The best place ever in Berlin. Beautiful rooms and great staff in every way. We will be back again.

Just travelled throughout Europe for 8 weeks. Louisa's Palace was the best hotel we stayed in.
Beautiful, cleans amazing large rooms and fantastic breakfast.
I also do have to mention how great the staff were.

Arrive and feel good! Very friendly welcome! I was escorted to the room and instructed! If one does not have everywhere, and testifies that the guest is the king. Great large room, separate bedroom and large bathroom. The small kitchen is ideal for hotel guests who stay longer, as you can also prepare meals in the room! All very well maintained and in perfect condition. In the basement is the pool and the sauna, excellent! The start of the day starts with a delicious breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired! Hotel is mega central. Now my insider tip for the next visit to Berlin!

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was superb, wonderfully spacious with a comfortable king size bed. Excellently placed within easy reach of the many major sights of Berlin.

3rd time I have stayed here best hotel I've ever stayed in. This place is the 5 star hotel everyone else pretends to be. Go right on down the line. Price is reasonable, rooms are amazing with kitchen, kitchenware, bigfridge. Staff is very responsive, Location is awesome.

Hotel Louisa's place was a great place to stay. My husband and three children had fun at the pool and also seating at the terrace. Great place to stay. Clean, close to restaurants, shopping stores and Tegel airport. We will recommend this place to friends and family.

All satisfied: Good location, subway and bus in front of the door; Beautiful pubs and restaurants in the side streets. Bike. Gorgeous and cozy rooms, kitchen good. And swimming pool and sauna are simply delightful.

The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the hotel is very conveniently located near U-Bahn (Adenauerplatz) and S-Bahn (Charlottenburg) stations. The staff is very helpful.

I had to go professionally for a few days to Berlin and had decided on the many excellent reviews for Louisa's place!
I have not regretted this decision and would always meet again! Thank you for the very pleasant stay!
The staff at the reception was consistently friendly and extremely accommodating!
My room, although the "smallest" suite, was huge, tastefully decorated and very clean! I found the hand-written welcome letter excellent! I felt at home!
The small but fine wellness area I almost always had for me alone and enjoyed this very much!
Only at breakfast I have something to expose! It was very good, egg dishes were freshly prepared on request!
But: there was nothing special about it! The signage at the buffet was missing me, Aufbackbrötchen instead of fresh, little fruit! As I said, it was good, but every day! The price of 26, €0 is therefore not justified in my opinion overall!
I still give the full 5 stars because the overall package has voted and I will certainly come back!

Really nice place to stay. We had our own apartment with simple cooking facilities and living area. The staff were helpful and nice. For anyone travelling with children who values being able to give them a simple breakfast and their own bedroom, this is better and cheaper than somewhere fancy where you would all share a room and still pay more.

The people who work at your establishment are terrific, they made my stay in Berlin very peaceful. This is my third trip and the first time using your hotel. I will only be using your hotel moving forward.

Was there over Christmas Holiday. Great hotel, rooms (beds so comfortable) room coffee is anther class above. Amenities (pool, gym. Restaurant etc etc etc. Also the little bakery around the corner is just what you want for morning coffee. The hotel is in the center of Berlin; easy to get to everything. Buses, subway simple. The staff is the reason for its elegance and professionalism; outstanding people. Knowledgeable of course, they let us know everything we need to get around Berlin. I recommend it for any family that wants a comfortable and elegant hotel that matches your energy level. We will be back.

For me the accommodation in Berlin. The best location, the best rooms/apartments, all the best classic high-quality ensuite, staff and services as you can only wish or imagine. In Berlin I will only stay here!

Spent a few days there last week and can't recomend Louisa's Place enough. The suites are large, clean and have everything to make you feel at home and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We had such a pleasant stay. We can't rave enough about Louisa's Place. We definitely will come back and stay again, hopefully for a longer period of time. The entire hotel, it's entrance, the foyer, the elevators, the staircases and the hallways were kept very clean. The rooms are as tidy and spotless. There is nothing we thought we had missed. Everything and more was available. The gesture of a handwritten welcome letter along with a bottle of sparkling water and chocolates show how this hotel operates. The staff at the reception was super friendly, always ready to answer questions and very helpful. We were given excellent choices of restaurants in the direct vicinity and how to get there. Extra services were offered to us but unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of those due to the fact that our stay was just too short. We highly recommend Louis'a Place to everyone who needs a suggestion where to stay in Berlin. The location of the hotel is also very convenient because the closest U-Bahn station is located right by the hotel and with using the public transportation system you can discover entire the entire City of Berlin.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The spa was lovely and the kitchenette was fantastic as well! We wish the coffee would have been refilled complimentary, but all else was perfect. Be sure to enjoy breakfast and get their scrambled eggs with bacon!

Our accommodation at Louisa's Place was more like an apartment than a hotel room. Our room had kitchen facilities as well as a large sitting room with separate large bedroom and WC. At night we had no disturbance either from outside or inside the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spent some time going through the city map and explaining the best ways to get around. If you have a car, the hotel has underground secure garage parking available which is cheaper than leaving it in paid parking elsewhere in the city. The restaurant prices were reasonable for very nice food although we felt that the price of breakfast was too much. My only small complaint would be the gym which is tiny and almost bereft of equipment. However, it was a pleasure to stay in the hotel, good location with the subway nearby, plenty of other restaurants and bars close to the hotel and in three days we managed to cram in most of the sights of Berlin.

TOP Price performance. Excellent service from the first to the last minute. A place to feel good. Great location at Ku'damm near Adenauerplatz and subway / bus stop. Well-cosy and spacious suite with adjoining modern bathroom. All very well maintained and lightning-clean. Always happy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean large rooms. Self service laundry facilities was really nice after 2 weeks on the go. Excellent breakfast and good restaurant recommendations when we asked. Felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay. Paid parking just across the side street. Will go back again.

We found the staff at Louisa's Place extraordinarily helpful including walking us to the parking garage with an umbrella when we arrived in the middle of downpour. The location is outstanding and the rooms are large and elegant. A great place to stay in Berlin!

Our stay at Louisa's place was a real pleasure. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful in providing us with advice on where to go and what to see. Our suite was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. The location was great as we were able to walk to major shopping areas and the underground was very close. We would certainly recommend Louisa's Place, a lovely place to stay.

This is a truly wonderful place to stay! We stayed in a suite and had so much room and it was so clean and comfortable also! The breakfast was amazing and the gym and pool downstairs were quite nice and useful. The location is wonderful — slightly outside of "town" but right on the Metro lines and super easy to get anywhere you want to go, including the airport. There are many really great restaurants nearby and some very nice shopping not too far away and all the sights of Berlin are an easy ride away. It's also convenient for sights outside of Berlin, as the train is just a short walk away. The staff were all really kind and helpful and made our entire stay a pleasure. I wished we had booked for longer, as this was the nicest hotel of our trip!

We were a couple in our late 60s in Berlin for a week for museums and music. The hotel was perfect. The size and set up of the deluxe suite with balcony over the garden was lovely. Beds and linens were high quality. It was great having a well equipped kitchen. Location was perfect for using public transportation. A grocery and fruit and vegetable store was nearby. Lots of local restaurants within minutes. Staff was extremely nice, helpful. We would recommend this hotel to other couples in a heartbeat.

I was there last year with my husband. We loved this hotel. It was our last trip because he had a mortal accident four months later. Thank you for your kindness, for that marvelous moment of peace. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the breaksfast, the room. I will remember you for the rest of my life.

This is an excellant hotel. Family friendly with rooms that are truly spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were lovely and showed clearly that they were well trained in dealing with any enquiries. My family joined us during our stay and the pool and sauna proved a fantastic facility. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

On our forth stay in Berlin, we can highly recommend this hotel. That is, more or less what we can tell. It is not a low budget hotel, that is for sure, But quiet, heading against the main street, in western Zone Kurfurstendamm, or Ku'damm, Berlin. You are in Deutschland.

Here, we had a top stay! The Hotel is only recommendable, very large rooms, Breakfast all great and there is also a Wellness oasis in which to relax. Who during his Berlin trip also relax is right here! Thank you to the Team for the great stay.

A very friendly hotel with helpful staff. We were welcomed initially and shown to our lovely room, in which the only disappointment was the lack of bath and the small television screens — A cute welcome pack awaited us. I would say that the other thing we would have liked more of is advice — we filled out the "wish list" before we came and there was a sheet in our room with some suggestions, but I think being told e. G. About the Welcome Pass at the start of the trip and which museums to book online would have been helpful. Overall, we really liked Berlin and enjoyed our stay at Louisa's Place and would recommend.

Nice in general, but definitely not a 5 star hotel. The staff in general was extremely nice but I didn't tip the girl who helped me and my daughters with the luggage, first because I had no change and second because my husband arrived before me and I assumed he had given her a tip. From then on we never saw a smile from her again — she was professional but not nice as she was when we arrived. Two negative points were that we weren't aware that there was a construction site next to our bedroom window and we should have been informed about it prior to our reservation! Also there is no air conditioner. It was 33 degrees in Berlin when we arrive and the next days, and the staff forgot to mention that they had portable air conditioner that they could have put in our bedroom. They just told us that when I mentioned, on the check out how hot it was in Berlin. Eduarda Sandeman.

Very nice hotell with a pleasant and friendly staff. Excellent service, good location on main shopping street and generelly a high standard. Highly recommended.

The concept of Louisa's is consistent — everything fits. Personally, generous and tasteful without pomp, super service, quiet and unobtrusive, breakfast

Fantastic hotel with extremely helpful staff. Rooms are unique and spacious, and you have the facilities for cooking yourself if you so wish. Would definitely recommend staying here — I will be if I return to Berlin.

A super place for a weekend in Berlin! It is super located right at Kurfürstendamm, and close to a metro station! The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and also the staff are very friendly.

Your front desk personnel set the tone for excellence. They were terrific. Intelligent, courteous, helpful. Very professional. They deserve a raise! The rooms are lovely, the sauna excellent. I had a wonderful stay and will use your hotel when I come to Berlin in the future.
