Great mountain view from balcony, clean rooms and friendly staff.

We went to this hotel for a single night during a trip towards Italy. We had a very spacious room, nice and tidy. Bed was excellent. Staff was very friendly, too, giving a thorough explanation of all we had to know. Location is also near the town but still calm.

Delicious breakfasts. A cozy middle room. Furniture made of natural wood. A comfortable bathroom.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Even pillows and blankets are down, which is not often found. Reasonable prices for Germany.

Very nice and cozy place, the hotel is all chic, food ordered for dinner, the menu is small. But it was so tasty all. The room was nice and clean.

The wonderful village of Etal in the Bavarian Alps. Fabulous houses, friendly people.

Spent the night on a 2hdnevnoj excursion. Beautiful place, pity arrived when it was already dark. The walk through the village is fabulous, quiet, even no dog barks. Reached the monastery. A magical place. The hotel is quite comfortable, not big. Heat. The portions in the restaurant are large. The staff is polite and resourceful. Liked. Would go back there again.

Room was very small but clean. Breakfast was well attended and the conditions often did not come after.

We stayed at this hotel on the way to Neuschwanstein Castle. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Wonderful kitchen in the restaurant. Friends researchers and asked for hot milk, Dali, despite the late evening. Very polite and helpful staff. The only downside in the room is the bad pillows.

Alpine freshness in the room, water from a mountain spring, river noise, incredible mountain views.

Christmas in the Alphotel never again! The food absolutely inedible, coffee a lousy concoction, yogurt a Kuntprodukt. The rooms were fine though. Nevertheless: ongoing change from Chinese and Russian bus groups. The noise level was not to be maintained. There is no common room, although there are rooms in the first floor.

Not overimpressed with this hotel. Has a nice location, but seems to do a lot of work for tour companies and regular visitors are neglected. Fo9d in restaurant pretty grin and mini bar fridge didn't work!

Well pulls on 4 stars, but for the location I would put 6

We stayed here five nights and did day trips to castles and walking tracks. The place was clean, warm and the breakfast was a perfect way to start the long days. Would recommend.

The room was clean and the breakfast was Good. The breakfast is very poor. Can not understand this — would be willing as a guest to pay more for a great breakfast with fresh ingredients and good coffee! This is where the hotel should Work.

Unfortunately too noisy and the price not adequate.
At first glance a great hotel, friendly staff, a small spa area, breakfast included, beautiful and quiet location. That's exactly what I had in mind when I booked the hotel.
Then, unfortunately, it turned out that the sauna costs extra (€8 p. P. /day). But what was much worse was the tour group that arrived on the first evening and minute the doors popped in the hallways Rumriefen and that until late in the evening (23:30 pm) and from just before 6 o'clock the next morning. Despite a very erboßten call at the reception, it didn't get any better and the problem also seemed to be known, but not to be taken seriously.
The breakfast is only OK and in the rooms you should not look in every corner. Without the quiet disturbance a nice hotel but not at the price! Unfortunately did not convince us.

Funny smell in the room after room service. Eating is saved (ready meals? ) Drinks not filled as it belongs. Hotel clerk at the front desk in the undershirt. A lot of little things that can never happen in the hotel (lack of professional training for the hotel industry? )

Great relaxation center, sauna, and pool. The rooms were nice, but the free Wi-Fi gets spotty the further you are from the center of the hotel.

Spacious rooms Unfortunately we feel the springs of the mattresses of the parent bed, the one for 1 person had a good mattress. Heated swimming pool, sauna… Breakfast.

Neat and clean hotel located at remote with real peace of life. Cooperative and respective staff. I was stayed in 2013 April babumama with cox and kings tour operator. If I come, will stay only and only at this alphote.

Large rooms, unfortunately, the people at the front desk of the German language were hardly powerful. Although expenses I had to pay on the spot. Because I had to send a fax, I paid 10 cents per page. Totally overpriced in today's.

This hotel is in a great location. It is a quiet back road in the valley. We knew we would be arriving late and they arranged for our room keys to be kept in a safe outside the hotel. The rooms were very clean and we had a cute little balcony. The breakfast was inclusive and delicious, they had rolls, sausages, meats, cheeses, eggs, juice, coffee, fruit and yogurts. The staff working the desk did not speak very much English making it difficult to communicate. Overall I was very pleased with my stay. The parking for the hotel is terrible though, you have maybe 5 designated parking spots for the whole hotel.

Everything works and is clean. Breakfast could be better.

There is a good Internet. Good food and great beer) ) ).

Beautiful hotel in a picturesque Alpine setting with mountain views. The staff are very friendly, speak Russian, try to deliver the highest guest satisfaction with the service and food! The food is tasty. The rooms are small, but the decor is modern and pleasant. Free hassle-free Wi-Fi. We spend there just one night, but really want to go back.

A luxurious hotel. Positioning themselves on a 3 stars, but really it 4 stars. Responsive helpful English speaking staff, English speaking TV channels, good food and service, beautiful views and layout. On the first floor an additional output for a area with impressive mountain views. Prices for accommodation more than adequate. A small problem with Wi-Fi in some places of the hotel (apparently unsuccessful location of routers, the problem, the administration may decide additional placement 1-2 routers downstairs in the middle or end of the wing). Inspect the entire property and take advantage of all its services did not, since 3 days "proalgazyme" to nearby areas of Germany and came to the place to have dinner and spend the night. Very positive experience.
