Walls were paper thin, too noisy.

Dated, grungy and dirty. Would have rather slept at the airport.

Bedbugs and terrible customer service. After a long exchange of emails with the manager and a lot of frustration, I am now left with no other option to write a review. I was here for 14 days for my summer school, with the venue being the same as the hotel. First impression of the hotel: Very far from S Bahn, extremely poor Wi-Fi, old and small rooms. But that's nothing for what was lying ahead. Within the first 2 days, my hands start to itch with red patches. First I ignored it, but soon it spread all over my feet. It became evident soon that it is caused by bedbugs. After some arguments, the manager decides to give me and my roommate another room. But even changing the rooms, the problem exacerbates. I went to a doctor nearby to confirm the cause and indeed, it is the bedbugs! The following night, my roommate caughts a live bedbug and we are furious! The manager soon accuses US for bringing bedbugs in their rooms and how it is going to cost them € 8000 for fixing the rooms. I insisted that between the place I am living for last 1 year and this hotel, I did not go anywhere! After a long exchange of arguments, the manager finally agrees to give us a new room and clean our laundry and to cover my medical expenses. Now, after 60 days, I have not received a single penny for the medical expenses, let alone any compensation for the frustration.

Never book a night in this hotel! The rooms aren’t clean and you can encounter bed bugs, as happened to me. The hotel staff won’t take any serious measure in order to protect their clients. I will go to the consumers protection association as well. I have taken pictures as a proof. Therefore, I do NOT recommend this hotel near the airport of Munich.

Horrible. Waited 1.5 hours for check-in due to overbooking. They tried to have me and my boss at the same room (! ) On a business trip. Ridiculous. Very small room. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Bad breakfast. They ran out of every kind of food served, coffee spilled near coffee pot, no servers to cleanup in dining hall. Unpleasant experience.

Hotel was very nice, staff was friendly and very attentive. Breakfast variety was very excellent. Only down side is that the room had no air conditioning, but it wasn't too hot. In general, all was good and I will stay there again.

From the point of view, a nice, conveniently located hotel. Unfortunately, the lady at the reception could almost no German. In addition, there were empty bottles in the room on arrival and towels were lovingly placed on the desk the other day. An evening even a cleaner came in without asking and wanted to clean when I was lying in bed.
For all the love, something like that just can't be done.

Too bad I can only forgive one Star …
For no Money in the World I will visit this Hotel again.
1. No one speaks German at the Reception.
2. The Bed in the first Room Was completely destroyed 3rd room phone was dead, so called by Mobile phone at the Reception and described the Situation — I should get a new Room immediately.
4. Half an Hour later, nothing has happened, so called again. Some Time later came someone who gave me the Key for the other Room.
5. The new Room was just as familiar a Barrack as the previous one, but I swallowed that down.
6. At the Hotel Bar, the Bartender has never heard of Ice cream in the Long Drink — first class!
7. When checking out, it became clear that the Hotel had some Malbooking of the Room In its own System (although it was booked and paid for Electronically via Expedia?! ). The Concierge didn't want to let me go, even though I had Scheduling pressure after nothing had ever happened after 20 Minutes.
Cursing and sour, I just went and drove to my Client. Finally, I can say I've been there two times: The first and guaranteed last time! ;)
Those who voluntarily descend here are to blame themselves.

Windows defective The breakfast was very slimmed down, no fruit or vegetables. On the first day there were still boiled eggs, from the 2 day it was no longer available.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel!

I was put here after a cancelled flight, so wasn't there long. Staff were friendly, the room was dated, bed was very soft but I liked that. The bathroom was equally dated with the shower head not staying in place because the holder was broken. I didn't have chance to try any food here so can't comment on that, and I didn't pay for the room so I couldn't comment on value for money. As a place to sleep and recoup it did the job.

Staff is friendly. Under the bed it is not possible to take a look. Used handkerchief, crumbs and dust in raw quantities. The mattress is extremely soft.

No sensible Wi-Fi. There are my mobile data on the phone faster! Logging in works, but it's way too slow. Not even a very ordinary YouTube video loads fast enough to watch it without stalls. There is a part of older plasma TV and a TV newspaper on the desk. I feel almost like in the Stone Age. Otherwise the hotel makes a good impression, but no sensible WLAN is almost as bad in 2018 as no hot water.

Poor service, old furniture and weak-low speed internet.

Good place really nice people and great morning food! Wifi could be better and rooms are tight tho.

Hotel chosen by Lufthansa for a cancelled flight, in the standard nothing exceptional, is very outside Monaco.

The smell in the room, when we have just opened the door, was disgusting and was coming from the toilet — the water in the toilet looked stale and foul. We needed to open the window and wait for about half an hour for having more or less normal air (it was winter and outside was cold). The holder for shower was broken, so it was possible to take a shower only holding it in a hand. The room was ok, the furniture old but working. The breakfast was normal. Internet was not working good.

Bad internet, rooms ar fine, clean, elegante.

From the point of view good, only at the reception, the colleagues are not so set on tourism. Couldn't give any tips though in the place was going on. Well… Home knowledge and interest went against "0". What a pity…

Rooms OK and clean but nothing special. Location okay. But quite small room.

Staff very friendly. The rooms are inordnug clean and warm. I find the rooms a little dark white but not what it is but otherwise everything inordnug. Bus stop and supermarkets are easily reached. Suitable for a few nights.

Good hotel and good location to the Munich International Airport. A little far out from Munich however, so if you are looking to spend more than 2 days exploring the city, somewhere more central will be beneficial as the Tryp is in the outer district and you need to pay more for tickets going across 3 zones.

Quiet but conveniently located hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast.

Very nice place. The guy at desk served the whole day smilingly even though it was his birthday and he was busy the whole day. I saw him helpful at noon and at 10 pm he was the same. Good Hotel. Kind Place. Lufthansa put me there because of my flight cancellation.

I spent two nights at the hotel since I had to attend a training in Munich. The hotel has come a little over the years. My single room was very small. Also the bed was small but still justifiable. The furniture was worn and partly dirty. The cleanliness of the bathroom was good though. There is free Wi-Fi. I was accommodated on the 2nd floor and the reception was rather poor. The free parking in front of the hotel was almost always occupied and I did not test the underground parking. With good luck you will find a parking place in a side street. The breakfast is OK, but also not outstanding. For one or two nights the hotel is fine. I would not want to spend a longer stay there.

On our arrival there was a banana bowl in our toilet which we fished out with the toilet brush and a lot of paper in the trash cans were hairs and disgusting rubbish… From the bed I have removed quite a few black hair. The pillow was an imposition and consisted of crumpled foam stofffetzen and the bed resembled a boat swing. Overall, battered and not very clean. TV and WLAN did not work. For an overnight stay but OK.

Room is clean in itself. There are only faults in the shower cabin. Some furniture has wear and tear. The bed is soft. The public facilities IO. I didn't book breakfast and I can't judge. The underground garage does not make the best impression, but is sufficient for my small car. Staff was friendly.

The TV is positioned quite impractical at the place on the desk where you could otherwise work. The bath is only 3 feet long measured from the door to the shower door. And I only have shoe size 36. In addition, the shower tray was aged, scaled and partly inRotschimmeled. There was also hardly any shelf space to add his cosmetics.

Nice little hotel. Good value comfy beds. Be warned location isn't fantastic with few local amenities and its a 20-30 min walk to the nearest S Bahn for Munich.

Rude, unfriendly and very poor service … The hotel itself is not satisfying … The lighting in our room was dull and ther was a lampe on the sideboard which was not even working… Hiwever the bed was comfortable and the only great thing about the hotel was the Bathroom… I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who really values their money and comfort … If you just want a place to spend a night before your flight then this hotel is for you … Ich wurde sehr entauscht.

Disastrous place. I had to switch room. In the first one water in toilette kept running all the time. In the second room there were small bugs in the bathroom. Furniture is totalky worn out, old. Walls are dirty and so are the beds. Stay away.

The staff is very friendly and competent. The ambience of the hotel is also recommended. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a restaurant. Only breakfast is possible. The Internet connection (Wi-Fi/WLAN) is disastrously bad. The rooms require urgent renovations (painting, general cleaning, etc. ). For a short stay still removable but not necessarily recommended. At the prices, there are also better hotels.

We were only one night because of the football game! Hotel is not recommended, very dark old rooms! Maybe better, then you don't see everything! Breakfast buffet, was empty at eight o'clock, no clean table, had to wait 15 minutes for a table! Then wait for the coffee, for bread rolls, no scrambled eggs, almost no sausages etc… Many have got up and gone somewhere else for breakfast. The crowning glory is that the departing people go through the breakfast room! Hardly any parking spaces at the house, who does not want to go to the underground car park is unlucky!

Wifi is almost non existent, at last I didn't manage to establish VPN connection to company network. The room on the 3rd floor was super small, dark and smelly. Did not feel comfortable at all. Also, should have had a welcome bottle of water in the room, it was not there. Looks like this hotel has the "by Wyndham" only by accident. Staying here only because motelOne in Garching was fully booked on that night. Will definitely not come again.

The rooms were alright, but really hot. No AC either. Three hotel itself is pretty nice and not to far from anything. The courtyard is large and pretty. Overall, pretty good.

It was a fine hotel at a reasonable price. It is a bit far from munich proper, for travelers who plan on visiting the city often, but the train system is very timely and exhaustive.

Staff was friendly, but the room had no A/C. No fans were available, so we spent the night unable to sleep in a sweltering room. Parking is 'free' if you are one of the lucky first ten cars. Otherwise it's another driver euros.

Booked the hotel via Touridat. As expected no part of luxury but for the price OK! Rooms clean but not very big. Is most often criticized, who but look on the homepage is 16 sqm pointed out! Bed too soft. Breakfast for 3 stars OK but not amazing. Very nice staff. Very easy to reach, 5 min. To the motorway. Unfortunately, only 10 free parking front of the hotel. Underground 7 50 a day. Free parking in the residential area possible. 300m walk. OK perfect for 3 days ☺ to daugther for a getaway to Munich if you arrive by car.

Excellent hotel. The rooms were reasonably large and comfortable. Soundproofing allowed a pleasant sleep, although the beds for my needs were too soft I slept well. The staff was friendly and courteous, that breakfast — buffet was plentiful and good. Munich is to reach from there easily and conveniently. My conclusion, very recommendable at any time.

Very nice, quiet hotel on the outskirts of Munich. Absolutely meets his three stars. Good connection with public transport. Rich breakfast buffet. I don't know whether there are two classes of rooms, but ours was absolutely ok. Deduction is there only because of television hooked. But yes probably not primary matter in a hotel.

The entrance and the Restaurant is well designed but once you get to the rooms goes, you will feel not so comfortable. The Wi-Fi is not very good, and also with the TV, there were some teething problems. The bathroom smells musty and the beds are well sags. We are, fortunately, only for a night here more I would also not want to have. First and last booking in this Hotel.

So Seriously… the Hotel was ridicule cheap. For that everything was in order. Rooms totally okay. But I've also hardly claims. The Hotel has a bed not more. Breakfast was super yummy… the staff all had a Smile on it as they would have Einhornhaare smoked. I'm super satisfied with the price and performance. Top!

The Hotel once had a renovation necessary. The entrance is in contrast really nicely decorated. Our room was quite okay. Some damage but for one night is more than enough. Staff was nice and Breakfast was 3* close. Nothing exciting. Aircraft noise was nothing to hear.

I want to tell my experience. Got the 5/15/2015 welcomed into glacial way from reception. A few parking lots for cars and buses, the company has found a place 3 km away. The cars parked out front that invaded a few cm the bicycle they found a fine. Buffet dinner with two soups, a pork chop, carrots and mashed potatoes very piquant. Beverages with meals served when we had finished dinner. Bread (sacred to the Italians) taken when we had finished dinner warmed in the microwave. Pillows for night unmanageable, too soft. Breakfast, other adventure, the coffee served only after repeated entreaties, present in the buffet only bread, jams, a few slices of cheese and salami. Evident different treatment for the other patrons. Not recommended to the Italians.

We were literally shocked when we came in. The room was dirty, the bed looked like grade quickly from the bulky waste is brought back to the Cabinet with the "mini-bar" qualifier was empty and full of stains, the bathroom has just as a grown-up Person, fit, etc, Never again.

Just had the "pleasure" due to a Herstellerschulung a night in this Hotel to spend. Not only that, the rooms are extremely small (7qm incl. Bathroom. And also roof). Mold in the room along the window, locating the aftermath of the predecessor in shower and toilet. Worse hardly. The Breakfast is just as impudence to call. Rubbery cakes, scrambled eggs, there were not (get under statement no fresh Goods delivered), all 3 varieties of sausage to choose from. If you are then the called prices, you can only shake your head. Conference room without Tageslist and air conditioning. In this weather, not a pleasure. Conclusion: Never again.

My Wife and I stopped here on our way back to the USA. The place is out of the way, €28 for a Taxi, and €25 for the shuttle in the morning back to the airport. The hotel is very clean, and the staff all spoke english, not the best, but well enough to fully understand. The restaurant closes at 10pm. Opens 6am monday to friday, 6:30am on weekends. Bar open 24h. The room was very clean too. 2 single beds (in our room), wireless internet, tv, shower and toilet. No air-con. Lovely view in the morning. Beds were very soft. Really quiet. We would stop again without a doubt. Worth the fare out to see and feel Bavarian culture close up.

The room was ok. There were two double beds pushed together as seems to be the standard in Germany. The power went out one night randomly in our room for about 30 minutes. The staff could find nothing wrong and no circuit breakers were tripped. The Wi-Fi worked well enough. You had to login and log out after each session. The attached restaurant was ok. We skipped the high priced breakfast and walked up the road to Rewe and bought some breakfast foods. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the S bahn line and it takes 30-35 minutes to get down town. I would recommend getting the City pass as you can get it for about 50 euro and is good for 2 people for 3 days for public transportation.
