From the outside, it is hard to perceive as a hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Absolutely clean!

Little water came out of the shower.
Sink and amatate old
Window old and it's very loud at night.
New windows would be a remedy
Free coffee and water.
It's ok for short stays.
I'd book it again.

Spartiate hotel, with a fairly limited breakfast. Very good location in the city center and close to the train station.

I had a very cozy room which was designed very creatively. It was much quieter than I expected from the location next to the HBF. I can't rate the breakfast, but otherwise I'll be happy to return. The price was right too.

If you are going to stay in Munic for 1 or 2 days, and you need fast access to central train station — this hotel is very good choice. It takes less than 5 min to walk from the hotel to Munchen Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is quite clean, but not very cozy, still it's good to drop your baggage and go out for a walk to city center. After 15 to 20 min walk you can get to Marienplatz. There are enough shops and restaraunts around the hotel. Breakfast is not included in room fee by default, but you don't have to order it in advance, will cost you 9€/person (not bad, not great). All in all you get what you pay for. Approved. We stayed there for a couple of days in September 2018.

Quality price for Munich. Friendly and close to the train station.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel with a very good location to Central station. Walk around 5min.
My room was small but fine, it was enough. Wardrobe with hooks and compartments, small desk with a chair, überaĺl small lamps, double bed with night cupboards and in the bathroom there was shampoo, a hair dryer and a radio. Wireless internet is free and has a good connection.
The service staff and the hotel professionals are super nice and give tips for Munich.
The breakfast is small but again everything… Bread, toast, buns, cereal bars, cornflakes, fruit, cold cuts, sweets etc, etc:)
Negative? Yes, there was no cold water in my bathroom and unfortunately it was noisy due to the old wooden window veeeery. (2nd Floor) The TV should actually be new (unclear picture), but I don't travel;)
I would take this hotel again.

For a city tour or a two-night stay, this hotel is O. K.
It is clean and centrally located (close to the train station) Breakfast is also good and the price for the overnight stay was met with the service.

Good and central accommodation. The receptionist is super nice. The room is clean but the windows could be renewed. The breakfast is well sorted and adequate. Gladly again.

The people behind the front desk are not terribly nice, but nice to look at. Hotel is clean, inexpensive and very close to the train station. There are also parking spaces in the neighbouring hotel around the corner by arrangement. Breakfast is very good but rather small. Coffee is excellent for this!

All the creatives went to paint the facade. VERY ascetic numbers. Beaten by life, but not yet killed by the life of a dorm.

The water in the shower is a little cold. But the rooms and the area are very cozy.

We stayed at the Creatif Hotel Elephant for a couple nights. It was sort of a typical European hotel. Decent, not great. Bad Wi-Fi signal, and a tepid shower temperature past 8 or 9 in the morning. Beware, though when you Google the hotel it says there's free breakfast, it actually costs nine dollars per person per night. We were a bit annoyed when we were told this (not upon check in, but rather after we had already eaten breakfast one morning), let them know about it, and the staff was super defensive. Like I said, typical European hotel. The customer is definitely NOT always right here, perhaps even the opposite. Anyway, not the worst hotel, but far from the best. Basically you get what you pay for.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is fast and the equipments are perfect. The hotel is quite close to the train station. It's a very good hotel.

I stayed here during my trip to attend the annual Oktoberfest. I originally had an Airbnb booked for the trip, but my host cancelled on me last minute… So I was stranded in Munich! I Googled some hotels and this one popped up. It was VERY reasonably priced for a last minute booking and was in walking distance to the venue. They had a delicious free breakfast every morning that had a lot of options. The room itself was super cute, and I would recommend this place to anyone not wanting to jam into a hostel during their trip to Munich. I had another person to split the room with, and it wasn't that much more expensive than the hostels in the area, well worth it.

Great stay here overall. Pretty noisy with the construction and unfortunately I came at a pretty warm time and there's no AC. But the breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly.

Breakfast was great. The room was big but they had no air conditioning which is something that's common in Germany. Other than that everything was great!

Location was everything, that's why 4 stars. I got off the train from the airport and within a few blocks you get to hotel. Also, a few blocks you have so many shopping places and restaurants so entertainment is right there. I wasn't impressed with room, bathroom door was kinda busted. Some dirt on walls too on room and bath. Bed was comfortable and clean linens. But will do the job if you just need a place to sleep and not spend time in hotel. Also, there is a back street that was kinda noisy, the windows are old so it won't block sound. Elevator was broken the 2 days I was there. If you just need a place to stay for a couple nights, then it's worthy the cheap price.

Great location Clean and friendly staff Coveniente Price. Recommended if you visit the city by tourists and you need a support. Possibility to leave your luggage after checkout.

Very close to the city, the centre can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. However, 1 minute by train, Metro, bus.
