Very quiet place, the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is great — tasty, varied and satisfying.

Hotel located on the outskirts of Munich in the old style. Large room, bathroom with not at all comfortable. Carpet that suffers from wear with several stains, should definitely be sanctified and maybe disinfected, otherwise removed (better yet! ) Honestly the price paid by us for 1 night (179th with 15th for the dog) is excessive and does not deserve them.
Breakfast is very varied and plentiful.
In-house Italian restaurant where the chef uses pepper too abundantly.

It's a nice hotel! The cheapest parking of the night! There was wet weather and the room had batteries! Thank you to the hosts!

A great hotel. The people there are very nice and friendly, help with all concerns — if you want to go where, they print the route right away, if you have any questions before you arrive, they answer everything and offer alternative solutions in case of cases. Breakfast is sumptuous, an incredible amount of choice and special requests are also fulfilled — you want scrambled eggs, no theme; Another pot of coffee, a moment, please.
I can't praise this hotel high enough. Maybe there are better ones, but not for the price in this way and in such a location. The Arcaden are just a few streets away, a train station is not far away, just top.

I loved the area, it's calm and beautiful. The Room is well endowed but a little cramped and by being on the first floor pedestrians can pass very close and smoke for hours so you are not a smoker it is a bit uncomfortable. Very good breakfast.

Quiet and not expensive. 10 minutes from S-Bahn.

Couple ü60. We were from April 27. Until 5.5.18 at the Martin Landhotel in Riem. The standard room was o. K. The shower/toilet, however, very small and narrow. Breakfast very rich and good. Extra-wishes are also fulfilled.
Staff friendly and helpful. Like to come back.

Good place very nice and confortable.

I had assessed the possibility of staying there for a short holiday, then, given the value for money I turned to an apartment, always in the area, quite well served (20 minutes by train to the center)

We are always happy with your hotel – that's why we stayed with you again this time. And also the country house room on the first floor of the main building was good (on the other hand we have had worse experiences in your annex).
It is very advantageous that such a large garage is available.

Price-performance Very good! Deduction for the extremely small bathroom. Food also very good!

A beautiful country hotel in the middle of the village.
The room was beautiful with private balcony, very clean and the bed super comfortable The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of choices.
The staff is totally nice and helpful.
Also late arrival is not a problem, as there is a vending machine in front of the house, which ejects the room key when you have entered your data.
In the evening you can have a wonderful meal in the restaurant.
All in all a very nice ambiance.
We will definitely come back:-)

Great hotel with only one weakness! I have been a regular guest at this great hotel for 5 years. The old inn and the modern outbuildings please all spacious and lovingly furnished rooms. The team is very friendly and helpful, e. G. Even in case of spontaneous changes to the booking. The breakfast is also excellent and always prepares me positively for the day with its delicious selection. The only shortcoming is the evening restaurant. Even if you would expect classic Bavarian cuisine in the Martinshof, you will find an Italian restaurant with pasta & co. Instead of that in the evening. Unfortunately, not only the culinary theme is a disappointment, but also the value of this restaurant for money. Those who want to visit the Martinshof will be more than satisfied, but he or she should exchange the restaurant for another inn :-)

Very friendly staff, rooms are top and the location is perfect to reach the centre of Munich quickly. I was there for the second time and I can only recommend it.

A really nice hotel that is not able to offer breakfast at weekends after 10am and then can't even make a coffee; You will be directed to a coffee machine in the lobby. The PREISNIVAEU is unacceptable. Thank you, never again.

Quiet and well maintained country hotel with good transport links to the city centre of Munich. International audience. Friendly and attentive service especially in the services area. Breakfast buffet good. However, the restaurant area is a bit too small for the main breakfast times, if the outdoor areas cannot be used in the rainy weather.

We were very impressed with the external appearance. The property looks very well maintained and is very rural. The check-in was super Yes even got a free upgrade and had such a very large room and a huge bathroom. In the entrance area, a door led into the bathroom. There was a bathtub and a shower and everything was very clean and well kept. Next we went to the sleeping area. There was a large double bed there was a small TV, desk and we also had a small balcony. Breakfast was served in a buffet style and was very plentiful. We are very comfortable however, there are small criticisms such as The WLAN. This costs €10 per day and this is absolutely outdated. We also noticed that the curtains were filthy (but only on the last day).
All in all we enjoyed the stay there and we felt very comfortable.

Dogs cost €15/day parking €5/day, in the underground garage. There are not enough parking spaces.
Location very central, staff friendly, breakfast first class.

Three star Hotel with very good breakfast (very good choices). Very quiet in the night. Good italian restaurant inside (prices are acceptable to high, depends on what you eat). Bathrooms are very new, but also very small. Showers are great. Beds are ok, pillows are not so good (very soft and flat). Staff was always nice and friendly.

They put us in a room in an adjoining building. Like cheap rental flats, too "simple" nothing to do with the main house. Bad attention, they have not been able to indicate to me where to dine (only in its restaurant). He's parked fatally in the area.

An optimal place to stop for a business traveler going to Riem or Aschheim or Muenchen Messe, with fast train connections to the city center and Muenchen Airport. Fast and stable Wi-Fi Internet. Very quiet and peaceful location. Very friendly and helpful reception. Great value for money.

Our room was not in the nice main building but in a secondary building that seemed like a 70s apartment building. Everything else was fantastic.

Great structure in the green Bavaria.

Pleasant staff (also English speakers), in a gorgeous village setting next to St. Martin's church. Easy access to Munich centre via the S2 only a few minutes walk away. The rooms themselves have great light and heat insulation (you can completely forget it's 10am on a cold winter morning), but the bells from the church at 8:30am/pm may wake you if you're a particularly light sleeper. Finally the breakfast is not to be missed; a grand array of fresh bread, meats, cheeses and cereals with tea and coffee to set you on your way.

Only ding is due to the smallest bathroom we have encountered. Close access to trains, is a big plus. Only two restaurants in walking distance, one high end German, and an Indian. The breakfast was awesome!

Very good value hotel. Only a 15 minute walk from the ICM conference centre. In a quiet area.

We are a married couple aged 40-50 and were about Carnival in the Feb. 16 in Munich.
The location is good the room was nice spacious, clean and well furnished.
Breakfast is good and sufficient. The evening menu (Italian) was good but too high in relation to the room rate, and there are only small portions.
Underground garage nearby for 5, — euro per day to get otherwise parking available
the hotel free of charge.
To the S-Bahn station riem approx. 10 min walk.

We booked this hotel because we red that the restaurant was one of the best in Monaco, but the hotel website didn't tell that the restaurant was closed for holidays. We staied in the dependace where the rooms are not very good, small and the bathroom without window and too small. The room and the bathroom were not very clean. It is in a quite and easy place to join the town center.

We arrived at the hotel 11pm and found the reception closed. But they had a machine available for late checkouts that worked very well. We only had a small problem finding our room because it was on another building (small improvements on signs would solve this issue). The hotel was very comfortable, breakfest was great and staff helpfull. I only missed free Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay June 2015, Students. The Hotel is a modern, cosy Hotel and gives typical Bavarian Flair. It has thus especially my American friend liked, because the Hotel as a typical German. The Team is very friendly, big Plus, the Breakfast room with the really great Breakfast buffet (especially the scrambled eggs). The surrounding area is a residential area, quiet with free Parking. A Church and a children's Playground boundaries. The connection to the S-Bahn, Munich (Riem), is a 5-minute walk distance, the trains run all night, on the highway it after 5 minutes. In the vicinity you will find several Restaurants and two gas stations. The Hotel has modern facilities, comfort, tranquility and friendliness. One really feels comfortable in the Hotel, this is not always necessarily the case. Also, the prices are absolutely justified, especially for students, they are cheap and allow for a nice stay in the otherwise quite expensive in Munich. Like I'll be back, many thanks!

You have to pay for Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi is not available at most places in Germany unlike US. Room is clean, but breakfast is GREAT so many choices unlike US Hotels. Everything was so delicious.

Landhotel Martinshof was our comfortable stay while attending a conference in the Messe (only 10 minutes walk distance fro mthe hotel). We received an upgrade to a verry nice room with some nice solid german antique furniture. The breakfast offered all I wished for: yogurts, bread, fruits, juices, coffee thea, fried and boiled eggs, a good start of the day. For the late evenings the cosy, very nicely decorated, restaurant provides a happy and relaxed atmosphere.

Good Breakfast, nice small main house, large ugly outbuildings, noisy. The room is beautiful and solid furniture, well decorated, exactly corresponds to the photo. Comfortable Beds. Free mineral water in the room. It may well be that in some Hotels 2015 still have to pay for Wi-Fi, but 10€/day is already tough! Or even 2, 50€/half an hour! The village is secluded and sleepy, but traffic and Autobahnlärm is abundant. Very friendly staff.

Clean, well, bathroom mini but clean, the room a bit old cigarette flavor when there someone has smoked before. Cozy and warm, breakfast good.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Landhotel Martinshof in Munich. Extremely helpful, friendly and approachable receptionists. Accommodation was newly refurbished and immaculately clean with bottles of fresh and sparkling in the room every day. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the food was lovely. The staff again were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is only 5-10 minutes walk from the local Subway station. Walking back at 11pm felt very safe. Lovely neighbourhood. Nice hotel in a quiet area and friendly in Munich at 5 minutes walk from S-Bahn station.
The room was very clean and good breakfast.
The only downside was maybe the room was a little small.

Robert and Chrisy are really nice people and staying at Landgasthof was really delicious thanks to their cooking ability.

We have really a sweet small, friendly and very clean and payable
Hotel found. It has lacked anything, everything very clean and present what you
just so needed also good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Concerns
also the side House.

Public transport very well located, in MVV — close, idyllic Guest House (former brewery), we had a large room balcony. The room is cozy and quiet. Plenty of green outdoor, former village centre. Very nice breakfast buffet. Price / performance ratio in contrast to the often overpriced hotels in Munich fair.

Everything was at very high level, but unfortunately there was NO FREE WI-FI. I think in these times it is unacceptable. Only one star down for that, because I should have checked that before booking. Breakfast very good, what lacked however was the warm scrambled eggs or sausage, or something else that would be warm ;). Rooms look perfect, a little bit too small. But seriously — it is almost no cost for hotel of size like this one to put a free Wi-Fi. Trying to make money on peoples' using Wi-Fi sounds greedy as well.
