Nice hotel with parking garage in the middle of the Ku'damm, 5 minutes walk from several cinemas and the Theater des Westens. Very nice, polite and friendly staff. Good breakfast in a quiet environment.
Despite the difficult times at the moment, we felt very comfortable and hope to come back again.

Cozy, clean and soundproof rooms.
Great breakfast offer and service. Restaurant Capone with room service highly recommended.
Cons: Check Inn took extremely long although short queue, reception staff too little and partly listless and grumpy. Too small and older TV, little program selection.

Very central, top location, directly Kurfürstendamm. Not far from metro and S-Bahn. We had a very nice room. Very nice staff… We are very happy to come back :-)

Unfortunately, a little noisy. Otherwise very nice. Maintained. Particularly noteworthy the friendliness of the staff. There was zero to complain about. That's what I call service. Instead, a 1+ with asterisks.

Excellent customer service on reception desk. Restaurant next door, affiliated with the hotel. It was my birthday weekend. Left a couple of cards in the room and when we got back there was another card and bottle of sparkling wine from the hotel manager. Really surprised as we hadn't mentioned. Public transport very easy as hop on hop off tourist buses all around Berlin. Lots of shops and restaurants along the route from the hotel.

Great hotel, very fun concept! Had basically everything you would expect from a hotel. Very clean, breakfast included, good beds (for being a hotel), and nice customer service!

Great Hotel. Family friendly. Deluxe suite is just perfect and very quiet. Breakfast is huge. And employees very nice (special mention to the young blonde lady at the front desk) The only little — is the loooooong corridor but we were almost the last room. We will come again and recommend this hotel. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of West Berlin, located on the Kurfürstendamm. Themed rooms dedicated to the film industry. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Always clean, comfortable. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel.

Certainly coming in the years from the implementation of the perfect idea. The renovations that have begun have been successful. The hotel is a museum of film history. For everyone more than just an overnight stay in a prime Berlin location.

The ambience of the hotel is truly full of Hollywood! Right from the entrance to the individual rooms. The service of reception managers is very cordial. The breakfast buffet is quite varied and delicious. There's a lot of scope to take amazing and funky photos with epic Hollywood backgrounds. :)

Nice hotel, recently renovated dedicated to the cinema. Great breakfast! On one of the most chic streets in Berlin, and close to Metro.

Very good hotel at Ku Dam. Staff friendly around the clock. Conveniently located. Rooms have a good standard. Breakfast buffet is great.

Calas café is a great place to stop for a coffee and beer.

Great hotel. Good breakfast. The rooms are not very new, but everything is in the style of a movie. Friendly and professional staff. There are managers in the Russian language. Were with the dog. For her specially prepared a place in the room with bowls and even a few vkusnyashek. There is parking in the underground garage, 17 euro/day.

For a so called 4 stars hotel, it doesn’t deserve better than this rating. The hotels looks nice at first sight but the rooms are far away worth a 4 stars, especially small bed for 2 people in their ´new modern bedroom’. Also one very small bed comforter for 2 people. I never saw this in other hotels. After asking for another bed comforter (had to go down to the reception because no one was replying on the phone reception), the staff gave me another bed comforter with a bed cover. But I (a client) had to put the bed comforter in the bed cover and take it to the room myself. This is not something we call a service. I had in the past more devoted staff and respectful in even hotels with only one or two stars. When we booked the hotel we asked for a calm room which we didn’t get as we could hear the noise of an engine outside.

Well maintained spacious hotel. Room & bathroom big and clean. Breakfast buffet rich in all possible what the palate wants is made possible. Very central to the famous shopping district. Also suitable for children. The film media offers TV air conditioning also suitable for wheelchairs. First class service. Red carpet entrance. Thanks for such a generous service.

Nice hotel for a visit to Berlin. Relaxed atmosphere, nice, bright, big rooms, all very clean. Good breakfast. Nice large underground parking. Friendly staff. There are film posters, actor photos, spotlights, film dolls and other gimmicks everywhere. There is even a cinema in the hotel…

Great hotel in prime location. Breakfast is a buffet style with plenty of choices. Rooms clean and warm and same for the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel with good value for money. Clean rooms with pleasant service; Only the hallways are when you get the room at the very end gets a bit long. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and individual components change from day to day. The baked goods, however, still have some air to the top.

Bad service and very outdated hotel. Breakfastroom terrible. A lot of better hotels in de naberhood and even cheaper for better quality.

The hotel is spectacular, the breakfast is super full and more normal rooms are incredibly big! Highly recommended removing the dryness of workers I guess in Germany is normal.

Very central location, nice new rooms on the 4th floor. Breakfast was adequate, good selection of bread, bun sausage etc. We like to be in Berlin again and again. Absolute recommendation. The only small point of criticism are the very narrow parking spaces in the underground garage.

Excellent museum that traces the history of Germany and the Second World War. The visit is rather long and only in German or English.

I was really excited about my stay in HMH Berlin. I was a participant of the event "Stay Connected". As soon as the staff found out that I am raw vegan, they were absolutely nice and provided me with a wonderful plate of raw vegetables. The breakfast was out of this world! Wide range of raw vegetables, fruit, dried fruit, and even some seeds. The staff is very smilie and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidied every morning. What made me a bit sad, there was no small soap. I collect it and there was none : (But in the kit in the bathroom there were a shower hat, a comb, sponges and a nail file which I never use when I travel :-D Every room has a hair dryer. There is an ironing room on the second floor which I couldn't find :) ) ) Pets are allowed but the second floor is allergy friendly which is awesome! And the location is great — direct buses to Tegel Airport and Alexanderplatz. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Apart from the great breakfast buffet and the nice staff, the rest is not so great. Unfortunately, the beds are far too hard! For the newly furnished rooms we had a 1, 40 bed sold as a double room. And the room keys work on good luck. The great tourist package came here. Thanks to the government for this great idea.

All in all it is a great hotel for families. The staff is friendly and the rooms are reasonably priced and clean. Although it has already been a bit over the years, the location and the connection to u and S-Bahn make it the perfect starting point for exploring Berlin with the family.

The staff is very friendly, very accommodating, and very helpful. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is amazing.

The room was clean and the beds were ok. The air condition in the room made a constant noise, but we prefferd that to being too warm (27 degrees celsius) to sleep. The breakfast was ok, but the bread wasn't the best I havet had.

Very spacious rooms. Easy to get to either by car or by bus from Tegel. A good solution if you do not want to choosing an accommodation in the center. Staff at the front desk efficient though not properly friendly.

I had the great fortune of one of the "top" rooms to get. The Dr. Mabuse suite for example impresses with its generosity in the entrance area (sofa) and the balcony space positive completes. The offer from the breakfast buffet, as well as the changing offerings at lunch will leave no wishes unfulfilled. The staff is professional and attentive. The seminar rooms are well equipped. Here I'd like to go again.

Comfortable stay but the rooms were a bit dated. The hollywood theme is in the main areas and some of the more expensive rooms. The normal rooms theme consists of a "stars" name (you would have to look them up) on the door and a photoof them.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location in Berlin. Public transportation is very easy from here to both airports and to the very centre of the city. It's only a short walk to the Zoo and Memorial Church and from there it's easy to get the train to central Berlin. The rooms are a good size and well fitted, range of TV channels and coffee making are standard. The breakfast is amazing, they serve a huge selection of cold food such as breads, meats and cheeses, as well as a good selection of hot food which is slightly different day to day. There's also a pastry selection and a variety of juices and hot drinks. Would definitely reccomend this hotel.

We had a very pleasent stay, the breakfest was great. The rooms are nice and the location is good. Staff gave us excellent treatment.

We found our experience at Hollywood Media Hotel extremely satisfactory. The room was big and clean. The staff was nice and pleasant. The breakfast was gorgeous.

+Nice breakfast. +Clean rooms. +Close to the U-bahn. +Wifi (when we eventually received the password! ). Why didn`t we get the password immediately when we checked in? And when asking about the Wifi the man in the reception made us feel uncomfortable. Perhaps he did not want to be disturbed?! Unfriendly greeting when we arrived and checked in the first day. This kind of greeting influenced our impression off the hotel for the rest of our stay. It gave us a bad feeling. Unfortunately we did not feel welcome.

I spend the weekend in Berlin with my son and we had a very pleasant stay at the Hollywood Media Hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. The hotel is close to public transport and we also rented a bike at the hotel to tour Berlin. We would recommend the hotel to everyone!
