Friendly staff and clean, but what's the point of it if you can't sleep in the room at all because, for one thing, the bed is of the cheapest quality with the toughest mattresses I've ever had in a hotel, and the rooms are so extremely badly insulated that you can At night you think you're standing in the club because the music from the surrounding restaurants just gets through like that. And here I'm not exaggerating. I have an apartment myself in the city centre of a big metropolis and it's sometimes louder and I can actually sleep really well with noise, but that was too extreme even for me. I would definitely advise against this hotel. Mainly because the single room costs 75 euros per night without breakfast. You can really expect a lot better. A pure disappointment. Apart from that, the door to the bathroom does not even open because the bed has been placed too close. One of the worst descending in quality I've ever been in, even though it wasn't even the cheapest.

Good hotel near the city centre. The room is clean. Of the minuses: no restaurant in the hotel, so you will have for Breakfast out in the morning from the hotel. To Park nearby, too, will fail — the street is pedestrian.

Pros: Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, location is great. Cons: The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the building and on the street. Even on a week night it's noisy.

I've been there for a conference at the next day. Everything fine. Clean, quiet room with enough space and a modern bathroom. Great breakfast. Good to reach with Public Transport.

Nice hotel with a great piano bar but my room was played by some sort of persistent buzzing noise. Appart from that it's a nice place.

Free internet is less than 60 kbit/s, so if you wanna feel like 1995 go there. If you need more you pay. Breakfast is much to much. There are places nearby where you can have brunch "all you can eat" for less than half the price. Nice location in the middle of the town, nice for shopping and sight seeing.

Positive:
The hotel is located right across central opposite is sausalitos where there's terrific cocktails. A Burger Haus which was also very well attended is right next to the hotel.
Staff very friendly.
Rooms are okay we have felt comfortable.
Bath is ok but could be modernized it be.
Parking:
Just around the corner is a giant parking lot theodor heuss road. Price €12, on the main road 10 minutes costs 80 cents.
Negative: Grade because it is central, we were around 8:30 o'clock aroused by trampling on the übergeschoss which quickly stopped. We started at 9:30 with construction work on the neighbor's drill Hau, without end for which the hotel can nix.
We were on the 1st floor and could hear the reception phone. Room is above recommended.
Conclusion:
All in all recommendable!

Little things could be replaced, such as the bathroom door that is slightly broken and jammed at the close.

Hotel very close to the Metro and very close to the city centre. The hotel is a bit old but more than enough. Free Wi-Fi.

Who are lucky (or specifically then asks) inhabited the Park wing renovated room with nice bathroom, comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi for two devices. Also the breakfast is with selection and helpful staff joy.
If you have bad luck, participates as a guest in an event and must dive all the time the long walkways between Hall and lecture rooms along…
If you have bad luck, experienced an unloving and cheap-looking Conference catering also for two days.
The answer of the gastronomic Director on my complaint is significant:

Also you had can make more appealing presentation. This was already discussed with our chef de cuisine, that this must be better respected in future. "
Here, it should just book who of fit or can anticipate foot otherwise in event management. Otherwise, it becomes a disappointment for the participants.
