Henri is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever been to.

Upon arrival, we received a free upgrade.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Design, rooms, location etc. Are fantastic!

Also worth mentioning is the free snack in the evening.

Breakfast is unfortunately a bit sparse, but does not change the rating.

Great hotel located within minutes of the zoo and Tiergarten. Beautiful old building, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Not your usual hotel. The old type French music playing at the reception and sitting area was a little annoying. Breakfast was nice and comfortable beds. I had room 310. It would be impossible to have a smaller bathroom.

Very charming and stylish hotel in the city center, the rooms are clean and well furnished and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are available and convincing, although I have seen better here.
However, the price for this location is insane and I recommend the "Henri" without
bad conscience.
Happy to :D again.

Very friendly staff, breakfast top, the beds in the double rooms could be larger and the pillows filled with down, the rooms would have to be equipped with air conditioning. Nevertheless, the hit is highly recommended. Price performance is right.

Great Design Hotel with a personal Touch. To recommend to Anyone who is looking for something special and wants to stay in the middle of the City. Perfect For 2 Nights. Only Mankos: Fön was not in the Room as promised, Bathroom stood after shower full of Water. Slightly impractical.

My third visit to this hotel, but my first after the renovation. They really created a good atmosphere in the hotel. Especially the new layout of where the breakfast was served is really good! The rooms have had a touch of fresh paint and overall this is a very nice hotel in a not so crowded neighborhood with plenty good restaurants nearby and public transport right around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay again.

Very nice and exceptional hotel. Quiet and still only 5 minutes to the Kudamm. Good restaurants right next door.

The room and service was excellent. A really nice old-style hotel that has been nicely restored. The only downsides were the location and the price of the breakfast buffet.

Negative: through planks, clattering doors and thin walls it can be noisy at night.

In advance: I think the hotel has the right potential if you invest in the right place.
+ The hotel is in the middle of Berlin and you can walk directly to the Kudamm. There are various restaurants nearby and a Lidl. There is also a parking garage opposite.
+ The ambiance is really very nice and you feel comfortable very quickly. In addition, there is also a radio that will play the appropriate music to the style of the hotel. Class. There is also a telephone booth. This is supposed to be the smallest museum in Berlin.
+ The staff was really nice and always trying to help you. However, I feel there is no uniform vision for the hotel. The lady for breakfast was extremely busy working while the cast was showing for the night there was no emotion. Not even a laugh came over his face, furthermore the flow of information was absent. We always had a free drink in the evening. The night operation had it but written on the bill.
— the rooms are in the same style and well preserved. I mean our room was refurbished. It was located on the 4th floor. The ride in the small elevator I can only recommend conditionally.
Important: What is not at all is hygiene. We had at the shower and the faucet lime deposits where I thought — wow this must also be from the year 1900. At the shower enclosure below there was a little "black" next to the lime, I'm tapping on mold — which I find difficult.

If you appreciate a historical ambience this would be a great choice. Beautiful structure, nice rooms. Breakfast was nice.

Nice hotel, good location. Because an older building with great wooden planks and high ceilings might location something, personally I had no problems with it.

Nice hotel, nice staff and lovingly furnished albeit small room. Right on the Kudamm, perfect for a short trip to Berlin:) Happy to be back! Unfortunately no parking lot but parking nearby.

Unfortunately only 3 stars. The ambiance is outstanding when you buy creaky plank floors (also in the hallway in front of the room). The parking situation is catastrophic and expensive. There would be a recommendation of special conditions with the opposite parking garage. We enjoyed the breakfast. For the deduction: We had booked a les chambres room. I have to doubt if it was one. It was very small. The pictures to the Cabinet room on the home page could have been made in our room. We had water stains on the ceiling and bathroom. On request at the reception after the room came the statement that everything was correct, however, the facial expression said something else.

I can only forgive 3 stars this time, the staff very friendly, the housekeeping Driiiiiiingeeeeend schools in terms of cleanliness. However, the still ongoing construction work has not been disturbed! The real-floor flooring in the hallways is probably not tread-insulated, very noisy, but on the clean side! There we are again, better and more efficient to maintain. I would like to give this hotel another chance and will come back, promised!

First impression: Where did I end up here? I have stayed at many hotels in Berlin, but not in any like this. While others want to be historical, cult or of a certain era and sometimes just old is funny, this is program here. I was totally surprised when I was greeted by the receptionist in full of very chic authentic outfit of bygone times. And this runs through the whole hotel. (more follows…)

Lovely hotel with really good service. Leonard at the front desk was especially helpful. The beds were comfortable and the design pleasing. My go-to hotel in Hamburg.

Charming hotel with larger than average rooms. Very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was renovated; still had that new paint smell. Perfect for business or leisure.

A very charming hotel in Central Berlin. Rooms are fresh and clean. High service and integrity. Breakfast is of very good standard. Small bar I loung with only basics, but ok. Parking close by if you have an ordinary car. Mini buss parking is more difficult. Sunway within short walking distance. Spent time there more than once. Recommended! :)

It used to be a great place, but they changed the concept recently, but I haven't been there since then.

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Would be better with fresh juices and espresso machine. Thank you Residenz hotel! Will come again.
