Budget no frills establishment. Staff seem pleasant enough but either don't have time to care or just don't care. It took 45 minutes to get 2 clean cups (room service left them dirty). 4 days into stay and still waiting for light bulb to be changed in bathroom. Don't come here expecting quality.

Very clean, excellent condition, very nice staff. Close to the train station and neighbourhood is very nice. Superb quality for money too!

Good location, but rooms are a bit in need of a touch up. Air-conditioning none existing-hardly working. Fridge is more like a storage unit, had to get ice from the bar to have a cool drink. Refill of the coffee bags, only after getting it by myself and then the next day, after calling again reception! Staff did try hard, where helpful and friendly!

Very nice staff and accommodation very clean and quiet! Although room looked out onto main road, not noticed. All English TV which made a difference in the evening. BBC ITV and channel 4 and 5. The only moan I would have is the shower, which although a choice of rainfall and normal, the water went everywhere even outside the shower area as designed as a wet room. Thankfully for a lovely stay.

The location is quite good. In a radius of 5-10 minutes walk and a lot of restaurants and shops. The metro station is not more than 10 minutes walk. Hotel with original decoration. However, the room walls are worn from the backs of the chairs. Good breakfast in German style with an abundance of sausages. Uriraut regularly and well. The bed is always fresh. The hotel has a bubbling life and in the evenings you can find a restaurant in the bar. If you like wine and order German, you will be pazcharmed. It's not in the bar. There is a speaking girl at the reception.

Situated in a nice area. The room is slightly warm as tge AC doesn't work well. The room is very clean and spacious. Service was good and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast needs more variety as we had to eat the same thing for 5 days.

Hotel is very central, room and service very good. The breakfast buffet would be a frequent refill would be desirable.

Everything is flawless. Clean, modern and large rooms. Service friendly and prices reasonable. There is also a nice bar, which does not close immediately, as soon as 2100 times no guest is there… A star deduction that the sauna costs €6, because there is only one tiny cabin, there is no plunge pool or anything else… this is definitely too expensive!

Comfortable, good service and good breakfast although with a few sweets. Attentive and helpful staff for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is first of all very centrally located so with the subway you are very fast in the city centre and even in the area of the hotel there is everything that the heart desires. The staff was also always friendly, both at the reception and at breakfast. I found it a pity, however, that we got the handicapped-accessible room. For us, everything was too low or it was already very funny in the room with door opening mechanism, open shower, the low sink and the handles on the toilet. One is very glad that one does not have to make use of it… We couldn't really feel comfortable. But for people who need it, definitely a nice room. However, we could not complain about the equipment and the cleanliness. From 4-star hotels We are accustomed to a better breakfast… From the selection of sausages and cheeses, fresh vegetables to missing small spoons for eggs and coffee. I can't say anything about the restaurant and bar area, as we didn't use it.

Stay 13/14.02.18 The hotel was impeccable in terms of amenities, cleanliness, location etc. You get a very rich breakfast – all very inexpensive.
I would have a complaint. You had to wait about half an hour for dinner, which was not so bad. Unpleasantly noticed I'm doing > 3/4-stündiiges waiting for an ordered drink.
A remembered memory of my order has also brought nothing. Obviously it was the waitress who barely understood German and was in use for the first time.

Maid service every day. Bar staff very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back!

Nice basic hotel and the Damien Hirst vibe is fun. There is no tub, just a shower, and the room is quite small, but the bed is very comfortable and the facilities were fresh and clean. I would note that the central elevator is quite small and slow for the size of the hotel. We noticed many people having to wait multiple times to catch it with their bags in the busy morning.

Very nice and stylish hotel. Overall, it makes a very cozy and modern impression. The rooms are relatively large and clean. The furnishing is usually to be mentioned positively is a kettle for making tea directly in the room. The breakfast is very plentiful and you will find everything you need.

Wonderful hotel with extremely friendly staff and service. Brilliant location, modern and spacious rooms, and excellent value for money with affordable rates. We have been here twice a year (summer and winter) for at least a week each time for many years. Love this place and can highly recommend it to anyone, including families with kids.

Clean rooms with decent facilities. Kettle in the room including minibar. Breakfast is very good, no too wide selection however high quality. In addition there is a very central location which in case of emergency also allows to reach a lot on foot. The staff is also very friendly. Next year will be happy to return.

In fact, the rooms are very well-used. I would recommend a booking after the renovation announced here. I unfortunately got a room on the street side, despite the early booking of rooms and the express request for a quiet room.
The breakfast is OK. The staff friendly.

Hotel is very well located in the middle of the S-Bahn trunk line. S-Bahn can be reached in 7 minutes. So in the center, man is in 15 minutes. Connection with bus is also very good. There were no parking spaces in the hotel, but in the side street for 10, 00 per day. We had a double bed room on the street but very small. There was no room for two suitcases. It's rather just for one person. The carpet and the curtains should be replaced absolutely. Outlets too. It is very clean but a bit older, need renovation. Staff was great and the breakfast very extensive. Maybe I just got a bad luck room. For people who expect something, this hotel is nothing. It's enough for the trip. Tip: Nearby there are super Cypriot restaurant "Ta panta ri"

The location is central. The room was comfortable and large. However, there were never someone at the bar! And three ladies at the reception most of the time. You always have to ask someone for the bar! You have to wait for long for the elevator! Thank God I was staying at the first floor. Easy to use the stairs! One last thing, why do I have to pay extra for the Sauna!

The rooms and decor are unique with a focus on Andy Warhol. This leaves an impression. I stayed in the XL room, which was spacious. The factory bar didn't have a lot happening in it and the food was pretty basic. However, the breakfast buffet is very good and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and the rooms okay. It all worked out what was used.
Still, there were things I found very bad. There was no staff at the bar, which meant that we always had to go to the front desk to ask for someone to take our order. This person then came relatively fast and was also friendly, yet it was annoying and I wonder why three people are at the reception at the same time and no one at the bar.
The prices at the bar are relatively high, a 0, 5 beer costs e. G. €6.
A second problem I found the elevator, it lasts forever long until it comes. But OK, there are worse things.
The gym is very small, there are various free weights, however all very light weights, so for me not in the approach sufficient.
The sauna costs €6 extra, which I also found outrageous at the high price.
If one does not disturb the mentioned points, I can recommend the hotel.

The description is unfortunately outdated: "Upscale hotel with modern rooms" — 10 years ago maybe. The rooms are okay, size good but need renovation. Superficially it is cleaned relatively well, looking more closely, there are already some shortcomings. Especially in the bathroom. The joints are partially moldy, the tiles dirty, the back of the cosmetic mirror disgustingly Dusty. The sockets Schmodrig. This should not happen in an upscale hotel.
The location is good, in the vicinity you will find everything you need (Kudamm for shopping, restaurants, etc. ).

Beds Okay, breakfast average, staff mostly nice, but room very worn with stains everywhere on the walls and the floor. The term "Mitte" is misleading because the area is not in the middle. Noisy when the room is to the main street. Overall not good value for money and disappointing.

A pleasant hotel to stay in a nice part of Berlin walking distance from many restaurants, cafes and designer clothing stores. The walls between rooms are a bit thin (I can hear my neighbors moving around next door) but other than that no complaints.

Extremely helpful staff. Very nice clean big room. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel and hotels has great breakfast. Supermarkets nearby and shopping street not far to walk to. Train station is 10 mins walk away. Definitely coming back to this hotel when next in Berlin. Thanks very much D.

Nice artsy hotel close to the U Bahn. The Art Room XL was huge. The bathroom was a little worn down, the grout needed to be scrubbed or replaced. Overall a good experience.

Good location, it's very convenient for TXL airport. I like the room deco, and the great amenity that they offer.

Great location and easy to find hotel. Good-sized snazzy room with the usual amenities (kettle, safe, TV, etc). Others have complained about bathrooms looking a bit faded, but ours was fine. Can't comment on breakfast or the restaurant in general, however.

Excellent 4 star hotel in a very central location in West Berlin. Spacious rooms with Andy Warhol reproductions and designer furnishings. Great breakfast.

It's a great hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff are friendly and room are large. Could have a lounge chair or sofa in the suite. Recommend a stay if in Berlin.

Trendy hotel to stay at. Very central and has a great feeling at the hotel. Rooms are perfect for a quick visit and the art style rooms are quirky and fun.
