We should write at once that it is a hotel guesthouse. The only plus is that it is in the sleeping area and not far downtown. I think that for this money you can find a better option.

A bad hotel, it is only the second floor of a building, the floor sounds when walking, poor noise isolation, dirty towels, poor toilet in general, poor room service, small bathroom. Poor breakfast.
The only thing remarkable is that there is a Metro 3 blocks and the neighborhood is nice.

Mostly good but somethings here and here could have been better like the decoration of the appartment.

Single rooms are not recommended it is very small and as a hose nothing was like on the website.

Wonderful breakfast, clean rooms and good location. Perfect price/value combination.

Not really recognizable as a hotel.
An ancient barely readable sign with missing letters, read it somehow.
In an inhabited, in the years, townhouse, on the second floor was the hotel.
We had a slightly larger room for 4 people but on the ground floor. Room in itself OK, however, the windows were on the courtyard side and with bars as in jail.
Parking very difficult as in a residential area with parking card or if at all possible against payment/parking ticket.
Breakfast OK.
The staff did not seem very motivated though.
Breakfast room very very small.
To Ku'damm about 10 min walk and also to the subway not far.
Since we were on New Year's Eve, the hotel was at regular price again at 100, €0 more expensive, which is not justified.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.
We didn't feel comfortable at all.
I advise everyone from here to book the hotel in a residential block just cruel here.

An inexpensive hotel in a decent area, with a good breakfast and service.

BED BUGS! Room 10. We had a reservation for 3 nights. On the second day, I was itchy and did not know why. That night we saw and killed a bed bug on our bed sheets. The next day my boyfriend asked the manager for a refund for the third night because we could not sleep there for our final night. The manager of the hotel was very rude about it. She said that the hotel's policy is to put us in a different room only, and that they don't have to give refunds. And that this new room would not have carpet or curtains. My boyfriend argued that if one room has bed bugs, they all must have bed bugs since the hotel shares the bed sheets. She then blamed us and "foreigners" for bringing in bed bugs to their place! My boyfriend was very offended so he raised his voice, which the manager responded with a threat to call the police. She also said that if he goes around the hotel telling people of bed bugs, she would call the police. He told her to call the owners, and she said they're "very busy people". Eventually she called them and they agreed to refund us, but that was very complicated as well.

The hotel is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not recommended. Completely down. Bed sheets with holes. Broken towels. The rooms are very clean. Bathroom small and dingy. Not sucked any day either. Breakfast very basic. The guests unfortunately also accordingly. We didn't feel comfortable at all. Only the location was quite ok.

The beds do not look like in the photos. Theoretically the complete room (abgeschürfte wallpaper, or scratches on the cupboards). Only the bathroom and the breakfast can be seen.
I highly recommend to inspect this hotel before booking!
"On the Ku'damm", which is at least half a mile away, cannot be called "on the Ku'damm" for me.
I don't know what a 3 star hotel is, but every guesthouse I stayed in was for half the price 3 times more comfortable and the price/performance ratio on the other hand was top.
I find it completely good grace and a cheek that is seen in the photo a 10 times more cozy room so.

Problems with drapes, showers, beds. Good and hearty breakfast. Good location.

It doesn't have three stars. Is a pension.

Great hotel with delicious breakfasts. Rooms aren't very big but they are quite spacious. The hotel gives you a parking card so that you can pay less for parking your car at the street.

Disappointed, spacious rooms booked and mini rooms received. Staff friendly but disinterested.

Everything in the room you need, closet was a bit broken and the bathroom small but no problem you don't need it to run rum. Own liquid soap and shampoo.

I booked this hotel as it is pretty near a place I had to photo shoot the morning after to my arrival. The pictures show beautiful and colorful rooms but the room I received was quite different from what's shown in the listing and a hint of that was the number of the room, written First of all, the size: the room is around 10 sqm. It is furnished with a bed, a bedside table, a chair, a sofa and a small closet (with a TV on top). The second surprise is that It smells of smoke as the windows (two large hoppers unreachable without a ladder or a pole) are kept open (because of no Air Conditioning) and are placed above a public balcony where guests of the hotel and inhabitants of the building go to smoke. And smoking they chat, also during sleeping hours. The small window of the bathroom also opens towards the same balcony, but at eye level. Complaining with the reception only got me a change of room for the remaining day (that I booked only to have a shower and keep my stuff as my assignment lasted till midnight and my flight was early in the morning), leaving me in that situation in the night I needed to sleep more (remember the assignment I had the following day? ). Last but not least, the doors are thin, and the laughs of teenagers on a school trip easily reach your sleepless brain late at night. Oh, but the replacement room for the last night was average… at least.

Some fat guy ruined the bed I was given so I slept terrible for it was oke.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast with some fruits aside. Staff can speak Russian.

Nice little hotel with friendly staff, close to Kurfürstendamm. Unfortunately it is so loud that it is hard to sleep and og you want to go anywhere else than Kurfürstendamm, public transport is a boyfarfar away.

Germany is expensive. So is Berlin. The location is good in upmarket area of the city. But a little far from main train and bus stations. (I walked). It is a value for money place relative to the options in the city. Stayed 1st night in single room with ensuite which was very good. But unable to stay for next night… had double bed room … and able to choose the better bed. Good for budget traveler.

Hotel Room very Basic, Only one chair for 2 people, only plug socket hanging of the wall, though when I complained it got mended, basically clean, filthy under the bed, no tea or coffee Facilities in room, very dissapointing, wont stay again, sorry.

The worst experience I've had in a hotel to date. Crammed bedrooms, thin walls and bad Wi-Fi. They only get the one star for the breakfast which was decent at best.

School trip with overnight stay and 11 March 12, 2015, are one of the escorts. Thus the location of the hotel is good if you have the means to move. The rooms are very small and poor as well as the bathrooms, my even without light and with a noisy contraption for unloading. Lack the ability to darken the room, my too close to the ' kitchen ' was invaded from the very first morning from smell of food. The rooms are spread over several floors the hotel being subsumed in a condominium, which did not allow the slightest noise. The room of a colleague of mine had a triple entry the tiny bathroom shower small and recessed, the same bathroom ran out with a door with no chance of being closed nor from inside, neither from the outside with a key and looking out over the stairs of this condo (Room # 8), hand evil that was taken to laugh! The breakfast was quite poor and with coffee, cappuccino or tea surcharge, even though it was already included in the price! The sign is turned off and so far it is difficult to locate at night. In short, a hostel but not the best level, and given the prices … Add the night staff did not speak English either!

I bought a voucher in a double room for two people on city deal, then I wanted to make an appointment by phone. Where it was only during the week and only from January some when there on the voucher expire one weekend was impossible. You should do with any where the voucher I am totally disappointed.
