The staff was nice and the location is rly good and next to the train station.

Super hotel with friendly staff. Were here last weekend originally for only 1 night and could easily extend by another night. The breakfast buffet is very good. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is located directly on Savignyplatz and so you can quickly get anywhere by S-Bahn.

This is an excellent Hotel, so close to all attractions, public transport system, fabulous restaurants. Modern comfortable interiors and helpful staff. This is my second stay, easy for a week stay and I will be coming again.

4 star hotel, fast check in process. parking is an issue, now days constructions running arround the hotel. location is normal.

Nice hotel, with kind but not much staff. The breakfast is really good, with a lot of different foods and a nice selection of healthy foods and stuff you don't normally get, like strawberry smoothies. All in all a solid choice to stay at.

Beautiful, modern and well-kept hotel in a good location. Unfortunately, the staff lacked basic manners such as the "Good Evening" of the guest or asking on departure if everything was okay. Hence a star deduction.

My favourite Berlin hotel. Gray's bar is good for wine and gin and tonic. Modern clean rooms, great position near ku'damm. Quiet, small.

The hotel is excellent. The square where it is located has a lot of charm and very well connected to a train station less than 5 minutes. The room is spacious, clean and modern. The Wi-Fi works for rooms and is excellent as well as the bed. I have food intolerance and I attended very well at breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and even a receptionist spoke Spanish. I would repeat without thinking.

One of the best hotels in berlin! Its my second time at this hotel. Staff very polite. Rooms are clean. There is a free Wi-Fi. Spa. Sauna. Not expensive. Very recommended!

Although I have stayed in this area rather often, it was my first time at H'Otello. I am delighted and will come back. The staff is exceptional: very friendly and competent, quick and professional. I love it. The breakfast is great, but I would prefer some fish, too.

Good Hotel! Beautiful, modern furnished rooms with a large bathroom. Clear design, little chic schnack! Very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very good. Some rooms are located directly on the tracks, but they are surprisingly quiet.

We really liked it at H 'Otello. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The Room was clean, the Breakfast very rich; Wishes were immediately fulfilled The Hotel is located centrally located and is easily accessible.
We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

Great rooms, great location.

Hotel well served by public transport: 500 meters from the bus station and a few meters from both U2 and the train station. Located near Berlin's Mall.

Super location, nice staff, room ok, large bathroom with large sink negative: Bed way too hard (despite 110 kg fighting weight), breakfast 15 Eur/Person, No welcome drink (bottle of water 4, 50 eau), snack machine defective, No own parking, TV remote control Battery empty (although fussy, but just part of the bigger picture), no info about excursion options etc.

The room was quite noisy from the street and the train.
The requirement of the written confirmation of a room category change a day before the stay was somewhat jarring.

Everything really is great, and amazingly, it doesn't even bother the S-Bahn, which runs right in front of the window, while sleeping. And the transport connection is accordingly 1A. Very pleasant beds!
Unfortunately, the SPA is hugely annoying with penetrating chemically stinking room perfume and equally penetrated Klingklong flöflöt-Zen-pop fraglar music, which cannot be switched off even on demand, because the switch is not traceable for the remedy colleague at the reception Is. Please, dear hotel manager: If you want music, you are guaranteed to have your own with you today, on your smartphone. Otherwise, a relaxation room is not called a relaxation room for nothing.
For the bar there is only one "sufficient, " although the barman is extremely nice and the offer is very ok. But acoustically and from the seating, it is a darkened breakfast room. For a cozy sacker there are also other possibilities around the Savigny Square.
All in all, highly recommended for a short trip to Berlin.

Very modern, clean and comfortable rooms, fast internet without connectivity issues and a very good breakfast buffet with homemade bread and a wide variety of other stuff. Really liked the stay.

Clean rooms and adequate breakfast. Not many services at the hotel, but great location with 69 restaurants in walking distance. The hotel bar was good for conversion. Wifi was good, but in room connection did go up and down sometimes, but passable for email and surfing. Used it for FaceTime, but it wasn't good for video. Audio was OK using VOIP.

A really very nice and new Hotel with Design located in Charlottenburg! Very nice staff and a beautiful Spa area! The only drawback, the air conditioning was occasionally a little loud, but was also made the staff very much. Would I book again!

A wonderful stay at H'otello — instead of a Business double room for single use, I received a Suite with a balcony — so great that I can easily dance a waltz. But regardless of the Upgrade: Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, kostenoser Wi-Fi access. My first review in Trip Advisor I have titled "heart, and what You desire yet more? " The second stay I was very happy — small Details are still missing, to a Maximum of 100 points (there is a Toaster at Breakfast, as well as the Kafeerahm — funny the sauna fee of 3.50€, which must ofenbar be required) is clearly missing. I'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was very clean, crisp and modern. The Buffet breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that our air-con unit didn't work in our room during our 3 night stay, unfortunately it wasn't able to be fixed in time; but other than that, I cannot find a fault. Would definitely recommend & would return.

From the second we walked in the door we automatically knew we would enjoy our experience. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were exceptional. We were greeted and welcomed and even given vouchers for a glass of prosecco in the stylish hotel bar! Our room was beautiful and in a really modern contemporary style. Everything was spotless! We highly recommend this hotel and it was in a perfect location with the S-bahn only a few steps away. We would not hesitate in booking this hotel again. Absolutely everything was perfect. Excellent service!

Great hotel and perfect location. Very modern room but nothing is missing; the bed was very comfortable, the shower was good and everything was very clean, all the time. We had a late checkout (around 7pm) and even though the room was cleaned in the morning. The breakfast table was very rich and very good. Thank you very much for a great vacation.
