Well-groomed, modern, nothing special, no Criticism, comparable to B&B Hotel, secluded location in the Industrial Area.

We've been very comfortable. Very well equipped, cleanliness correct and located in a very quiet place. Highly recommended.

Room clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the whole week there is no cleaning lady, the rooms are equipped with different storage facilities, i. E. In some rooms there is just a laptop. Not at all, also the WLAN has often the worst hanger. Generally it is too expensive.

The rooms are very nice and comfortably furnished. They are equipped with a kitchenette, pots and pans as well as dishes for 2 people are available. The bathroom is very modern. Very good restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The value for money is top.

Cleanliness — Good to very good service — very good. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating.
Otherwise it was super noisy. One has also heard his neighbors through closed windows and doors. There can be no talk of peace here and I do not understand the other reviews at all.

Very small Double room (superior). Only one seat in the room. Cleaning only all 3days. A hook in the bathroom. No toothbrush cups.
Breakfast only available on weekdays as Minisnack at extra cost.

Refreshment machine and snacks in the vending machine at reasonable prices.

Very cheap but very small accommodation, with small kitchenette and microwave, there is a small tablet in the apartment and free Wi-Fi, with very small balcony where you can smoke, a small nice bathroom with hair dryer, you feel comfortable, the reception is 24 hours But a star deduction because for two the apartment is very small, and there is only one blanket and only one person towels, and the microwave has a few hours regularly beeped, which I have not managed to turn off, after some time, however, it went from the same T. Still a nice apartment, I would come back here anytime.

Always welcoming every time I visit. Good price too. Rooms are very clean and of a good size. Wi-Fi is fine. Limited on site food (vending machine and man selling food out of suitcases in the morning (better than it sounds! ) ) but a couple of supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Super Hotel! Quiet, clean, friendly staff!

We visited the first weekend in December and booked just a week ahead. Lets say that is not a good idea in the first place. However the price to quality ratio surprised me. Everything looked nice, clean and new. The place is situated a bit outside the center but you can get there with a 30 minute ride on the public transport and it will cost you one ticket for 2.80 Euros.

Great place to stay in martinsried, with some supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Only downside is no airconditioning in the rooms.

We were staying for a short stop over before heading to the airport. Receptionist was vet attentive and knew me by name as I arrived. The room we were given was small but adequate for our needs. The room had a kitchen sink, fridge, 2 electric hob and just enough crockery, pans to make a basic dinner. Nice little balcony for eating dinner on a warm summer's day. Shower was very good. Bed comfortable. Room was clean. Down the road, a short 5 min walk are local supermarkets and food outlets. Overall I liked this hotel.

Compact rooms with a minimum necessary for living. Bed, wardrobe, toilet, shower, balcony, dishes, microwave, refrigerator, mini-plate, hairdryer. Good linen, comfortable beds. The room is quiet.

Well presented, clean rooms with good facilities in the room. Staff very helpful.

A good place to stop if you are travelling by car. Friendly staff, modern rooms. The nearest metro station to walk far, 25 minutes, but you can take a bus.

We only stayed here one night but it was very nice. Clean, modern and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Room was overheated, but we were able to open the window. There is even a balcony with table and chair, which would be great in summer time. Good location. No breakfast available as rooms have kitchenettes. It would be nice to have a breakfast option for people like us only staying one night — but there are a few bakeries near by, so no big deal. Overall a nice place and we'll stay there again.

Pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable rooms in modern style. Reasonable prices. A little out of the way. It takes I guess 20 min by car to get there. But very good anyway.

Thanks for the Overnight in your Hotel is a real reward was days after and before a long work. During the business trip, I was able to recover to the maximum. Only the lack of Breakfast has made it harder to Start in the next day.

Excellent accommodation with external helpful staff. Location reasonable for bus and trains to city centre.

Great … I've been eight years all oktoberfest and each year a different hotel but after this I know where to come back the next few years. Clean, convenient with parking, reception always available and prices not overdone a little far from the Centre but well connected.

Simple clean modern hotel without frills. I am to the time here. Great for people who're out all day anyway.

I've had a wonderful experience during my time at the Stay Residence in Planneg. beautiful surroundings, modern rooms and lovely people. A special remark goes to the receptionist who was very helpful and patcience.

Great location, near grocery and hardware stores. It was about 12 km to downtown Munich from here. Nice to have a kitchen area and especially wonderful to have a balcony, albeit a small one. The room overlooks an inner courtyard and so there are no traffic noises. Very quiet room. Missing was an electric kettle and a coffee maker. We had to boil water in a pot for tea. Also found the apartment quite small. But then, the price was quite small too! All in all, a great experience.

Great apartments. Everything is new and you have all you need. I cooked every day. I have breakfast on my terrace. The whole place and surroundings are so pleasant. Residence staff helped me a lot. I would like to stay there again. Everything best!
