AZUR Waldcamping Auwaldsee Hotel

This is a site that was good, there was not much to do in the camp but it was clean and did what it was supposed to. It's a fairly big site with a bar/restaurant next to it which was reasonably priced for good food. Apple juice was extortionate though at 5 Euro a glass, a beer was 3.80. There was a lake next to the site but we didn't get to venture round it. Not much more to say really, worth a visit for a stop off for 1 or 2 days.

Easily accessible camping surrounded by the nature with clean bathrooms and hot showers :-)

Although the head office has told us that there are still places we have been informed very unkindly that no parking space is available any more.

I love the place! Perfect for Jogging, biking, relax, meditation, walking, picnic etc.

Stop for one night with bicycles. Stuck for 3 days by heavy rain. Great welcome, arranging with sleeping on mobiles homes. Very nice people in a "getting old" camping.

Rip off campsite, 28€ for two people on bicycles with one tent and no electricity. The campsite is huge, not nice, no separation between pitches, super noisy with lots of young people partying. The worst and most expensive we have seen in one month traveling from Western France to there! Don't stop there, there is a free campsite 13km away in Vohburg an der Donau with shower + WC. It's quiet and just on the banks of the Danube.

Me and my partner stayed in one of the finkotas barrels and it was the most cosiest thing I have ever seen in my life. Both me and my boyfriend were really surprised to read all of the negative feedback. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The bathroom and the shower was all newly renovated, the barrel was completely clean and the area well kept. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely want to stay again but in the summer time. I recommend this place for families and friends alike.

On the way south stayed here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sanitary building is new and very clean. The permanent sound of the sanitary building is getting used but tolerable. Rolls must be pre-ordered. Space is flat and offers plenty of shade. The city is easy to reach by car or bus and is worth a visit.

We were on the return trip from Italy here, and we can't complain. It is a Naturcampingplatz, which already means that the floor is not flat. In the description is on the location pointed out. Yes, the highway roars. It has us disturbed? No. We live 800m from a motorway. Yapping dogs or noisy party until the early hours of the morning, which sucks. But it can here be no question. The sanitary facilities are ok, new, and were always clean. Those who have something better would like, may not 2 Sterneplatz go. The staff was always nice, friendly and accommodating, always Joking mood. The Resaurand next door is excellent, the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. We have good and plenty to eat, at absolutely affordable prices. The lake is clean, clear, and access through multiple doors. The beach is öffndlich accessible, which is why the place is fenced in. We are in the next year stay there again.

The campsite is on the Auwaldsee in Ingolstadt was the only disappointment. First, the whole night the noise from the nearby motorway, so that no eye could do. The campground is sandwiched between the motorway and the industrial area; we thought we would process… Furthermore, he is so overpriced! 64 euros for 4 persons and 2 tents! The phone was previously a cheaper price. The access to the lake is awkward to reach and the view of the lake with the advertised, does not exist. Now the tents ever built, we wanted to grill. Were in may 2015, 2 times on his way to the place. Free choice is possible. Location in the nature reserve and the lake is very beautiful. Care by Campingplatzpächter very nice. Great toilet facilities, unfortunately, are still not finished with the renovation. Otherwise very happy.

The "Camperwiese" more like one of the naturüberlassenen Forest floor, absolutely no Meadow. The sanitary facilities are new, but very dirty. The access to the lake is difficult and only indirectly to achieve. The exorbitant price of 17.00€! per Person and per tent. This is indeed the Baltic cheaper!

Really unfriendly. Already at the door to open, I was yelled at, Huuund let out, and I had the door only a crack. Terrain rather unkempt and hilly terrain, 37, paid in Euro, two adults plus dog. There is nothing on it, looks like a construction site. Adac recommended as an Overnight stay, the place no one can check first. Never again!
