Room pretty but totally unsuitable for handicaps. Spaces were small and room was fullfill of unuseful things Space from bed to walls was for kids and not for adult. Bed is surrounded by wood that make lift up from it (a really soft bed) quite difficult for a normal people … and really hard for handicaps. No excuses for their errors giving to reservation services the guilt (booking) about placing 3 men in two double (wedding) bed, when reservation was for 2 room 1 single and 1 room with 2 bed.

Reception very friendly and helpful.
Hotel is located on one of Munich's access roads, so from the morning increased traffic noise. But windows are only on the side of the street. 90Degrees is therefore not so bad.

I was happy with my staying here. The personal was professional and friendly and the breakfast was amazing, one of the tastiest and richest I have ever had, made even better by the waitresses there. The room are really cute and old/style but the toilet and the rest of the hotel is modern and with all the comfort. Negative side could be that the gym is not that rich and the hotel is situated outside of the center but if you, like us, are searching for a place where to sleep few nights before departing again and you are not a tourist than it is suggested.

Both the rooms and the conference facilities are clean and well maintained, the buffet is plentiful and delicious. Ambiente in the "beer garden" outside, however, is a bit mau, and the prices of Munich are typical in the upper region. But otherwise a real recommendation.

The hotel is clean, but it is run down, although it is well maintained.

I'm glad I had a bathtub.
The gym is disastrous: 1 bodybuilding machine while in the photos, we see 2 devices for cardio.

Nice Munich hotel, 10 min walk to under ground. 15 min to Englischgarden. Staff nice very friend ly in tge var. Breakfast ok.

Very good room and very clear. Great breakfast.

The room is a bit small but adequate for one night and I slept very well.
At breakfast the guests should have the necessary rest and not be disturbed by hectic cleaning. And if breakfast is up to 10:30, then it should also be up to 10:30 and not be cleared from 10:11.
The reception was friendly and the restaurant was cozy.

Nice hotel, good service. Clean rooms though not huge size but perfectly okay. Good facilities and despite the direct location on a busy road the rooms are quiet and you can sleep relaxed. We recommend the Ludwig-Stube, which is very friendly and accommodating with really tasty and really humane prices for Munich. I had 2 big dogs and was positively surprised how friendly we were received and served. The staff had no problems with my 2 four-legged people, which is not the case everywhere. You are welcome with dog, not only tolerated. My next stay in Munich I will book the Night again at the Leonardo Hotel Arabellapark.

It's cool. Breakfast is excellent.
The staff is polite.
The rooms are clean.
The only thing that is not quite clear is the twisted shower and a short wall because of what the wet floor in the bathroom.

Good conference hotel, clean rooms, not quite modern anymore. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast and catering. Nice bar with a suitable selection of drinks. For meetings gladly again.

Acceptable somewhat in the years hotel. The rooms are clean and the breakfast OK, but without much surprise.
Reasonable price/performance ratio for Munich.

Overall a very pleasant experience! Though it lacks the"stylish" interior and design of motel one and the likes it does fulfill the role of a business hotel almost perfectly. Two points of criticism though: a blanket with less than 2 meters? True… I am clearly taller than average (1, 95) but this is still ridiculous in my opinion. And the second problem is the weird concept of the shower wall… Which leads to a flooded bathroom when taking a normal shower. Please reconsider this… It's no magic to design it more thoughtfully.

Mixture of nostalgia and modernity. Very comfortable bed with no visitor crack. Staff friendly. Would love to come back.

Good breakfast, nice service & a pleasant reception, nice rooms, bathroom but unfortunately you could not finish. The beds were very comfortable. There was a small bar in the room where you could use for free. All in all I find the hotel very successful and comfortable!

It is offered as a hotel for business travellers as well as for families. However, it does not have to be the bottom of the hotel lobby with 7 children to catch is played.
Otherwise it was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Bus and subway to get to the city centre are close by.

It was very strange that although we left the "do not disturb" message hanging on the door, a man still came and entered the room (around 10am). We asked for him to come later to clean up the room, when we were not around. However, when we returned in the evening, we realised that no one came to make up the room. Yes, we left it fairly clean but we needed new shower gel and shampoo replacement, same as for the toilet paper and would have been glad if they had taken the trash as well. None of this was done and having been interrupted in the morning while we left the correct message on the door to be left alone, has been VERY DISAPPOINTING. Also, during the time we stayed here, we were told that sauna and the fitness center were out of service. So. Anyways. We had higher expectations upon reading and checking the website of the hotel. After our experience, I think this hotel could improve their personal crew. People who can read and respect the message that's left on the door for them.

Clean hotel a bit outside the center of Munich. The bar upstairs is in a mountain chalet style, nice and departing! The sauna was down. Breakfast very good. Clean rooms.

A nice and clean hotel with a friendly atmosphere. The transport connection is great. Bus and subway are nearby. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable. The breakfast is very rich and good. Everyone can find something here.

Older hotel in the 70s style, but since I have not paid for the night and just slept there for 4 hours, I can and will not tell much more. Breakfast was OK and the staff friendly. Bus Stop (Priel) can be reached on foot in one minute and the subway (Arabellapark) in 15min. Free parking is available directly on the main road.

Not what I would call great value for the money. My room had many broken items including the entry door that was coming off it's hinges. The toilet leaked all night. And the servers in the bar tried to rip me off of 50 euro. Also, you are in for a walk to the train station. The girls at the front desk were nice, but sadly I will not be staying here again.

The decor is damn kirch. But the room is quiet and comfortable.

Hotel is ok but due a full refurbishment. Location isn't central but the value for money is ok. Got free parking when becoming a Leonardo Member which was handy.

Just 10 minutes ' walk from a metro station that takes you to the city centre, this hotel offers spacious, comfortable and well-soundproofed rooms. The staff at the reception is very welcoming, smiling and always very available to inform you, the staff of the restaurants is very nice and attentive to you. Very nice stay.

Nice and clean… only the food left to be desired!

Budget accommodation. It claims the town centre to be 0 miles but the nearest 'U' station is a 15 minute walk. From here all places are easily accessible. There is a carpark {have to pay extra}. The rooms are basic and the bathrooms etc are old. Couldn't get even a spare towel and pillow despite asking for it. Could I got another hotel for the same price in a more trendy place nearer to the town centre — yes; would I choose this hotel to another given a choice — no.

The hotel rooms are small and need renovation. The cleaning was not perfect during our stay and we didn't get new shampoo when we ran out of it. Nevertheless, the reception administrators are friendly and polite and the guests are welcome to use hotel umbrellas free of charge.

Clean room for the most part, had a few bugs next to the window. Service was good and food was good. The shower took me by surprise, half covered with glass, it was tough to shower without worry of wetting the floor. Stayed one night, would stay again as it was convenient to good restaurants and the garden.

New and clean rooms. Too bad about the service. Two hours waiting for the rooms when we were told a few minutes.

Stayed for a couple of nights while I was in Munich for work. Room and bathroom of the right size. Breakfast Good value for money There are no locals nearby, need to get around by car, no parking problems near the property.

A little out of the way, not convenient to public transportation, but in a very nice area, very close to the English Garden. Small the gym very large the garage. Good breakfast and great service.

The hotel for the price is good for short stays. Rooms are somewhat older but ok. Breakfast with good selection. Many Asians groups visit the hotel. In a few minutes the train on foot can be reached.

New and modern hotel located in the northern area of Munich. It is not near any of the sight or an underground so it's not ideal for tourist but there are several businesses in this area which makes it good for business travellers. I didn't like that it wasn't clear if my breakfast was included. I paid the second day but not the first one.

Staff very friendly, Breakfast buffet very varied. Bathroom could be more modern. Tip: The Hotel offers as far as available free bike rental.

Highly recommended hotel, very quiet despite location on road. Clean, comfortable, rich breakfast, only about 7 minutes walk to the subway Arabella Park, bus stop almost in front of the House. Very friendly service.
