Of the pluses — location, breakfasts, friendly staff, clean. Of the disadvantages — there are no air conditioning, if you open the window, at night it is noisy, the youth from the surrounding hostels make noise. Since the latter did not bother us much, I definitely recommend it.

Being a 3 star Hotel, it surprises the size of the room and bathroom. Big and clean. Good location. The neighborhood itself is not. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just opposite to train station. Very convenient location for transportation. Reception staff are very co operative and professional. They have a phone called handy in every room. You can take it out with you as local guide. So if you are on trip you need not buy roaming internet pack. Its very fast. I never had such benefits in other hotels. Breakfast id also good. Overall nice hotel to stay in city center. Dont expect very rich and high level of furniture, if you need simple and good then this is one for you.

This is a really cool hotel. It's located across the street from the main train station. You can take the S-baun train to and from the airport. You can catch DB trains here as well. Restaurant and shopping are close by. Nice staff great location in Munich.

Soundproofed rooms. Good mattresses. Pity no floor heating in the bathroom. Rich breakfast buffet. Accommodating extension of the Parkierzeit in the underground garage on the day of departure.

I was at the last minute looking for a convenient stay for 2 nights in Munich. The hotel offered a good rate and is just opposite the central train station, so I went for it and was not disappointed. Good service, you can even buy your daily train tickets there, great room and breakfast.

Right next to the train station and a short walk from the historical town, this hotel is a great location. Lookout for a steep charge to park your car iver night. Breakfast was very nice in the morning. Wish they gave you more than one pillow per person. This place worked out perfectly for a one night stay before flying out of Munich.

This hotel was a lovely place to stay. The room was well appointed, immaculately clean, very comfortable and quiet. The location near the station was very convenient and the staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was also very nice. Thank you for a very comfortable week.

Very clean hotel. Room had sufficient size for us. Very nice helpful staff. Breakfast all you need. The only drawback was the hair dryer. There might be some new things.

I liked this hotel very much. It's in front of the Munich train station. It's in the centre of Munich. You're close to Karstadt, Kaufhof galleries, places to eat. I would recommend having breakfast at the hotel, as the food is at an excellent price and it is very full… the best is the attention in the dining room. The rooms are super comfortable clean, spacious, and the bathroom is wonderful could be compared to Marriot for honest. I would recommend it and would book it when I return to Munich!

Beautiful, functionally furnished rooms with lots of small nice details: mobile phone for rent, shirt dryer, big mirror, very good beds. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Since the luggage can be deposited there in an adjoining room, it is worthwhile to take the last vacation day and leave only in the evening.

Great location, opposite Central station, can get train from airport — very good value for money, fairly basic but good! Breakfast very good. Really enjoyed my stay. Very good Italian restaurant which seems to be part of hotel! Would definitely go back!

The hotel is very convenient to the central station. I had booked a single room there, it was tiny small. But for one night it was sufficient. The room was very clean, the bed had a good mattress.

A very well located hotel in front of the main train station. The neighborhood is not the best as in all parts of the world, but in Munich the security is very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I am staying since long. Over all nice, friendly and best team and environment. need to improve … bed size is very small… memory foam pillows must available on request.

I stayed 3 nights here and will return again next year. The location is great and the full buffet breakfast was perfect. The room had a twin bed but very comfortable, and the bathroom may have been bigger than the bedroom, but both were fine. I was on the 5th floor and found the stairs a great way to get exercise since they don't have a gym.

Shortly before arrival, a transfer was made, due to illness, from three persons to two persons, i. E. From a triple room to a twin room. We were accommodated in a triple room and at that moment we assumed that the hotel was fully occupied. However, we have not thought about it because we have confirmed the have received the transfer. On departure, however, we were charged the triple room. On request, why, although we have booked a twin room, we have to pay a triple room, we were told that it was our job to make the hotel's staff aware that we do not need a triple room.
We were offered only a discount of €10. An absolute insolence! Never again! There seems to be no value placed on the satisfaction of the guests!

I stayed for one night at the Hotel Europäischer Hof and for the price one can definitely not complain. The hotel is centrally located and the rooms were clean. I thought a real shower was missing and the breakfast buffet could be a bit bigger, but all in all a pretty good hotel.

The hotel is centrally located next to Munich Hauptbahnhof. The (renovated and very clean) Single rooms offer everything you need. The breakfast was very rich, the sevice friendly and prompt.
Overall a good experience.

Thank you for a very pleasant overnight stay on my way to Italy. My small single room was perfectly designed to insure I had everything I needed close at hand. Double-glazing of windows kept noise out, making for a good sleep in a very comfortable bed. My bathroom was spacious and appeared to have been recently renovated with quality fittings. Clean and bright. The extensive buffet breakfast was good value. The Receptionist was very helpful in pointing me towards an excellent Bavarian restaurant, so although I was only in Munich for one night, the experience left me with a desire to return and explore further.

Hotel close to train station. Hotel staff excellent. Breakfast excellent. No coffee pot in room, however, coffee available at either 6:00 a. M. Or 6:30 a. M. Has business center facilities (very helpful & had to use due to itinerary changes). Hotel sells train tickets at lobby. Hotel really covers alot for the price, and again super convenient to train station, with super friendly staff.

We were staying here over Oktoberfest and couldn't have picked a better place. The room itself was spacious and comfortable and lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful with very good English. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Location was so close to central station and easy to get to the key landmarks. Walking distance to Oktoberfest. A little bit noisy but with the windows closed you can't notice it too much.

Perfectly located, towards central station. Very good italian restaurant next to the hotel. Further also facilities were what you may expect in a 4* hotel. Very good and divers breakfast, good beds, and good and helpful personnel! On the day of leaving, you can also store your suitcases/bags in a locked room. The only detail what was a bit disappointing, was the bathroom. This could use a modern update, but that was all.

We stayed here 5 days during Oktoberfest and it was the perfect location. The rooms were clean and staff was pleasant. The only complaint I have was our room faced the street and it was so loud if we wanted to have the window open. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, good beds, really awesome breakfast if you can make it before 10 am after a night at Oktoberfest. However, ridiculously low ceiling in shower could well accommodate a child or dwarf but unfortunately it was horrible for anyone (me) above 5 feet. I'd love to chat with the German engineer who mis-calculated this. Elevator is slow and inadequate. Friendly staff, free water in lobby, and s huge pink parrot oversees the breakfast buffet. Rough neighborhood at night around the hotel, be careful.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast had lots of variety and was tasty. Best of all it was a completely non-smoking Hotel.

We stayed an elegant twin room equipped with a spacious bathroom with bathtub. Wifi was strong enough to handle relatively heavier files in my pc. The wide window allowed expansive view and secure brightness of the room. The breakfast was also fantastic. It was well-prepared with a variety of food and the quality was far better than other same class hotels in Munich. Would definitely be back again when in Munich.

For the excellent location, for the excellent breakfast, for the impeccable service and finally for the cost-performance the Hotel Europäischer Hof has resulted for us (father, mother and adult daughter) a perfect solution.

Hotel near the train station downtown but rooms very calm. We slept with open window. Very good breakfast and quite early. Good when you have to take the train. Reception the personal was adorable. Very good service from them. You feel that every employee just want to satisfy your needs the best way and they really do!

This hotel is located perfectly and out stay here was just fine. The only thing that I wish was a bit different was the lack of Air Conditioning. For us Americans, this is something we are used to having. I realize that there are very few hotels in Munich, or Germany for that matter, that have it, but it would really be nice. Other than that, this hotel was just fine.

We have been staying in this hotel for several years now so as to move easily during the F. Ree Fair. E: Excellent location, renovated and spacious rooms. Promoted cleanliness, staff and praise also to breakfast. Guaranteed and recommended.

Hotel in a modern style just a few meters from the central station. Comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is very rich. The only downside is the only elevator that serves 8 floors. Sometimes you have to wait.

We had a very good. Right in FRONTR at the central Station. Comfortable and cozy rooms. Satisfactory breakfast. Great for those who must reach the next day other places and take either the train or from ZOB bus station.

Very well located Hotel with nice rooms-Standard. Thoughtfully renovated, spacious and extremely clean. Very well stocked Breakfast buffet in pleasant premises. Good working W-LAN and Mini-Bar. The price/performance ratio is just right. Only the lack of Air-conditioning can on very hot summer days to sweaty nights. Particularly noteworthy is the competent and extremely friendly Front Desk staff, very pleasant stay completed.

Hotel looked modest from outside. Everything was though suberb. Staff served us in all possible ways: we got tickets for public transport, maps, even postcards and stamps. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Tramstop located just outside. Would recommend and would come back again.

Sauberes, zweckmäßiges Zimmer. Frühstücksbüffett mit sehr großem Angebot, ganz prima. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite liegen Hostels, das führt ein wenig zu nächlichem Lärm (wir waren in der 2. Etage) Vom Hotel aus ist das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Logistics are great. Very convenient location right across the street from the Hauptbahnhof and right around the corner from the Karstadt Department Store where a lot of tours depart. Walking distance from the Augustiner Keller for a great meal. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and the price was very reasonable. Only minor complain is that it can be noisy at night and our room was right over the street. Would stay there again.

Great Breakfast in a chaotic site in front of the train station. The room was very noise by night; even the beating of a flag raised in the façade, hitting the window overnight by the wind. Room Internet never works in my ipad. Anyway, personal was nice.

Clean, Central and with garage. These were the positives. Rooms smell of bacon and whatever else comes from the kitchens, the area (although) central is not nice and far from well frequented. Now the worst. We were lodged at the 5th floor and it was like being on ground floor with the windows open. Terrible, terrible noise from outside all night long. Don't go there if you look for a nice context and a quiet night sleep. Go there if you want to be attached to the main station. Hyper expensive all considered.

Excelent location near the train station, amazing breakfast. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the room and the Wi-Fi did not work in some days.
