Its Very nice Holiday apartment. Nice equipment clean very close to city center. No parking next to but advice by owners near by. 2 points not working for us : 1. No air condition — we were there with 30 degree. Very hard to sleep. 2. As it’s close to center ppl where screaming in front the windows till 3 am. Even tho owners left ears plug this didn’t help. With no air condition you had to open windows but ppl screaming till 3 am didn’t help. Just be prepare for half night without sleep.

Beware it is not a hotel, but a house with several apartments.
You will not be greeted by anyone and the more you pay the worse you are. The apartment I rented is on the second floor without elevator and was the one recommended for those who have a child (only a madman can think that it is comfortable a situation like having a child).
Insufficient heating, poorly restored and cracked doors that disperse the heat, curtains that pass the light and the noise of the cars are the icing on the cake.
The house could also be nice, but the bad organization does not allow you to enjoy it in full, the thing is repeated to search for the parking booked with information scattered over various email attachments, worse than a treasure hunt for the modest figure of €170. Ok this time I got screwed…
