Pleasant cozy hotel, friendly staff and very good kitchen.

Great location, great food and service.

Excellent Restaurant. We were there in a big Group, but tasted it to everyone. The Cuisine combines Creativity and traditional Bavarian Food Culture. The Rooms are wonderfully prepared. Unfortunately, bad Weather, the Beer Garden looked cosy.

We go out to eat in the Restaurant every now and then, thrilled every Time. Top Service, top Food. Happy to return soon!

Unfortunately, not so well under the new Leadership anymore!
During the Week it is collected shortly after 10 p. M. And at 22:45 o 'clock one is politely but determined to leave, because only two tables (8 Guests) were still occupied.
Food well, Service sluggish, Hospitality limps.

Highly praised and recommended … so we're on Friday night, with reservations, of course.
The reception was not too friendly but well you sit down and look forward to a nice evening.
15 minutes later, the table was finally freed from the jars of the pre-guests and we had a card. This reads well in itself … but unfortunately we were not served then! After another 15 minutes without drinks or attention to the two operators, we still left the restaurant hungry!
The beer garden was only half full, but the staff were visibly overwhelmed!
We're not coming anymore!

Because of wealth, individual guests are not wanted.
We would be there for two and wanted to drink and eat something there.
However, as probably not desired, they were still wanted and were sent on. And that's where there would still have been enough free seats.
Well, you probably never see me again.

Very nicely decorated and quite excellent food. The vegan Carameleis is the hammer.

Great hospitality and love for friends with 4 legs. Great food and great service. Absolutely balanced the value for money. The Unsurmountable Duck.

Now the third tenant in the last 5 years. Service is better now. Food is decent but rather lean price/performance ratio. My little piece of meat has felt quite lonely on the big plate.

Last night I was with my wife in the Weichandhof, while eating we ordered the Valentinsmenü, my wife had the duck and I the fish.
Both were very tasty and creative, our Service Force Mrs. Adorner served us very courteous and charming.
Thanks for the nice evening, we will be happy to come back.

Staff friendly, breakfast ok, room clean. TV sets are from the bottom-most price range and cannot cope with a relaxed TV enjoyment.

A very dog friendly hotel highly recommended for dog owners, each dog costs €7 per night. In the hotel room extra. But very clean and bright room large bathroom all top highly recommended.

Very tasty food, above all also cheap and very delicious! At noon you can eat for 9, 80 two courses! It's a little better;-) I often go there also in summer in the popular beer garden!

Cozy and traditional, Weichandhof offers Bavarian cuisine prepared with skill and care, quality is far better than others in the area, the duck is very good, the bison steak is special, the schnitzel is worth the price, and they have recently added a very enjoyable burger.

I can't judge the hotel, as so far I've only ever been there to eat. The food is very good and the kitchen is rather lifted. In my opinion, however, the value for money is not really right, because the portions are really small and the prices are partly really salted. The staff are broadly friendly. From my point of view conditionally recommended due to the prices.

We were back with our clique lunchtime at the meal. We were served again this time. Class!

A fine place for Christmas or funeral services, etc. There are smaller side rooms with fireplace. This place has a lot of tradition. In summer there is a beer garden. The food isn't just Bavarian. Not exactly cheap but with atmosphere. With hotel operations for some time. Own parking in front of the house.

We were there for lunch without a reservation on Friday. Immediately getting a seat, food also came quickly and everyone was satisfied. The only problem was the renovation in the eatery and that's why it was loud. The service was helpful for our changes.

Small, very clean Hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Breakfast buffet is quite small but nevertheless, you will find everything your heart desires. To recommend for a weekend Trip only. Very centrally located. The car just 10min to the center of Munich. To only Recommend!

Beautiful rooms and ambients, great service. Warm floors and clean rooms and bathrooms, towels changed every day. Super kind people and good food. I loved being your guest! Definetly lovable and worth it!

We were here for a birthday of 7 people to celebrate. Nice good Service and the food very good. We had a large table in the hunting parlour which is very quaint and cozy. Da 2 had in the group some problems as for the food, the Service and the kitchen very big effort to cook the dishes differently. Not to mention very is that it places a high value on products from the Region. I/ We can recommend the Restaurant to all cases.

We were long mesmerized by the xenophobic note which had the service itself. We (family / academics with 2 small children) have decided to go (we live nearby and it was recommended) there for lunch … das food itself was alright. Certainly still feel better, but compared to similar public houses of its kind, there are about 4 star. What was sad, is the fact that we not so friendly were served compared to the other in German language family (my husband speaks no German form). This should be really unthinkable for Munich and Untermenzing. For us, however, it is a no-go and we won't get our money.

The restaurant was good. But now there's here overpriced and qualitatively rather mixed food exigency and discourteous to the part of the service. Felt in any restaurant so unwelcome, like at the last family celebration in the Weichandhof.

The Weichandhof restaurant offers delicious Bavarian cuisine. During our visit to the Oktoberfest, we ate there 2 x and were very satisfied. The service was friendly and the food very good. The best was bison meat. All seem homemade. There are also vegan alternatives, which speaks for the kitchen. If we next time in Munich are back.

The dinner in the Weichandhof was part of our weekend Trips to Munich. Since we in the Hotel in the house to have lived, was not far away. And it has been worth it. The food was very tasty and the staff cordially. We had veal fillet with porcini mushrooms and Zurich veal ragout with Pfiferlingen and hash Browns. The meat was super fried, the sauces good, and the mushrooms as well as side dishes very tasty. For Dessert there were pancakes, also really good. We would love to come back.

We are guests in the Weichandhof for many years. But this was our last visit now. The menu has shrunk considerably since the change of tenant farmers, the prices are relatively high.
We have a case of gluten intolerance in the family. We have asked for a gluten-free dish and ordered salad and fish. Then our hypo-allergenic had fierce complaints. So nothing gluten-free. We have the salad dressing or a fish flour used in suspicion.
The older waiter was disinterested and wurtschtig, probably we have to thank him the trouble. The ladies were committed and friendly.
So you can't, dear Weichandhof. High prices and really good food go together with inept staff.

On last night's Saturday night met some members of the Gröbenzeller home theatre e. V. And other guests to a birthday meal. Since we reserved in time were 16 people no Problem. Due to the different preferences were a variety of dishes are ordered and some are approved later on a Dessert yet. Consistently, we can say that the food is excellent and the service very friendly and attentive. This beautiful evening in the pleasant ambience will make us remain in good memory and we will be happy to come back. Our conclusion: The Weichandhof is highly recommended and we are pleased to give 5 stars.

Very nice and quite new hotel. Location is quiet, rather direction outskirts, therefore good motorway connections. The way the streets has taken still just 30 minutes by public transport. Mini bar was filled and included in the price, very nice extra. If the next time in Munich, again. To recommend.

Child friendly, good food.

We tried Der Weichandhof while staying at the nearby Hotel Schleusse, and were lucky enough to be there for their "Vienna night". Rather than the traditional Bavarian food, they were featuring Vienna cuisine and beer. There was also a three person band performing Austrian songs for the patrons and though they were a bit pushy with their CD sales, it added to the atmosphere. We sat in the immense beer garden which was populated with locals, their dogs, and their kids at the on-premises playground. It made for a very welcoming, authentic feeling. Service was very good and attentive. We sat for a few hours enjoying the sights and sounds and had a few rounds of beer and the moment we put an empty glass down, we were asked if we wanted more. The waitresses were all clad in traditional Bavarian drindles which was a bit cheesy but didn't feel forced. I don't recall the names of what we ordered and the special menu isn't on their site anymore, but everything was delicious. I got a steak that was covered in crunchy onions and came with some delicious fried potatoes on the side. My wife got the tafelspitz which was covered in fantastic gravy sauce. Weichandhof is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon or evening soaking in the atmosphere, some good traditional food, and some delicious beer.

We were on Saturday when the best weather in the beer garden of the Weichandhof with 4 persons. The service was very attentive and courteous. The food was excellent. We had regular meals as well as Brotzeit (snack of Alpine and Obatzda). The Obatzda was very good and the snack plate is a good mix and plentiful. The roast pork and the duck had the servings per a delicious crust, large and well seasoned.
There is also beer Tegernseer beer and Hopf (very tasty and it is seldom found in Munich. )
Overall very recommendable.

The food is slightly too little for the money. Were on the schnitzel night (7, 50 euro per chip + supplement), is unfortunately rather poor failed.
5 ordered food 1 food was hot, the other maximum lukewarm.
The beer garden is nicely decorated.
I would like to mention the Interior, looks very comfortable, probably also much visited before smokers Protection Act.
