Small room. Breakfast varied and in quantity. It has no reception 24 hours, then they give you a set of keys to the front door. They clean the room every day. Clean towels every day. Good service in general.

For your money, it's an option. Parking on the street is free. Breakfasts are included. Cooked breakfast at night as there was a late departure to the airport. With the animal surcharge 15 euros. The feeling of a hospital room.

Room was great and breakfast was excellent. Staff at front could have been more helpful when we asked about places nearby.

Inexpensive and very basic furnishings. If you get a room on the main street, it is difficult to sleep but gets quiet after midnight. Wi-Fi is touch and go and the management should look at putting another router in the hallway. Be patient with the elevator, there are no instructions on how to use it so just make sure all doors are closed so the buttons will work. There is no room safe. Breakfast is simple and fair. Very easy access to Ubahn and buses.

Price is OK for Berlin. The location is also central but on the biggest street. The rooms are very old and not the cleanest. The breakfast was OK. But you should not be late, because unlike otherwise not only the buffet is cleared, no you will also be very rudely asked to cope.
Parking is available on the street but it is not always easy to get one.
I would not stay here again.

In Russia there are nicer rooms for less money.

Just The Location is Good (IFA 10M Walking)

Booked a double room when we checked in room was a twin room I went to see the lady who checked us in and showed her my booking and she said hotel does not have double rooms only 2 single beds in each room so I checked the website and it says double twin and family rooms available I booked a double no smoking room so we had to put up with 2 single beds on the last night we got back to the hotel and one of the bedroom doors was open and it was a double room. Also it says free Wi-Fi this never worked also supposed to get tea and biscuits 5 pm to 8 pm but never saw any, there was also lots of dust on top of our wardrobe this had never been cleaned for years, also no clean towels or bedding during our stay we could have booked a cheaper hotel but thought with it being 3 star it would have been ok.

Not good as we thought. In comparison to the the prices the condition is very bad.

The hotel is a basic second conversion of most of the second floor in a block of flats. As such the entrance will not wow you; there's a residential apartment block entrance and a lift to the right floor. The rooms themselves are of reasonable size, have plugs and a shower. I wouldn't say it's the best hotel I've stayed in, but it's reasonable for the price point. You're paying for basic, and get it.

Positive: shower gel and soap dispenser (normal for 3 * hotel)
Negative: Hotel in the entire corridor barriers, stains and toenails in the carpet, dirty wallpapers, unfriendly staff, no free Wi-Fi (€5), old, through beds, funny smell versiftest it absolutely…

Room = disaster
Food = disaster
Against the staff itself can say nothing…

So sorry: The only Positive thing about this Hotel is the location. The Elevator is advertised, is very old — we prefer stairs went. The reception is mostly rude and sees the guest Greeting, not in the eyes. The hallway is full of obstacles and the "powder room" (so not in the room, but on the floor) had honestly NO SINK. The room was versifft, dusty, and compared it smelled of smoke (despite the non-Smoking Hotel). Towels we got in 3 days, only once, and the duvet was not changed or even folded, but spread only. The toilet seat I've been using toilet paper cleaned, that was it brown-greenish color. I could still be more in place, but whom the latter does not deter can even from the Hotel to convince. ;)

Photos on the Internet do not agree with the actual Locations match. Room was dirty, warm water, there were only after the complaint, The Breakfast buffet, as such a call is very exaggerated. The faucet in the bathroom splashed the water in all directions except to the sink. The Breakfast room is only small Bistrotischchen fitted so closely are side by side that you need to pay attention to the other guests, the coffee does not topple over. In addition, the staff is not just friendly. We are in this "Hotel" in any case, not even one overnight stay.
