The lobby is a very pleasant lounge area and the staff is super nice. For the price so OK.

Great prices, and if you're a young man alone looking for companionship and groups you're in the right place, but still too noisy and Casinaro.

Rooms and bunks are nice. If you have an ensuite bathroom they’re nice. If you have shared bathrooms, they’re not bad but there are no individual showers. Downstairs is a good spot to chill, but it tends to get loud. No great quiet area to hide and relax, unfortunately.

Such a cool hostel. It is also a bar! Loved the atmosphere and the room. You get one small locker and one big locker, and both are VERY DEEP. Towels available for rent in addition to buying other essentials, such as padlocks. Mine were too small, so we bought ones when we arrived. There's tours during the day and bar crawls at night, and being near Alexanderplatz makes getting around the city so easy! Spent a little extra to get the breakfast, but it was so worth having a guaranteed meal every day! Clubs and karaoke bars very close by. In spring / around Easter there are Frühlingsmarkt and Ostmarkt nearby. Would stay here again and also recommend to a friend in a heartbeat!

Good hostel in the center of the city. Perfect for a weekend. The price is fine but you have to make the bed and lower the sheets when you leave. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It has bar, so if one day you want you can dine there. If you take bed and breakfast This is a fairly complete free buffet. I recommend it.

We were a group of six friends and took a private room with bathroom.
The truth is that it was quite small, but it was clean and looked modern and without chips.
We had a tiny table attached to one of the walls and two poufs to sit on, no TV.
The bunk beds are of the Ikea type and sound pretty and under the beds there are gaps to store the suitcases or whatever you want. There are lockers next to each bed to store our stuff. The light in the room is pretty dim, should improve that.
The bathroom was divided into two parts, on the one hand the WC and washbasin with mirror (and without hairdryer, that you must ask in reception on bail of 20 euros) and on the other hand the shower, which in our case did not close well and we soaked the floor of half room on two occasions.
In general the hostel is well and there is a great atmosphere, without hindering the sleep of the lodged, although there are details, like having to take your own sheets and make the bed just arrived, which could be improved.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

The installations of the hostel were excellent; clean, modern and very comfortable. Unfortunately, when my friends and I arraived, we had the worst experience in our stay. One of the staff member was very disrespectful with us. Did not provided help or air with our decision of splitting the reservation bill. This staff member even used inappropriate language with the women in our group and was condescending with me and my male friends. It was very unpleasant to face this situation at the very beginning of our stay. Also I would like to mention that another staff member was rude when I tried to pay naively the cocktails in the reception area and not in the bar which is immediately next to the reception. I think that the quality of the staff undermines enormously the appeal of the excellent accommodation the hostel provides.

Very good price to location ratio. Very clean interior with great design. Cozy lounge at the reception. Rooms are perfect for dropping off bags and sleeping, while eye catching design reminds you where you are. Perfect for young travellers.

Had to go to Berlin for an important appointment. And booked the ONE80 ° hostel.
It is very clean you get Friesche Bättwasche in the Price Inc. And pillows and duvets are cleaned every time. Hair dryer You can borrow 20 euro deposit but you get back again. The rooms are very clean.

Welcome not terrible, received by a pretty cold man. They refuse to divide the credit card for 6. We had to pay in cash. Unacceptable in 2018… The keys weren't working every night. Forced to go back and forth constantly between the 9th and the reception for them to intervene.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Towels cost 2, €5 extra, sleep costs €5 extra.

Looks nice, is pretty well designed. However, windows on first floor are not at all sound proof. Very loud and cold from the street. Also when there is loud partying from the lobby it is audible (the lobby has a party atmosphere even on a Wednesday night in February). Price is not the cheapest… value is lacking a bit with such a high price. This place was designed for efficiency, pretty well for convenience, but corners were definitely cut and there is definite results of discomfort because of it.

The hostel is in a very good location with transportation, shopping and food easily accessible. It has a bar on the first floor as well as a lounge area. There are many free and paid tours that makes visiting Berlin very easy. I would recommend the pub crawl. In terms of facilities, the washrooms did not have private showers, in the girls bathroom all the showers are together and there are no curtains. There was also no where to hang your towel and put your clothes in the shower area. This could be improved.

At our time in one80 hostel, the housekeeping staff came in and cleaned the apartment twice while we were trying to sleep. We were lucky that we had balcony. No alcohol allowed. We were not allowed chill and drink downstairs before heading out which was quite inconvenient. Would recommend the hostel because of its central location but probably would not go back myself.

For a reasonable price you can sleep here in a clean room, with fresh bedding, breakfast, and nice staff. Good central location. Highly recommended for a short stay in Berlin.

Stayed here for 3 nights over New Year's in a private 4 bed dorm. It was fine in terms of providing us a bed (albeit a bit more expensive than other hostels I've stayed in across Europe), but could do with a few improvements. The room itself was clean, and though we had to put on our own sheets, it did the job. Our private bathroom wasn't very clean when we arrived, though it was modern and functional, and was also cleaned daily. The curtains in the room weren't great, and didn't block out all of the light in the morning. I used the shared bathrooms a couple of times, and both times they were disgusting — it might have been due to the time of the year and the guests, but in one bathroom one toilet was missing a door, one didn't lock, and the others were in desperate need of cleaning. They must have room for 500 guests+ across 10 floors, and the service isn't as personalised as it might be in other hostels, but for the location and what you get, its not too bad.

I was quartered with many others at JuP (Youth and Parliament) and am completely satisfied!

Really enjoyed my stay here back in late September. Reception staff where always very helpful with any questions I had. Couldn't fault the room as they seemed pretty well maintained. Particularly liked the location of the hostel as it's located a very short walk from Alexanderplatz (1 or 2 minutes).

Hostel of a modern kind. Super centrally located. Less than 5 minutes to Alexanderplatz. We had rented a 6 person room for a long party weekend and found it perfect for our purpose. A star suit is available for street noise.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are very nice, they are totally isolated from the street noise. The mattresses are fine but very comfortable, there is enough storage space for each bed. I recommend wearing a couple of padlocks. Wash basin and showers separate and very correct. All very clean. They go on cleaning every day. At night the bar is very lively. Highly recommended.

I haven't been so thrilled.
Yes, the rooms were clean, modern and so far fine, but there are a number of shortcomings.

For one thing, the chairs in the seadise area are incredibly uncomfortable and cold, the coffee can hardly be titled as such, buns were often cardable. Furthermore, the service did not think it necessary to wipe the tables in between, which is why dirty tables were always found from 9 o 'clock. This squeaky music at an almost unbearable volume that runs there all day, I found for breakfast more than incongruous.

The elevator technique (you have to pull through the room card first) was explained to us not by the staff but by other guests.
You can include your belongings there in a spontaneous one in the basement. This one is heavily signposted and gives no change. Which, of course, no one told us.

And the coronation; Some a staff member thinks it is necessary to offend and encourage guests. So much for service.

From that, the hostel is more of a thing for very young people. I felt extremely old at the age of 26.

Personally, I would be happy to have to spend only the most necessary time there.

For an inexpensive overnight in the center of Berlin-Perfect.
From Alexander Platz 3min on foot, from Airport 35 min on a direct branch.
Inexpensive bar on the ground floor.
But I recommend, if 3-4 people, book a room for 4 whole and take with you everything (towel, slippers, gel/shower, shampoo, hair dryer).

Beautiful well-groomed hostel. Chic rooms with modern bathrooms. Located near Alexanderplatz, you can easily reach the central sights of Berlin. From young to old you can meet all sorts of guests from different nations in the lobby or at the breakfast buffet. If there weren't bunk beds in the rooms, you wouldn't necessarily get the impression that it's a hostel.
There seems to be a kind of Club/Lounge in the basement. But there was nothing going on there during our visit in the evening.
The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Reception is 24/7 occupied.

Great hostel right in the centre of Berlin, 2 mins from Alexanderplatz. The price is very good. There is a beautiful patio and rooms for 2-4 guests even.

Very affordable hotel especially frequented by young people. The location is great, everything is reachable on foot. Plus to visit Berlin they offer a bike rental for €12 a day.
The rooms are mixed. The cleanliness is very acceptable and the space well laid out so as not to lose too much room.
The toilets and showers are in common but not mixed.
Only downside the showers do not have cabins which does not allow to wash serenely in privacy.
I can therefore easily recommend this establishment especially for young people looking for a good atmosphere!

Stayed there more than a year ago, but judging by what friends say, nothing really changed. This hostel will give a handicap to other hotels in comfort. If you only need to sleep comfortably, is the perfect place. The center of Berlin, comfortable beds (although yes, obshhazhnye two-storey), normal bed linen, a bunch of bedside outlets and all that.

The staff were very helpful Piano bar with music in the evening very nice to spend the evening drinking in company. Clean rooms and bathrooms the only flaw are the shared bathrooms but they were not a problem as bad as we thought and the pillows are plastified (I recommend carrying a lining). Great location to get to any kind of tourist attraction, a few steps from Alexanderplatz and the Metro.

Warm, family, charming… the music and just a bit loud in the lobby, but for the rest, it's very nice in the hostel style.

The staff were rude at times, the beds uncomfortable, services sub par, breakfast terrible, and Wi-Fi horrendous. The only redeeming factors of this hostel is the fact that they offer many planned activities, and the location is decent. So far one of the least enjoyable hostel experiences I've had.

The hostel was clean and in a great location. It had a super fun common area with food and drinks. We stayed on the 10th floor and had a cool view. I would recommend this place to travelers.

The rooms modern and in good condition. Has Wi-Fi. Below is bar, pcs and a great vibe. The bad, the noise of the otto Avenue during the night and Wi-Fi dsd room does not work well.

Fantastic place! Easy to walk to alexanderplaz and to all the food areas. East to get to from the airport and museum island. Pleace is very clean and welcoming to everyone, bar/nightclub on the first floor.

Hotel was very modern, staff very nice. Up on some hair in the bathroom of room roommates (what in a 8 bed hardly room is avoided) very clean. Wi-Fi was received but hardly on the 4th floor, in the lobby, it is however sufficiently fast for Snapchat, YouTube, etc. Is located very central, Alex a street is next, so really only 3-4 minutes normal pace, if it is not good to walk, is also an S-Bahn almost directly in front of the door station.

Only the location was good… rude staff not at all helpful, the rooms to small and beds fully made, for Breakfast under all sow, for suitcase storage, you had to pay money, and 45 euro per night in a 6 room. Der Standort Alexanderplatz War genial, dadurch das man nur mit seiner zimmerkarte den aufzug und den Zugang zum treppenhaus benutzen kann, ist die Sicherheiten groß geschrieben. Mein 4bettzimmer mit eigenem bad war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht probiert aber es sah nach einem durchschnittlichen Angebot aus. Einziges manko, für die Gepäckverwahrung vor oder nach dem auschecken wird Geld verlangt.

PRO: the beds were really big, finally a hostel bed in which I can fit! (although they were shaking a lot at any movement). The shower was great too! Great position and warm atmosphere. CONS: Room was really hot and with the window open there was a lot of noise from the street. Breakfast way too expensive, with that money you can get a lunch in Berlin (with a good beer). It's a pity because it is a good way to meet people if you travel alone and spend the day in good company.

1. In despite that One80 hostel is in the city center, the center also has many other places to stay, — ympäri hostel is an awful lot of traffic, affecting around one day thing all alone. Can not sleep in the summer, a terrible racket, if you open the window — if you did not open, — then the stifling hot air. 2. Top contemporary and clean, centrally located, toilets private goodie for a room, … but 10 o'clock checkout too early! I recommend the alternative tour with Max!

They need urgently to change the Internet provider, there's no Wi-Fi on the floors, you need to go to downstairs, when the password is updated usually you need to update it on your phone, that's really annoying and compromise the good location! Also, it's a bit pricy.

OK place. Wifi is slow, beds are stiff, constantly crowded, pub is expensive, rooms are pricy. Service is good though. You can strike up a good conversation with just about anyone. Elevator rides are a blast. There's a daily pub crawl that's fun. Choose for yourself.

I booked SINGLE ROOM in One80° Hostels Berlin, with breakfast. Actually, first they gave me a bed in 6pers mixed dorm. Then I started complaining. This person in reception did not even read information on my voucher! Then they said that they do not have single rooms at all, that my booking is wrong. This may be true, they do not show single rooms on their website. Then I got a bed in 6pers female dorm and breakfast free "as a compensation". Second night 3:30am one person from administration came to our room, waked all up because someone slept in wrong bed. Also, there is a lot of street noise probably always. My baddest hostel experience : ( Next morning I moved to another hotel where I really liked to stay.

There is no bathroom on ground floor or kitchen for guests. Over eata location x if you don't want one to pay 8 euros a pizza, do not have to have dinner.
