Beautiful Clean and tidy Hotel with the Italian Restaurant Caesar (Cesare) with excellent food and friendly and qualified staff. To recommend. Not expensive at all.

Very noble, great hotel with a delicious restaurant.

Very good spacious room and all the perfect finishes highly recommended cozy place and close to the central area.

The hotel is well located if you have a car or if you plan to move with public transportation. It takes 15 mins by car or 20 mins by underground to take to the city center. Rooms are big enough. I found two negative points: cleanness is not the best, we found something unrecognizable in our folded bed cover. Breakfast and parking are expensive. The buffet breakfast costs 15 euros per person and parking for one night is 12 euros.

While the accommodations were nice. There were subtle racist undertones from the staff. Upon arrival I was forced to use my personal credit card to pay for the booked room from the company I was with and they would not charge the company credit card on file. During breakfast the next morning I was asked twice for my room number for them to make sure that I had paid for breakfast. The second day at breakfast after asking for my room number, I was asked to sign for my breakfast which again had already been paid for while no other patron at breakfast was asked to. I watched a number of other people enter after me.

Where the 4 stars come from here, I can not judge. They definitely wouldn't be mine! Bath not properly cleaned, there were hairs in the sink and shower, the mattress is already quite well lying through…

Very very nice hotel with AC. Also an enclosed, chain link fenced area to park. They have elevators and the rooms are excellent. This is the only place I was asked for my passport, which they made a copy of. They were kind enough to let me have it back when I checked out. After I did that, it worried me to leave all that information behind. I didn't have any meals here, but the hotel was easy to get to and had easy access for travel.

Great helpful staff, comfy rooms. Only downside: no room service for late night arrivals — they do offer you to order food from outside vendors.

The rooms were very nice and clean. I couldn't seem to get the air conditioning working properly though. Parking at the hotel was easy and the restaurant had good food.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. Everything that corresponds to a 4 star hotel. Clean rooms, spacious bed also in single room, Sky in every room. Breakfast varied and good. Not far from the Metro and in 25-30 min you reach the centre. If I really want to be fussy: the pillow is too soft. Restaurant that is within the facility in the norm but nothing exceptional.

Good for business travellers. Rooms are spacious clean and modern. Though there's not much to do in the immediate vicinity the hotel restaurant is excellent, the metro station is a short walk away and there are plenty of Uber vehicles servicing the area.

Everything's fine. Gladly again. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Only the sites nerves animal. I don't think anybody can do that.

Great business Hotel. Very comfortable beds make it extremely hard to get up on time the next morning. The lifts are well occupied, sometimes you can walk much faster, even up to the fourth floor. Breakfast is rather standard, but the service is very friendly and very fast.

Was just eating. Location beautiful, service friendly and food great. A little too expensive for every day lunch.

Very nice hotel … Friendly staff and overall nicely furnished.
However, the fitness room has only cardio equipment and is quite small.
The spa area is small but pleasant.
The highlight is the beds. Very comfortable!
I'm happy to come back.
When the construction site is gone there are also 5 stars.

Well dressed rooms. Close to subway. Excellent breakfast. Strongly recommend.

At first glance, a very nice, high-quality hotel. You don't notice the error/problems until you're there. Eg: Only stone floors — makes visually real what makes — but is freezing cold on the feet, va in winter, only with socks at night in the bathroom — like awkward. The room also did not get really warm even though the heating was running for hours. The staff is professionally disinterested in the customer.

Super price performance, practical location with Lidl, dm and subway in just 5 minutes walk, quiet rooms with completely switchable room ventilation, electric rollo (so not only curtain), minibar, beds comfortable, luxurious stone floor in all rooms and corridors (good for Allergy sufferers), breakfast with good choice and very friendly staff. Like to come back.

Lost baggage and front desk was very helpful with toiletries and with alerting us that the baggage arrived finally. Very quiet neighbourhood and only 15 mins. Away from downtown Munich by subway which is around the corner. Rooms were very modern and loved the towel heater in the bathroom!

Very nice hotel with underground parking. Quietly located with a few restaurants around the hotel. In the hotel there is an Italian restaurant. With Wellness area. Overall highly recommended.

I have stayed at many hotels in Europe but it is really hard to find one with such a high rate quality/price. Located in a peaceful place, it is a few steps away from the metro station, where you can take the U3 and get to Marienplatz in less than 15 minutes. The personnel at the reception is particularly helpful and kind, especially Giulia. The building is amazing, full of white marble and very bright. The rooms are comfortable and clean, equipped with TV, air conditioning, minibar and strongbox. The pillows could be better. In the wellness area there are 3 saunas and a gym. I will definitely come back to this wonderful place!

Was there for the first time for 4 days. The young ladies at the breakfast service are super nice and helpful. Great service even with short term and free cancellation last night. At the restaurant, a bit of air is still up. Hotel Top!

Rooms clean and comfortable… the location is a little out of hand and the Spa was not functional.

Hotel of the highest standard… quality finishes, helpful staff and kind all services at the top… internal ATM and served by a Metro stop a few steps away.

Unfriendly receptionist set a bad tone for our week stay. Room service was good. Restaurant did not offer much variety, but service was good.

Concierge was unfriendly and less than helpful. The coffee in the room was not good.

Nice hotel, good service, close to the train station. AC did not work properly. Loud construction in the mornings. Restaurant served delicious food. Good amenities.

New and fresh, however the design has a weird mix of ancient Greek and vintage British (chesterfield sofas next to Roman pillars)

For the money it is an okish stay. However, I wasn't impressed with anything during the stay and everything was just ok: friendliness of the employees, room, breakfast… Not a place I would book again by choice, but if better places are crowded, it is ok to stay here.

Super Hotel, nice and clean rooms, underground garage and sauna. Everything you need, clean and tidy, at the next subway you are also the same. At present there are several sites in the vicinity, but the windows are great, so actually no disturbance.

New Hotel in approx. 9KM distant City. Everything is new with a partly non-professional hand, of different things. Underground Parking for 10Euro per day is ok. But there are enough places out there for o. OoEuro. Room not perfectly clean. To discover dust from the construction sites everywhere and to feel. Toilet clean. The sauna area, all to the extent available. Saunas clean, without a temperature indicator. Emergency phone not present. No contact person on site. Bathrobes in vain. The Hotel is in Italian hands, from A to Z.

The whole night very noisy guests and the Management is overwhelmed, the smell of smoke spread through the ventilation — so beautiful visually, the Hotel is at first glance, it is unfortunately also worth a recommendation. Then 10x better in the Achat Hotel is a few meters away!

Good Hotel, very elegantly Decorated and very well maintained. Staff makes a good impression. However, little things bother you, such as a missing light switch to the bed in some rooms. Also, the air conditioning does not work without problems. Breakfast is rather Spartan, but okay. Positive: The best Hotel Wi-Fi that I could ever experience.

Rooms are clean, but clinically clean, sterile. I felt because of the smells at night, as I lay in a hospital, and accordingly I slept poorly. Just not the most spacious room, kept, looks to be online a lot more welcoming, comfortable, a lot, and above all, exclusive from the promise, the reality, ultimately, has to offer. The food there is average, nothing fancy. For a "classic Business Hotel" good enough, for my standards, unfortunately, is not. In short, I am disappointed and expected more.

Very nice rooms with good amenities. The Sauna is in order and the gym enough to keep yourself in shape. The Breakfast is for a Hotel a bit bland, that may be even better. I would love to come again!

The room was very clean and stylishly decorated, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work in our room, so a star deducted. At the time of our visit to a construction site was next to the Hotel, the closed Windows were very soundproof and you can almost hear nothing from the noise. The service staff was always friendly and helpful, only one of the employees seemed a little nervous. The Grand Palladium is definitely recommended :)
