The apartment I got instead of the booked room was probably more of a stopgap for a hotel than the standard.
The bathroom comes from the 50th Igern which in and of itself would not be bad, but this should be fine and beautiful.
Tile defect broken out or unclean. The shower a single ridge. The neighbor is very good to listen as he was constantly listening to music. Breakfast offer not at all. Nor does a bill. The kitchen is not only unclean but also in great need of renovation.
+ There was a bottle of mineral water in the room.
+ A very nice big TV (satellite connector)
+ Right in the trendy district and not far from the city centre

Nice, clean, central. The usual simplistic breakfast and bathroom (not quite getting used to them) and nice people at the reception.

Price performance has resulted in tuned Polish and nice.
Breakfast was good parking you could get with a bit of luck on the street.
Otherwise, there is also an underground car park.

Very muddy and dirty. Employees talking sometimes in russian to you which can be an insult, noone knows. While complaining manager refuses all and threaten to apply their house law. Do not go there if you have other opportunities. Water is brown… This was far the worst Hotel I have ever been. Go there only if you want to get insulted for beeing a guest and if you like to know what neighbours are doing, or if you like to wake up at 6 o'clock from the noise of the suplliers of the supermarket below. Very Very Noisy.

On my complaint WG of the extremely noisy room was responded to multiple complaint with ignorance, also from booking COM… see photos of unloading the goods to the supermarket from 4!

Cozy. Kept simple and clean. The breakfast is good. And the underground garage is also to be mentioned as extra.

The hotel is located on the first floor, parking places I have always found in the immediate vicinity.
4 nights, nice reception by a lady from Ukraine, convenient room, adequate breakfast-unfortunately the rolls were not necessarily fresh on all days, or a bad baker…
Also, would I have liked the breakfast staff a "Good morning", or is my claim thinking too high?
Room cleaning was left to be desired, or the vacuum cleaner was defective.
All in all, I was satisfied and would book at the price again…

Nice clean hotel. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. But if you, like us, are only on the road anyway, it is quite OK and the public transport connections work quite well.

This is NOT hotel, is it like HoStel… Small rooms, old furnitures, uncomfortable beds even not fryendly receptionists. They do not have enen second key for the double rooms. When you arrive at late night you must wait that somebody wake up at the reception an open te door… NOT RECOMENDET!

It's enough to stay, but not even more. Rooms very small, no water pressure in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful.

Rate all of this hotel as there is nothing wrong with what is shown on the portal. Room size, cleanliness, Zimmerausstatung, staff, etc.
No one star value and only whole negative experience unfortunately.

This hotel is a secret gem on a very quiet street. Highly recommended. It's close to Nollendorfplatz and Wittenbergplatz. I have stayed here over a dozen times over the last 7+ years. I agree that the rooms aren't large but they are modern, updated and very clean. Disregard any review that says otherwise. The staff is friendly and the, included, breakfast excellent. 4.5 / 5 stars!

I read the reviews here after I had made my booking and was starting to worry about what to expect. But in fact my stay here was fine. Our room wasn’t luxurious but then again it wasn’t awful either. The floors were carpeted and the breakfast, basic but decent enough — considering the price and the location it’s hardly a bad deal! Our room was quite and I never heard any noise from the supermarket. There was only one naked lady painting that I saw in the dining area — but in any case I can’t understand the fuss that people have made about it even if there were more — the entire hotel is full to the brim with all sorts of bizarre, kitsch and wonderful art! I loved it and can only imagine sexually frustrated brits and Americans complaining about it. My main gripe (and the reason why I didn’t give a 4 star rating) is their cleaning services. Apparently they only tidy the rooms between 3-6 pm. So if u were hoping to get a siesta after your shopping/sightseeing spree to freshen up before u make a late night on the town, then be ready to come back to unchanged towels, messy beds and missing toilet paper. I would definitely stay again but I wouldn’t pay for the breakfast option — there are way too many great breakfast places within a 5 min walk for more or less the same price (Berios, Kalvi for instance) and with much better coffee.

Pictures didn't match room quality. Was given a double when asked for a twin. Breakfast was nice. Naked ladies decorate public areas.

It's very loud in the morning (5AM) as there are deliveries to the grocery shop beneath the hotel. Bathroom was small, but clean. Naked paintings in the corridor are bit odd for hotel interiors.

Very friendly, helpful, attentive staff. The room was back out, thus quiet; the location of the hotel is very central! Spacious room, everything clean and trouble-free. As of now my standard accommodation for city trips to Berlin.

Mini bar not connected, TV did not work. Shower was not very clean. Children's room was not ok, despite room children exchanging reeked of smoke, despite the smoking ban. Breakfast was very good. All in all, fpr so little money, ok to the sleep. Connection to Brandenburg Gate in 15 min with out. Super.

Great small hotel, cheap but really clean. Nice breakfast. In general, nothing special but cheap and well located! The surroundings are filled with nice restaurants and bars.

Basically, were the only positive things are that the rooms and the Rezeptionsdamen, because until further notice, else the staff very unfriendly was, and also not to wish to cold milk for Breakfast, or even on the room service in my room until Further notice has not been received. Due to these significant deficiencies in terms of services can I a maximum of only 1 star what is actually very unfortunate.

Very user-unfriendly. You speak a few words of German, but that's it. At Breakfast do not respond to requests for cold milk (gabs anyway, just like cold yogurt). The room service was also first spontaneously in the evening when it has to be said of its business or Trip home. I come professionally requires a lot of rum and I already have plenty of Hotels visited. I summarize myself briefly: — ground dirty Carpet, furniture, various Sanitärelemente worn — The closet was half full with sheets for the second bed — Wi-Fi? probably not for everyone — Minibar. An empty mini fridge without power supply. At the outlet the TV is connected Desk lamp without power supply; same Problem as the fridge Laptop to the Desk with only battery available; the Problem I had already called TV channels again and again with the fault in it — Noise from outside can be easily heard — whether positive or negative, or whether it is art. Pictures of unclothed women do not fit in a Hotel (vlt I have but also the kind of hotel misinterpreted) what got me to the final point of my negative list (of things I eingefallwn) brings: the background music in the Breakfast room sounds the same as the background music in the Swedish Western The one star I have to give, you could Breakfast.

Hellhörige walls, unambitionierte receptionists, whose most common phrase, "No idea! ". Whether the not really existing W-lan, with the advertised, but is not useable, or other things: I have, even the things there, left after a short time, simply in the garbage thrown in with the comment "blame yourself if you have something here". I have in the price range only have better experiences in other Hotels in Berlin. Definitely not recommended. Also poor English of the staff.

The Breakfast is passable, the temperature control of the shower is a disaster. You have to constantly be careful not to burn yourself or to spontaneously SuperCool. The TV Signal of all channels is disturbed, the net curtains and the curtains are full of dirt! For this price, you can expect more.

For 3 stars it's very good. Rooms are small but comfortable. Staff speak in Russian. Market is on downstairs. Breakfast isn't various.
