Pleasant hotel, quiet room, good size and breakfast tasty. The problem for me is the location. I was led to believe it was central but its a €50+ taxi ride from munich station and in a rural setting.

Excellent stay! Clean rooms, great breakfast, quiet location near public transport. Indoor pool, sauna, and fitness area are solid bonuses. Staff is really friendly and efficient.

This trip to Munich I decided to stay in a local Bavarian hotel and I'm very glad I did. My room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed.

My wife and I went to the restaurant. Not much open in the area on a Monday, as our hotel restaurant was closed. We saw this gem on the ride by and said "we have to go there".

Positive: Big but cozy rooms under house roof. Lot of space, comfortable bed, big TV, kitchen with fridge and microwave available (but no place to cook).

Positive: Use of a small kitchen. Negative: No breakfast here, you have to go along the street, and it costs a lot, €15. Same for the evening, Chinese restaurant, €22. Good though.

It was a nice place to stay. I liked the room and how it was furnished. Nice with a big mirror outside the bathroom. The breakfast was really nice, I really enjoyed that.

Hotel is relatively new and well furnished. Well located next to a mall. Clean and spacious room. Train option to city is available.

Modern rooms. Cozy atmosphere in bar/restaurant. Good beers, dinner and breakfast. Very friendly staff. Within walking distance from S-Bahn and EPO BoA. Recommended!

Fantastic location and place and reasonable prices. 4 person room was very convenient with a bunk bed. Separate toilet and bathroom which helps. Logistics. 10 euro a day for parking underground.

This hotel is located in an Industrial district close to a train station, Supermarket, Pharmacy and few restaurants. Make sure to check the opening hours.

Great stay in Munich!
We spent a night at the Motel One in Munich Messe and were very pleased! It's the perfect place for a short stopover.

Perfect location if you’re around for an event at München-Messe. You’re right next to a shopping mall with plenty of food and coffee places.

I planned 6 months in Golden Ball and ended up staying for 2 years. Looked for other long-stay options in between, but nothing could compare.

Staying at the Golden Ball Serviced Apartment was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The experience was really great. The guys at the reception were very helpful and assisted us with many issues. However, there was one small thing: the water wasn’t replaced every day.

As a family of 4 we stayed here for the Adele concert in a family room.
Hotel and room was clean and tidy. We had an interconnecting room which for one night cannot fault.

I went for a congress to Munchen. All the hotels that were offered cost like three times the price of this. The room was worth more than the price. Everything looked clean and was working well.

When I entered the washbasin had water stacked. Reception was closed. So I stayed like this. Imagine next day brushing my teeth on top of this water… 🤮

We had a great experience staying a bit outside the city, but with reasonable connections to the center. The personnel were always very friendly and for the majority the facilities were prime.

The hotel / bathroom room are fine. The shower has all the pressure you would want.

The rooms are modern and has very good noise insulation. The AC worked very well. The breakfast served was good with decent options. There is fridge and induction stove for cooking.

Good location — close to trade fair. I booked a studio on booking. Com but I didn't get a real studio room: there is a sink, water kettle and fridge in the room.

I stayed 3 days during Bauma, wonderful connection to the exhibition grounds. All in all you arrive within 5 minutes from the hotel door to the exhebition. Comfortable rooms, calm and modern.

Large rooms, clean and well organized. New furniture, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bad and silent rooms. I would have nothing more to ask.
