I wish I could give this paradise 10 stars… Absolutely astonishing spa, very comfortable rooms, the best breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel, and an amazing staff make this spot a must visit.

I was able to today enjoy the Spa area. The ambience and the treatments were gorgeous. The ladies are incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and discreet. You felt trapped well supplied, and at the end of a very well-groomed and relaxed. Here's a little thank you.

Good hotel. Charming rooms and nice service. Spa area, however, could tolerate a renovation. Otherwise, I only know the single-layer toilet paper in the rooms from hostels. Breakfast highly recommended and inexpensive! Free parking. Room with balcony.

Outdoor swimming pool great with nice weather under condition if not crowded! No air conditioning, as well as too less bath towel for the sauna (only one in the room! ) — breakfast 3/5 for 4

No Wifi, room had a weird smell and found a corner of the room with mold in it in the morning. Tje swimming complex is nice.

Clean well equipped rooms super breakfast and a great sauna area.

The staff was very hospitable and very nice, we've got an better room (actually the best because it was an buisness class) than what we booked. Everything was very clean there was not even mildew in the shower. They clean the whole bathroom thoroughly and quick. There is free Wifi available which was fast enough to watch 1080p videos online. As for the room it was an economy class room which had an Airco, the room was very dark and the lightning did not help that much either. But it was very beautiful (which it should be considering what you actually need to pay for, we just got lucky that we've got an upgrade) The spa was really nice, they've got a lot of free choices you can choose from for example: taking a swim or relax in the hot tub. As for breakfast there is not much to chose from and some stuff aren't described properly, also the time it takes the staff to refill is way to slow. If you want you can also dine there but there is not a lot to chose from and it is way to expensive. The downsides aside this hotel well deserved it stars and gets an 4 out of 5 rating.

A hotel that you need to pay more for Internet and cold air is not a good place. I dont indicate this Hotel.

Kihlschrank doesn't work, is probably because this keimerlei gets air because it's completely built in.
In the Room it is terribly hot as there is no Air Conditioning.
Breakfast is very good!

We had a very nice weekend at this hotel. Very nice spa area. The breakfast was very good. We will definitely book again.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as was the restaurant. Unfortunately the cleanliness in the room was left to be desired. Especially in the bathroom. The knob in the bathtub for water outlet was partially broken off and completely filthy. When I arrived there was still a forgotten cleaning agent in the bathroom, the hair dryer was very dirty, no shower or soap. The shower lotion I have claimed, it has been delivered body lotion. Again, ask me to provide a soap or shower lotion for hand washing. Then it worked. The desk lamp was defective. I had a first class business suite, which was unfortunately equipped with old furniture and the size of a normal double room. The breakfast was excellent. More cleanliness in room service and more sophisticated, modernized rooms would be urgently needed for a 4-star hotel with this requirement.

Really good at this hotel is just the spa area. Room old and unaccustomed, Wi-Fi just one hour free. Outdated in today's world. Was luckily only one night. That's what you stop.

All in all a pleasant hotel if you have to stay for 1 to 2 days or attend a meeting.
The hotel is very rustic decorated with a certain charm.
The aisles are narrow and very winding.
Unfortunately, the elevator is very limited in space… 1Person and maximum 2koffer have space.
The breakfast is delicious and plentiful.
Parking spaces are available right in front of the hotel.

A nice hotel, but you notice that it has been a little bit over the years. Here and there, a little color or some new curtains could not hurt. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is rich and offers everyone what he wants. The bar is also perfectly OK and at €4 for a bright quite acceptable.

The swimming pool —/sauna —/wellness area with indoor adventure pool, outdoor pool, whirlpool inside and sauna — U. Wellness area in Japanese Asian deco style is quite large for a hotel and worth seeing.
Otherwise the staff is very helpful and friendly. Free parking is available at the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice. Paid Wi-Fi in 2018 I find embarrassing and incomprehensible.

The hotel has been around for years, but we are trying to serve guests well. We were accommodated in a relatively small room but nothing to complain about. Great, but small, with few beds equipped is the pool area.

The spa is nice, the hotel cozy and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit old, a renovation would make the level rise very.

Always worth a booking!
At the Parkhotel Heidehof you can safely book a wellness weekend and get exactly what you imagine. They are always friendly and the rooms are the standard of the hotel.
The spacious spa area is the clear advantage, here the hotel leaves no wish open, whether steam sauna, whirlpool or large bathing area here is for everyone.
Breakfast is served in the room on request for a small surcharge, which completes the visit.
The hotel is recommended in all respects.

I was there for business. The reception was good and the parking was available. Although convenient, the rooms are cramped and there were a smell in the room. I could also hear the guests in the next room.

Nice big and clean rooms. Stayed for one night passing through. Friendly staff and good food.

The hotel is nice, staff is friendly and breakfast is quite good. I didn't like that the room was way too warm, the installations have no air conditioning at all! If you need an iron, you can just use the ironing service on the morning. They won't borrow you one. And the worst: just 1 hour of Wi-Fi is included.

Nice place to stay if you work in the area. Amenities and a restaurant of good quality. A bit expensive, but acceptable ratio quality/price.

I stay here routinely as I spend my working week in Ingolstadt. The restaurant is nice, the food is good, though the menu does not vary. The business first rooms are lovely and adequate and the spa facilities are good for a late evening swim or sweat. Overall this place gets a solid 7 out of 10 due to limited menu, room service ending at 2300. Also, having to request minibar items.

The hotel is sort of an oasis in an industrialized city. It's a wellness hotel but I myself have never used their wellness opportunities yet. I just stay there for business trips. The rooms are neat and nicely furnished but I'm definitely missing an air-condition for a four star hotel. Dinner plates look great but don't taste like you would expect from the price and looks. I prefer going across the street for dinner to the Italian restaurant. That's nothing to write home about either but at least the prices are adjusted to the food's quality. The staff comes over somewhat arrogant and the smiles feel fake, that doesn't diminish their service though which is still good. You get one hour of internet for free. If you need more you have to pay 9€. That feels like I was back in the nineties of last century. Also I wouldn't expect to be nickled and dimed like this in a four star hotel.

With this hotel we have done everything right. From booking to departure spent a very good time. Everything clean and tidy. The staff helpful and friendly. We come back.

We had booked a conference room all day. At the breakfast break, there were fruits and some vegetables. We ordered butter pretzels, which unfortunately not could be served, there are these minimum 3 days in advance would have to be ordered.
Lunch was high quality, but because of missing breakfast, would you have wanted a slightly richer portion.
At mid-afternoon, there were delicious cake.
Negative noticed the cleanliness. The window panes of the Conference room were dirty, the floors were a scruffy impression also. My Chair had a hole in the cover, the paint was peeled off…
In the corridor of the ground floor were small storefront with high-quality products, but also here the panes were not cleaned.
Zusammengefassst makes the hotel not the impression that one could feel comfortable here.

Was only one night in this Hotel, but I can only confirm that all personnel very friendly, the food and Breakfast was excellent, and the room was very clean, comfortable and the bed very comfortable.

Here you will be in a Hotel by various renovations in the past completely installed. All rooms, corridors and conference rooms are dark, overheated, and only through a maze of narrow hallways and small elevators to reach. The style of the interior corresponds to the 70 years. The staff is polite and courteous. The Parking lot is exceptionally large. The food is average and Priced very demanding. A wheat Beer at the Bar we had with ice cubes to cool. The conference rooms in the 1st floor are small, with low ceilings and poorly ventilated. Many services are only with bonuses. All in all, we can this Hotel not recommend. Due to the proximity of Audi to the lack of competition in Ingolstadt and the surrounding area, this Hotel will be but for many Tagungssuchende alternative, which is the operator even without a big investment to know how to use.

We have a night at the heidehof booked and it was all perfect. The Check-in went very quickly and the staff was super friendly. We were informed in detail about Breakfast and the Spa area are informed and the way to the room was described. Then we have also found quickly. The room is very nicely decorated. We had a small balcony and a well maintained bathroom with shower (Economy room) everything was very clean, which we particularly liked. We were already often in the hotel and had rooms for the significantly more expensive than the Heidehof (99 Euro incl. Breakfast) and were not nearly as clean and well maintained. We had our dog, which is always welcome. 10 euro extra, since we found also reasonable. There was a water bowl and some dog biscuits. The seem to have tasted so fast we could not even look ;) Yes the Spa area, which is included in the price was all topped. Very clean and a wonderful atmosphere. We have tried everything. When we were there was really very little going on, so that apart from us, only 2 people there and you were really his rest had what really was very pleasant. We could for 2 delicious Cocktails in the hotel bar, wonderful to sleep through the night. Beds comfortable and not sags Frühstücksbufett was super. Great selection and everything is very beautifully done. There were really no wishes open.

More appearance than reality! Unfortunately, I was two nights here. Everything is completely overpriced and absolutely not justified! My room cost 93, — € without Breakfast! Wi-Fi costs extra! Sauna and swimming area cost per use of a whopping 7, — € extra! Within the Spa area costs even a little bit special shower extra! Of relaxation can also be no question! Relaxation for me is also that I was under the shower, and not be annoyed again after a few seconds the shower again! Relaxation is also not, in the Sauna, where various Mitsaunagänger swimsuits to wear, and then into the pool to go. Even with a short shower is the very disgusting unhygienic! Per year I'm in hundreds of Hotels with a swimming pool and Sauna on the road and everywhere I can textilfrei also go swimming. Here at the Parkhotel Heidehof is not. And to pay for it, I was previously ignorant of, 7, — €!? We are in 17. Century or in the 21st century.!? But this is typical for the prudish Bavaria! The One star is for the room, this being the "First Business Class" room, which would usually still costs more! This equipment can I get in many Two-star Hotels for 50, — € the night! Who are the 10% of the super-rich in Germany and prudish, as well as to price/performance a Damn scherrt, is very welcome.

A few weeks ago, I am of my children have been invited to eat. My children have me to the Hotel Parkhotel Heidehof invited. The food was a poem. The ambience was beautiful and the service was friendly.

We were in August 2014 at the Parkhotel Heidehof. Our expectations of the getaway have been fully met. The Hotel is very clean and well maintained, the rooms/beds are very good. The Spa area is for a Hotel of this size are very big and also very well maintained. Also for children is in the Innenbad with white water canal, counter, etc. It would be nice maybe if it was in more restrooms would be. The weather was mixed, and the few Innenliegen were quickly full. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to satisfy every request. In contrast to a previous speaker noted, the staff, special features for its guests immediately and went the next day etsprechend. We have us very comfortable and relaxed Also interesting: the Hotel is also on a gluten-free food (even if it is not to advertise) and is in need of bread, cereal, and also guaranteed gluten-free food.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, especially the staff are very friendly and kind to help with directions in town. A bit tricky to get to the hotel since it is in center of the town where many roads are closed, but once you are there, they take care of everything. A hotel that is truly worth a visit, all the small things they do for you add up to their 5 star hotel status.

Were very satisfied! The Wellness area is not the greatest but sufficient. Food was really good.
