Great hotel in a cozy atmosphere. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the staff is always super friendly!

Very well maintained hotel, very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. The bathrooms have been newly renovated and look very modern. The location is relatively quiet and offers quick public transport connections to the city centre. Happy to return!

This is a great place to stay. The area is very quiet, the staff is very friendly. I needed their help several times, for printing/scanning something, for help posting a letter, and advice to finding places etc. They helped with all my questions. I had a great stay. Loved the breakfast, that's not to be missed. The only thing which it doesn't have, is a restaurant, for everything else, its great and great value for money.

Comfortable accommodation for work situations, good price.

I booked a two night stay for 200 euro, but was unable to make the trip because of two major catigory 5 hurricanes (irma and maria). The hotel would not make any exceptions and only refunded me 20 euro (You only get max 10% back). The island I was living on (st thomas, VI) had no phone or internet service for me to cancel or change dates. They are at worst thieves and at the least not compassionate. Skip this place. If they won't return money back to someone who has been through and still is in a dire situation, they're just money hungry and willing to hurt people over money. Unless that's your thing.

Cozy little hotel, but definitely overpriced during Oktoberfest. My single room was so small that you have to sit sideways on the toilet or you break your kneecaps against the wall. Wi-Fi very unreliable, and cellular coverage is worse than anything I've seen before. Breakfast is good if you like German breakfast with buns and lots of stuff to put on them.

Structure a little more than half an hour from Marienplatz, conveniently served by the means of surface. The rooms are large and cozy and the staff very helpful also in providing information about the city. Recommended.

Cozy, small hotel with good service. Quiet location in location, but easy access to Austrian people's Party.

This is a nice, clean little hotel about a mile from the train station. The rooms are small by American standards, but in line with everything I've seen in Europe. The breakfast is extra, but good. The walk from the train station is pleasant, and feels less than the. 9 miles it is. It looks like a bus goes by, but I didn't take that. I plan to stay here again when in Munich.

The Hotel is quiet, but still pretty Central. With the car about 20 Min. In the city. Bus service just around the corner. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. My single room had all what you need. The bed was a bit too soft. Those who suffer from back problems, has, will, after 3-4 nights feel ;-) The staff is very nice and every day the room cleaned. The Breakfast offers everything you need. Wi-Fi in the room through personalized access secured and damn fast connection. Who is using the mobile phone to go online would like to go via 3G or Edge will be dissatisfied. The reception is not good in the corner of Munich (T-D1) I find only a single critical point to Hotle: The toilet flushing is very loud ;-).

I have really enjoyed my few days stay at Hotel Heigl. The hotel location is very interesting, it is beautiful countryside with forest park where you can do some sports like cycling, running or just walking. It is also only something like 25-30 minutes to the city center of München, so you can enjoy yours time visiting the city as well :) It is very close to local railway station or somewhat farther to Underground, there is also local public transport (bus) or you can always call a taxi. There is also local car parking if you have a car. There are a few restaurants with good traditional bavarian food in the hotel neighbourhood. Hotel is a few floors building. I liked my single room, it was equipted with all the things you need like: bed, table with chair, telephone, TV, Wi-Fi internet, private toilet with shower cabin. There was also a very good european styled breakfast served in the morning. Very nice and helpful staff. In general the hotel was very clean and tidy.
