The Hotel Lindemann's is really a nice, clean hotel furnished with great design. What was particularly striking for us was the great welcome at the reception. The blonde lady with short haircut loves her job and welcomes you as if you had never been away.

The reception at the hotel was very friendly, nice and accommodating.
You immediately felt welcome, the rooms and the hotel were lonely lace.
Our room was located on the first floor directly to Potsdamer Straße.
The windows are first-class soundproofed and the air conditioning was also very ingenious.
Everything went very uncomplicated.
Thanks to the whole team… You since peak.
The hotel is fully recommended.
We will certainly be back.

Lovely hotel and people. Very nice rooms — we specifically wanted a bath and reserved a room with a balcony as well. Only downsides, there's no tea or coffee facilities in the room and the breakfast isn't suitable for carnivores. UPDATE — in response to below (you didn't give any options for contacting you) the breakfast options ALL have gluten, sugar and/or grains in. Salami has grains, ham has sugar, there was no chicken or bacon (I was there quite early too) everything was processed.

Great hotel. We had a room of the category "Small & Quiet".
This was absolutely sufficient for our purposes. If you are looking for a nice, clean way to stay, you can be completely satisfied with this category. The room was very quiet. The room was very clean and has a very nice modern bathroom. The staff was very attentive and always friendly. Breakfast (12, €50 who book it before and 13, €90 if you book it on site) was delicious.
We will definitely come back.
We have explored everything on foot from there. Subway and S-Bahn are within easy reach. You can buy the tickets for the BVG directly at the hotel.
By the way, if you book directly on the Linde Mann's side, you get a voucher for a coffee drink to go per night.

Not bad. The windows were in the yard because it was quiet, sunny. The rooms are in good condition. In the early spring it was warm in the room, buses and metro nearby. The staff is positive and friendly.

Staff very friendly, room clean, bathroom is large and there is even a cosmetic mirror available, bed very comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant, everything the heart desires. Bus stop in front of the hotel, subway a short walk away. If you come to Berlin again, we will certainly stay here again.

Price-/power is good as well as the connection to public transport. Otherwise I missed some amenities: tea/coffee making facilities in the room as well as a cosmetic mirror for women in the bathroom.

Tolles Hotel, freundliches Personal, sehr modern und stylisch. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr umfangreich.

Room is small, we were a bit surprised, but hadn't paid much attention to it before. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating and attentive. We had a room facing the street, so it was noisy at night because we were reluctant to put on the air conditioning. But that's something we had to pay attention to, so there were alternatives. We also had special requests at breakfast, all of which were met attentively. Thank you. Recommended.

Business Hotel, good breakfast, does what it promises, if you're sensitive towards noise avoid the rooms on Potsdamerstr side.

The room we had has a modern and chic decors. Clean and lovely. Staff in the reception was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is near to a local popular shop and many cafes and restaurants. Train stations and buses are just a walk away. It was a wonderful experience we had in this hotel and streets of Berlin.

As always we were very satisfied. The rooms are very clean and modern in style. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We are particularly comfortable with our children. The staff is very friendly and fond of children. The next stay is already booked.

Typical modern city hotel. Rooms are a little small but modern in style. Rooms on the street side are very noisy. Breakfast is varied and lovingly made. Pitch at the front desk something to chummy and casually. But you can claim a "you" without any further problems.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot to take my breakfast cereal a spoon from the buffet. I just took a seat at my table, so the service force already brought a spoon to the place — awesome.

Was ok. Windows unfortunately not soundproofed. You could hear the cars passing all night. The road was 50m away. DZ very small.

The hotel has a good location to easily reach public transport. The rooms and the entire hotel are modern and the service is very friendly.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are of a good size and a great size shower. There are many local shops and a Lidl a short walk from the hotel. 5-10 minute walk to both the under and over ground stations, you can buy tickets from the hotel to. Only negative really is the rooms are too dark at night, dark furnishing make it hard to see with no ceiling light.

So it would have only gone after the pictures on the internet then it would have got 5 stars but the reality caught up with us on arrival. Check — In is not possible until 3pm, so we ate something until 3pm. Arrived at the hotel, and? We had to wait 45 min for our room because it was not finished. When I arrived in the room I thought that we got the wrong room because it looks much bigger in the pictures. We booked the Urban Rooftop. The shower is inside the room, so always take a shower with a curtain. Unfortunately, the water in the shower does not flow properly, which is why it always happens that the water runs out of the shower. So towel made in front of it, given to the reception modestly but nothing happens.
Since we missed an important date at the beginning because we received our room almost an hour later we had to stay in the hotel one more day yesterday and extended our room with terrace by one day! In the evening there was a cart in the room that would be craftsmen on the terrace tomorrow, as there was a storm. So that really hacked the Lindemanns, in my opinion. We were woken just before 10 by drilling machines and flexing as if someone had been in our room. It would have been wise to tell us this information before we book the room again! And the Lindemanns could have given all the people from the 6 floor out of goodwill vouchers for breakfast. As a result, no one would be aroused by ugly construction work on holiday.

Rooms are modern and clean. Friendly staff. I can only recommend.

Very pleasant hotel. Super loose and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and modern. Despite the "Mini" category, everything was there. I have not been able to perceive any noise, so I assume the rooms are well insulated. The bar is open for 24hours. For my part, very clear recommendation!

Kind and helpful staff, modern interior, configurable air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, safe is included in the price. Good connection to public transport services. Perfect for young and mid-aged travelers.

Nice Hotel, I enjoyed the stay here. Reception: Warm welcome, friendly staff Room: the room is equipped with airconditioning this was very nice during my stay (it was about 30 degrees in the open) The bed is Good, I had a very good night rest. The shower is large and the water is warm. Breakfast: The range is quite large, and fresh. I enjoyed it.

Really good hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff who looked after our luggage when we arrived early and were positive and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. We stayed in a three bed room which was spotless, beds were comfortable, small but perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good facilities and location. Bus, U and S track in the immediate vicinity. Rooms are clean and very well equipped. Breakfast for € 12.50 OK. The staff friendly and obliging.

Modern hotel near the centre of Berlin. Great modern furniture in white color. By the way, the hotel's style is a combination of black and white. The perfect bed linen. Daily cleaning with change of towels. A great plumber for 3 stars. Perfect condition of plumbing, fine quality housekeeping. The room is a huge window and the "right" curtains. Polite helpful staff, without being obtrusive. A little bad, Breakfast is not included in the price, for the offered range is expensive. The hotel has Parking for 20 to 25 people, located on the roof of the adjacent one-story buildings. Electronic locks in the rooms and on the external doors from the Parking garage and from the street. Opposite the exit from the hotel bus stop — buses go to Hauptbahnhof and Aleksanderplatz through Kulturforum, Potsdamerplatz and the island Bode. The metro is about 300 m — direct line to the airport Schönefeld. Nearby shops where you can buy water, fruits. The impression is very favorable.

Pleasant modern Hotel with a good Central location in Berlin. The bed was quite comfortable, bathroom large, clean and beautiful, easy booking, very friendly staff, Breakfast very tasty and something for everyone. Always happy to help :)

Friendly staff, the room was clean and the location of the hotel was a good central connection. Check-in at a time of arrival against 00 45 took very long because of the few staff (1 person for the entertainment at the bar, reception, etc. ). (over 45 minutes! ). The cleaner has apparently left a slightly sour smell in the room. Was not unfortunately therefore as an optimal arrival. The mattress in the basic room was very uncomfortable for 2 persons.

Hotel Lindemann BB´s is a very nice hotel. I had booked a room for my birthday and got a room upgrade, and a bottle of sparkling wine on BB´s House, and a great view from the had. My honey and I were completely happy, and we felt very much at home. I can recommend only highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located, bus stop right outside the door, u-Bahn in just 5 minutes. So perfect for a city trip as Berlin.
Our room (405) was very large, which is very positive. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. What not positive was out of me, u tables chairs were too cramped!
It is positive to say, Superfreundlicher and nice service (blonde waitress)!
I would visit this hotel again.

Super service, class rooms, very pleasant quiet fast connections to the city centre, rooms facing the courtyard. Visit is preferred again any time in the hotel.
Little things which a not 100% — excellent in evaluating type, so you cannot delete small stripes on the walls after each visit.

We have made our company outing to Berlin and booked this hotel. It fully met our expectations. Nice design, clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet, leaving them mostly for wishes at City hotels. Easily accessible and in about 250m distance the U — rail links to Berlin City Centre. The price — performance ratio fits absolutely.

My wife and I stayed here on a brief trip to Berlin. We really like the place. The price was good. It was clean. Parking was cheap. It was very centrally located. The food and bar were sufficient. If you are expecting Waldorf Astoria, you will be disappointed. If you are realistic, this place was pretty good.

Actually, we like the Lindemann hotel in Berlin. Unfortunately not everything was so nice here as usual.
The entrance area is beautiful and makes a good impression and the condition of the room is usual. Modern and good in weft. At the front desk was very friendly!
Unfortunately, the bad was this time but unusually small. The hotel is so thin that one hears almost every step above and next to himself. This led to a sleepless night.
And to abundance the ventilation must run seemingly all night, so that you can constantly hear unpleasant noise.
Conclusion:
Facilities and experience good.
Sleep comfort enough.
Summary: it was fine for one night.

A very pleasant place to stay: quiet, great views, tasteful design, efficient and overall friendly staff. Hygienic room, comfortable bed and the only minor issues I've had was the Wi-Fi speed (poor quality signal) and perhaps the bathroom well stocked with amenities and some bottle of water in the room. Anyway, I already consider myself "part of the furniture", as I always choose Lindemann's while staying in Berlin. If you are searching for a nice place to stay, quality and price in balance in Berlin, Lindemann's is definitely the place to choose. See you in 2 months :).

Visited Lindemann's quite recently and thanks God I only stayed one night! Never coming backto that place again. EVER! I paid 104 Euro per night and what I got for that wasn't even average. I'm so disappointed! This was my first experience with Lindemann's and I'm sure I won't use this hotel (or chain) again. Negatives: Size of the double room (match box is huge in comparison) No breakfast included in the rate of 104 Euro/night Wi-Fi offered for ridiculous 1.50 Euro PER HOUR (so if you're on the business trip, forget any work) Bathroom = tiny toilet with even tinnier sink (20x40cm) so when brushing your teeth you will totally flood the whole 'bathroom' No tissues box in the room (so end up using toilet paper to blow my nose) No coffee or tea, no kettle, no water. Nothing No fridge No safe No toiletries (apart from a very thin hand wash which was also in the shower corner) No hook for the towel anywhere close to the shower corner (so end up throwing my towel on the floor) Not even a bed-side table! The hotel bar service non-existent (did some work in the lobby bar because of the ridiculously expensive Wi-Fi in the room and the staff didn't bother serving me for about 4 hours). I know, I could have asked but then I got so annoyed that I didn't bother as I would most likely say something silly. Further, they managed to mess up my expensive business bag. And manager wasn't available (of course) the whole day when I wanted to complain.

Very positive experience: excellent location for proximity to services (bus and metro), quiet rooms (despite the proximity to the street), contemporary design and tasteful, discreet staff, friendly and helpful, impeccable breakfasts. Absolutely advisable!

Berlin was a side trip. But what a gem of a place to be in! For a basic room, it far exceeded my expectation. Clean, comfortable, cozy for a weary traveler. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely I will be back in this hotel.

The location is great. Right front of hotel, there is bus stop to go to city centre. It's very easy to access to anywhere the staff is very kind, helpful The room condition is good, very modern and clean. The bed is comfortable enough to get relaxed.
