The location was good, I was very disappointed that place, the room is a old style, bathroom too small, the staff wasn’t friendly and helpful, miss understood, poor English on the reception stuff, trying to explain why the room wasn’t clean, if the information on the door was please clean the room, the guy on the reception was so rude and not helpful to me, it’s first time happened to me in ibis hotels.

Very nice house, super delicious Breakfast. Friendly staff, there was only one night, room fine, nothing to complain about. Breakfast is much better than in the Style center!

Super Location. Had initial concerns about night's sleep due to the very busy wells road (as a country Bumpkin, I'm such a road noise, not usual), but I got thanks to good glazing/insulation fantastic sleep! Alexanderplatz is just a 10-minute walk away, U8, directly across from the Hotel. With Angelika's wonderful Brandenburg dialect began each day the same funny and attentive colleague from Costa Rica, had always a friendly word.

Let down by this hotel. Gave us really nasty towels and the staff are not nice. Good we are only here for a couple of nights.

Hotel with convenient access five minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. The rooms are simple but nicely decorated. The rooms are clean and large enough. The staff is friendly. The breakfast room could be a bit larger and very bright. Breakfast is fine. A second coffee machine would be good.

Not really a good hotel. Small rooms, small dated bathrooms. Also the beds are of really poor quality. If you want a good nights sleep and you're not drunk then I'd avoid this place. Plus the staff seem like they hate their job.

Not what we expected after staying in ibis Styles hotels in London and Glasgow. The rooms are outdated, especially the bathroom. Not an attractive hotel at all. It's an affordable place which reflects in the type of guests it attracks. Very good Wi-Fi.

Good location, rooms not large but design is modern has all facilities ie tv, hairdryer toiletries. Breakfast is self service buffet style, the only problem was not enough staff or seats available at peak times, we were waiting for crockery, utensils and food to be replenished every morning (we stayed 3 nights). Overall a good hotel value for money.

Very nice hotel. Network. No frills, but quite suitable for a short break after a tour of the city. The rooms are standard, the mini bar is not available. There is a channel in English. Breakfasts will not surprise, but there is everything to eat well. The breakfast room is not very big, you can not find a place. But, very quickly cleaned and wait for a short while. There is a speaking girl at the reception. Very nice.

Very good location for this hotel in Alexanderplatz. Close to many means of transportation and many solutions for drinking or eating and shopping. The Interior is clean, well maintained with friendly and efficient staff. Small Bemol for the rooms on the street nightclubs and tram nearby making a bit of noise. But very satisfied.

Very clean and very helpful I would always go back to the hotel and there is good breakfast.

Clean and reasonably comfortable, although very small room. Our checkout time was 12:00, thsy deactivated our key by11:40. Had to wait for an empty space at the breakfast room. Staff was very indifferent.

Hi, first time the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had one night including breakfast in a double room. Unfortunately unfortunately our room was right main street. The windows are 0, 0 sound insulated. Every 10 min came a tram which felt right through our room drove… And this on the 6th floor. Except for the "sleep Problem" everything was OK.

OK for one night. But top location Direk t next to the Alexanderplatz (Alex).

The rooms are very spacious, clean and cómodad. Is located two blocks from the shopping centre and three blocks from the super market.

Minimal room but with everything you need. The bathroom, small and clean, is equipped with a soap dispenser also in the shower. Breakfast was good All good! To recommend the smoothies made by them in small glass bottles. Excellent and fresh. From the afternoon, to fight the cold, is offered to guests coffee and hot water for herbal teas that you can take and bring to your room. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great location, just 5 minutes walk from Alexander Platz (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, station and bus stops, it's all there)

Nice hotel very close to Aleksanderplatz. Very well served level public transport. Excellent starting point for sightseeing.

In a renovated East Germany building, a simple hotel but with many advantages: — very easy to reach from the airports — very centrally located in Berlin, including the museum Island — tram, subway, trains and buses within 100 metres — at inte Rsection of 2 Imperial tourist bus lines for a quick discovery of Berlin — decent and varied restaurants nearby — reasonable price, with great breakfast — smiling, multilingual and professional reception — rooms style years 1960, Impeccable and recent to recommend without reservation for a short tourist stay in Berlin.

We stayed 3 people in one room, very spacious room, comfy beds, breakfast checker, perfect location right next to Alexanderplax. Clean, until 10 pm free service of the… advisable 100%

Good breakfast, the hotel is 5 minutes from Primark :) Note that you don't have a kettle in the room so bring one with you.

Good price. Good location. Good service. My only problem was the bed was a little hard for me and the pillows too soft. Not a deal breaker though as was worth the convience of the location. Bonus points for allowing smoking on the fire escape.

If you need action, this hotel is in the heart of the place.

I like the ibis chain and yesterday's experience was another proof for that… Late check in quick and friendly, clean and modern room and fresh and healthy breakfast… Located in a vivid urban hotspot I hope to come back again soon.

Hotel quite normal, but I've felt very comfortable. Very friendly staff and comfortable bed. The Hotel is located in a very important site of Berlin.

I thought they were average. I expected them to be better than a normal ibis but I they were not. I do have to say — location was prime.

I found the hotel, the whole team, the location just great. For me price performance everything top.

Basic Hotel, meets expectations, but has some flaws. We were not given key to the safe and had to ask for it. Still all perfect; In AlexanderPlatz, well Central, super clean, we got a gift upon entering, very full buffet breakfast … I will sincerely return.

Breakfast very good but room a little small. The room is large and clean but small flat for the bathroom very small. Hard to get back to 2. But very good value for money. Welcome gifts: 2 bottles of water.

A location very to move to any part of Berlin. The hotel is welcoming and has a superb relation quality-price. The receptionists do everything possible to resolve any doubt. Breakfast very complete and with a hours great for those who like to get up early, as habren to 6.30. Come back without hesitation.

I have stayed this weekend for the first Time in this Hotel. Unfortunately, the house leaves me with totally mixed feelings about travel. On the one hand, everything is very chic and stylish, the Hotel is located "in the Middle", extensive Breakfast buffet and the staff all super friendly. But on the other hand, the rooms are in almost every Detail an ergonomic disaster: — No chairs/table > Because the Check of the E-mail joy
— No Luggage rack or storage space
— No wardrobe, not even enough shelf space for clothes
— Toilet-door opens inwards — > larger people will have their joy in it
Shower — > No shelf for Shampoo bottles etc. — placed electrical outlets inconvenient
I seriously wonder who designed such a thing. No one can be staying a lot in Hotels. I spend more than 100 nights in a year in Accorhotels, but this is something I've seen yet (Okay, the Styles in Orleans is even better)
From the given space you could get more out of it, see also the newly opened ibis Styles in Rastatt. There has been realized with the folding elements, a work Desk and a Luggage rack. Anyone who spends more than one night, must be prepared to live out of the suitcase and things from the left to the right. Work on the Notebook, you can forget completely. There are then compared to the St. Oberholz. Someone really needs to get to it, and the concept of optimizing.

Excellent hotel, great base to explore Berlin. Friendly and attentive staff. Great views from the top floor.

Super Burger Laden direkt vor der Tür.

Hotelzimmer war okay, aber Badezimmer ist eher direkt in den Wohnbereich integriert und statt einem großen Bett waren nur zwei kleine Einzelbetten vorhanden. Service war immerhin ganz nett…

Great location, clean but very basic rooms. The breakfast is good but can get very busy.

Great rooms, great location, lovely bed, extended breakfast. Minor thing: it was always soo hot in the common areas such as the hallways and when you enter your room. Fixed it by opening windows, but still.

Fun place to stay. Breakfast and Wi-Fi always included. The breakfast space can be very crowded. On my new year's visit it was almost impossible to find a table. The have a coffee machine that makes espresso. The room was clean and silent (looking into a backyard).

There's a room map for each guest to the go in the room and use the elevator. The cleaning service is somewhat disoriented a minus points.

Nice hotel, well located, with a great variety for breakfast. But the rooms are a bit warm.

The location is great, very central. The included breakfast is extensive. Rezeption 24 hours. Large room, very stylish but the TV inside is quite small and has no modern HDMI ports, but does have sky.

Everything perfect, more than you expected!
Location: Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz square are within walking distance. Metro station just a few steps away. In the vicinity there are a REWE and across from the entrance of the hotel a delicious Burger snacks and a bar diagonally to the hotel there is a cool Italian, all reasonably priced!
Staff is friendly. Room (had a double bed room) and shower all clean and very modern furnishings. Free Wi-Fi, TV with sky (! ), phone and hair dryer with it. Tasty and varied breakfast with bagels and croissants.
