Great staff, good breakfast. Although I put the do not disturb hanger on my door yet my room was made up every time I returned. Not a huge deal, but I didn’t need someone in my room everyday. Wi-Fi is free but unreliable, some nights it didn’t work at all. Had a room in the back of the hotel, there is a courtyard that staff members hang out in smoking and making lots of noise until late night so when the window was open it meant the room filled with smoke and noise. Luckily fans are available from the front desk so on hot nights when I had to close the window, I at least had a breeze.

Be aware! I have rented a room at Novum Hotel Boulevard, Stuttgart for 3 weeks. Within 1 week the front desk rented my room to another guest 2 different times. Maybe more! I just happened to be in the room these 2 times. So, now I question just how safe "I" am in this hotel room, not to mention my property that is in this room. Thankfully, I was not actively changing clothes or taking a shower at the time the new guest walked into my room. When I went to the front desk, for at the very least to get a new key because mine now did not work, the attitude was very nonchalant from the 2 desk clerks. The reply was that, "it was just a mistake" and "Their name was a lot like yours". So, how many more times will they hand out my room key to someone with a similar name? I tried to explain to the 2 front desk clerk's that they have put my safety at risk twice, of which I know. Their response was as to brush it off and that it is no big deal. The front desk put my safety at risk and they have placed my personal property in jeopardy. Be very aware!

Coming from the United States, I expect more for less in hotels. But in Stuttgart this is a very good deal. Particularly in this area. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and it's too loud late night but that might be world cup related.

Great location near the middle of the city near many bars and restaurants. The room was clean and pleasant.

The location in the middle of the city is everything! However, the beds were too soft and the room outdated. But neat and clean. Also it was in the courtyard quite noisy at night due to some machine/devices …

Very close to the city centre and good value for money. Just a little problem with the receptionist who couldn't explain clearly where the parking was. Weirdly enough she gave the name of street but couldn't say where I had to go… anyway it wasn't a big deal as there was a big parking lot in the shopping centre just in front of the hotel (and it costs the same as the hotel's one)

-the staff were unkind.
-We wanted to put our car in the underground car park and didn't know where the driveway was. We then made an interest at the reception and he said "our parking garage is full, you have to park your car somewhere else. " When we checked in, we wanted to take a quick look at this ourselves and there were still 7 parking spaces free.
-room is moderate. They're outdated and stink!

Business travel.
The hotel is very well located in a pedestrian street leading directly to the train station. The rooms are small but sufficient. The shower could deserve a renovation but remains pleasant. The breakfast was really good with fruit, deli meats, bread, pastries… efficient hotel.

The room is outdated, directly from the building opposite a ventilation system is booming in the corresponding volume, but you can not close the window due to the stuffy air, the cleaning is probably rather superficial (no dust is wiped in the wardrobe, leaking Shower, hair in the shower tray and in bed), the bed squeaks and when you enter the room, it smells throughout the room of the floor drain in the windowless shower room.
Sure, the location is absolutely central, but for exclusive breakfast €60am the night it is VERY poor, since I did better in the Etap!
The room pictures on their website are a KONLY WEISE that match the actual rooms. You get the feeling that you are entering the room and EVERYTHING except the bed and that the TV has been under your belt for at least 20 years!
And then the website advertises soundproofed rooms, pleasant living and harmonious ambience.
So really, a RIESENGROSSE disappointment!

They wouldn’t give us a double bed (what we paid) for without charging us more. Checked into a better hotel. Still waiting for refund from Expedia.

The service is okay. Receptionist is friendly. Room is clean and clean. Daily cleaning. But it doesn't have free water! Breakfast is good but food is NOT many types :) P/s: that's all my opinion!

Robbery expensive and rooms don't match the promotion photos. Room cost over 400e a night, no breakfest or even a minibar, and bathroom had moister issues. When we complained they tried to charge more for each improvement. 2 stars for the excellent location. Also the complimentary haribo candy teddybears were more like insult than complimentary. At checkout the reseptionist demanded money for breakfest… was quite confused since we didn't have any.

Nice hotel. Good location, newly renovated rooms. Ok breakfast. But if you want to sleep, do not take a room on the street side. Windows are not sound proof and every night there are some drunk Germans yelling like animals.

Value for money is good. Parking costs extra €15 a day. Clean. Centrally.
A single drawback is that the double bed went apart and had to push it together constantly.

A clean and tidy hotel right near the stadtmitte station. Very convenient location for shopping, sampling the social life or venturing out to the many delights of Stuttgart. The rooms are a good size and well kept. It's not particularly modern but has nice character and the staff were very helpful. I would certainly recommend and would happily visit again.

Close and centrally located, 2 stops to the train station, the comfort plus rooms are inexpensive. Breakfast is really plentiful, possibly The surcharge is somewhat excessive. But on site with friendly staff. This was the third stay and will come back here. Practically everything is offered in the immediate vicinity. Several malls, food, drink, clothes, cinema, nightclub, Steakhouse…

Good hotel in a central location. Rooms were not super modern, but perfectly fine and above all clean.

Fantastic location, plain and simple, will definitely stay again only fault I had was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Small hotel in the centre of Stuttgart. Clean rooms, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, rich breakfast. The standard rooms and bathrooms are small and nothing for obese assessed. Access in the pedestrian zone without possibility of the right of way. Parking costs extra. Overall but quiet and you sleep well. Many rooms to the courtyard and therefore no noise.

Very centrally located hotel. The room was small but clean. The smell of the bath was not pleasant, but the door can be closed to happiness. The breakfast was good and the two staff very friendly — which unfortunately could not be told by the reception! Two ladies, a guest (i), no smile and a check-in that reminded of an unpleasant handling. Therefore 2 star deduction.

Very friendly employees, clean and tidy rooms at a moderate price. Unfortunately a noisy street right next to the hotel, where you don't hear from outside in the room.

Small room, but nice enough for a quick night. And very fairly priced. Short walk from Stuttgart hbf, and lots of things around to do and see.

Reception very nice. Breakfast so lala. The poor waitress hurt me all by herself. There was not a moment to breathe.

A good value hotel but if you have light sleep do not forget to ask for a quiet room not giving on the street where is found plenty of restaurants very friendly and at competitive prices.

OK for the price, on the Central Avenue. However outdated rooms with some non-functional facilities (safe and telephone)

Good location. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious and well maintained. Only problem with minibar.

The hotel is very central but the service and the facilities were disappointing. On our arrival we were told that the garage was full so we had to look for a parking outside. Rooms are cheaply furnished and without bar.

Awesome location. Helpful and friendly service. Rooms may be a little outdated but decent. Do pay a little extra for standard room instead of "queen" (almost double the size of the room).

In middle of town, good places for food around, train station is 7 minutes away by cab, nice breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Parking could be an issue on busy days.

Hotel is located directly in the centre of Stuttgart (pedestrian zone) and has already been a little over the years. The hotel does not look so big from the outside but consists of three consecutive buildings connected by bridges. Quiet and here the situation makes.

The staff was very friendly and the fancy was very good. Normal breakfast, normal price, you can go.

Comfortable stay. Stayed for a night as was visiting City for Wine Festival and Musium. Room was clean and cozy. A good one for business travellers too.

It is just perfect. Location is also perfect. Close to Metro station and many restaurants. Breakfast buffet is also good.

Noisy in the morning. No air conditioning so the windows have to be open. People that work there are pretty unapologetic and quick to blame you for any issues you might have. Especially one older woman, she might need to be in another profession. First our key didn't work they told us it was our fault for holding it too close to our phone before realizing it was programmed for the wrong room, no apology. We mildly complained about the noise in the morning and we were told that we should have stayed at another hotel if we didn't want to hear any noise. I guess we will take their advice and stay somewhere else next time. Oh, brown water came out of the tub filler and the Wi-Fi doesn't really work, good location tho.

The Novum Hotel in Stuttgart was good. The staff were good. Our group of non German speaking people had no problems. The location, opposite McDonald's, in the centre of a street was quite noisy throughout the night but quite central. Although everything we wanted was about 15 minutes walk away. There were restaurants right on its doorstep. We did not have any room service but the brochure looked good. Biggest downside was that it was all quite out dated horrible carpet every where. But the bedding was good the shower was strong. Water was clean. My only other gripe is that we had the cleaners knocking on our door at 8:30 and 9:30 seeing if we were still in. Even though we had the room until 11.

Not so big room. But quiet in the downtown area. My room is in the back so there is the moon view. Breakfast is ok. Regarding the hosts, their attitudes differs. Normally long face, like I own them money.

Very centrally located. If hotel parking is full there is a 24h parking garage within 10min walking distance. The rooms are ok and so is the breakfast. Overall good value for the money.

Goodwill misreporting. Just wanted to rebook by 1 week and charge the 90% rebooking fee? So that they can occupy the room again next Friday?
Customer friendliness is apparently the lowest priority…

Very good place next time I will stay in the same hotel it has a great location, Wi-Fi is wonderful and the IC works fine.

The location is very good. All the major shops are within walking distance. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The rooms, as well as the bathroom are very clean. In the night, however, it is a little warm and the Internet was very slow. General Impression: Good.

Our stop took us to the hotel. The room was spacious enough, bathroom clean with shower and tub. Bed comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast was also good. Price for the room is super ok. Would book in other cities immediately novum Hotel. We were very satisfied.

My friend left her money wallet in the lobby and found by receptionist. 300 euros went missing. When questions were raised they handed it to the lost property office in stuttgart without any notice causing further significant inconvenience and losses. The staff were rude and insulting and the headoffice refused to discuss the matter. Theft has been reported. Untrustworthy staff.

Small but comfortable room. There is no minibar or air conditioning. The Wi-Fi is super slow, if you require good internet this is not a good place. Reception is ok. There is no ice machine. Bathroom is very small. Great location, near the heart of the city.

Zimmer sehr klein, keine Klimaanlage, Internet ist extrem schwach, Keine Lüftungsschlitze im Badezimmer, Das Parken ist ein Drama, Keine Kühlschrank in so einem heißen Raum, um Getränke kalt zu halten. Ein echter Horrortrip. Nie wieder!

The hotel is in the continuation of the main pedestrian street Konigstrasse. Has all around the restaurants, pubs, McDonald's, Lidl, and every kind of shops. Excellent bakery, for breakfast, on the corner of Marienstrasse and Sophiestrasse, and for the evening the pub Sophie's Brahaus, a producer of excellent beer. All public transport (U-Bahn and S-Bahn) are very close (Stadtmitte). We were in a triple room very comfortable and spacious on the top floor, extremely quiet despite being on the street.

No extra lock or peep hole on the room door. 1st floor of the hotel is like a maze. Reception was reasonable but not completely friendly. Room was good, a lot of space with a nice bathroom.

Enjoyed the stay. Clean, conveniently located, free Wi-Fi, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are larger than expected. Only two downsides; the shower is pretty tiny, and the bed was very creaky (still comfortable though! )

Extremely noisy hotel. From 6 am You can hear people talking in their rooms, smashing doors… It seems this building was not meant to be a hotel. One of the worst hotel experiences I ever made in Germany.

I was, unfortunately, to the fair in Stuttgart. And since everything was full, we are in this Hotel. The rooms are much too small, max. 12sqm. Equipment and bathroom totally outdated and in need of renovation. The bathroom is not hygienic. In the shower were still hair from the previous visitors. For the price there are certainly better in Stuttgart.

For the umpteenth time, I have received no response to reservation requests for group travel! Too bad, I had my nationwide housed guests like Central…

The Novum is located in a very central location, well connected to transportation and a 2-minute walk from Stuttgart's main street and the Christmas markets.
The hotel is right at the front desk are very friendly and helpful with any questions.
The double rooms are small, unlike the triple.
Only minus the high price of breakfast.
I'd say good value for money.

I had booked a comfort room for 4 nights (mo-fr) but forgot my wallet at home. Since I was planning to drive home on wednesday, I was confident the hotel would show goodwill and let my pay on checkout (which is no problem in a lot of hotels) as I booked through expedia and left my credit card on booking. Upon entering, I was met with a rather rude receptionist who flat out denied to give me my room since I had no way to prove my identity nor pay in advance. This is understandable and seems to be company policy, but I still had the feeling to be treated like a beggar, not like a guest who already agreed to drop 500€ on accomodation, parking and breakfast. I offered to call my bank to have them process the payment and confirm my identity — not enough. I offered to show my company ID — not enough. I offered to show my vehicle registration (which includes my company and my name) — not enough. I offered to process the payment entering my cc number and pin (which IS technicaly possible) — not enough. They would rather have me drive 5 hours to get my wallet from home or sleep in my car than to show goodwill and bend the rules to clear things out the next day. Granted, the clerk did call HQ several timest but didn't seem to make any efforts to help a guest out, but merely passing messages along. After a while it was clear neither novum (the owner) nor the guys at the reception were willing to help.

Very "nostalgic" rooms. Wet room does not correspond to the current Standard. Breakfast a LOT! too expensive (12, 90€ / day) Was by personnel not on the amount informed in advance. At Check-in to Three-day stay, I was asked whether I Breakfast in wool. I said Yes to this and received the answer that the then 12, 90€ would cost. Who is going to assume that you Check-In, the Frühstückswunsch daily review? Suggests strongly to deliberate obfuscation. Even in the Hotels of the IFA and IAA-periods are the Frückstücksangebote SIGNIFICANTLY richer and cheaper. First visit with novelty as a Business customer; and will be my last.

The Wi-Fi is terrible in the back rooms of the hotel to the stage I had to sit on the staircase looking at the internet in my underpants, the TV didn't work, the toilet flooded and the shower either wanted to burn me or give me hypothermia, also it's right next door to a nightclub playing a questionable taste of music until the early hours, if that's your kind of thing come and stay here otherwise spend a few extra euro and go elsewhere x.

Were in a single room 3. And 4. Floor (Dachstock) — location to the patio Nr 321 and 420 In both rooms it was very uncomfortably hot and no air conditioning. Open the window for fresh air was the only option available with the disadvantage of the air-conditioning in the courtyard of the building to hear, and the Fritteusengestank of the Restaurant to smell. (☆) Water in the shower was not to regulate. Cold-Warm-cold constantly regulate gwünscht. (☆) Minibar would be a good asset to have. Top staff and very friendly☆☆☆☆ Cleanliness was also great☆☆☆☆☆ Location and location very good☆☆☆☆☆ Price-Performance ☆☆ (☆) Would come back for a short city break but not to the warmsten days of summer.

The Hotel is located very Centrally and is inexpensive. For the 2 stars. The employees behave for this industry to be fairly uncommon, blunt and crude, it hits very well. Here you are treated as adult as in a hostel. Maybe the staff but also simply been too much party people as guests had. Nevertheless — as a hotel Manager I would have the workforce to completely replace. And only to the Service at the Breakfast was nice, but not exactly of the world. I expect more, even from a cheap Hotel!

Clean, well maintained and fully air-conditioned.
Bad, as in many hotels in Germany, the pillows are square and very very low and there is no top sheet in bed and there is only a duvet to cover.

Pretty nice hotel, good bargain in the heart of the city. Stuttgart's not an overly expensive city, but the Stadtmitte can be. This hotel had a small elevator, was clean, had extremely friendly staff, and was right on a UBahn stop. Overall, this hotel was great. We stayed for 3 nights and wanted to stay longer. The only downside — no AC, but most of Europe doesn't have AC. Overall, I would suggest for solo traveler, couples, and small families.

Staff very nice, cleanliness is ok, too! BUT: Who the Disco is right here! If you see the window on, you might think you were in a Disco! Incredibly loud! When the window is closed, it is also hardly quieter! Never again.

We were as a family, Two adults, a 3 year old child. It was all wonderful. Great Central location, friendly staff, clean rooms. All very accommodating and Friendly! Always happy! Especially very pleasant if you are without a car on holiday. Thank You Very Much.

The Breakfast times are strictly adhered to… at 10 p. M. The Breakfast buffet is cleared away.

The Hotel has not deserved the stars. Incl. Breakfast and Garage I have paid 121€ for the night. For a small room with view of backyard (also had the rooms of colleagues), Mini-bed, dark bathroom, the light is definitely not enough make-up, age — much too hot become hair dryer, you burn only the hair, …), Since I have already had in many of the cheaper Hotels for a better room. The garage not only has an exit, traffic light works, that is, if somebody comes, you have to ramp all the close reverse back! The statement about the area, (the casinos, and Beate Use) Before I agree with my evaluator. Pro: Free W-Lan, Breakfast buffet is OK, very friendly staff.

Unfortunately I was not satisfied. My employer book the Best Western Hotels. I'm here in Dortmund for the third time and a kind of "plastic-related" mattress gebabt. There is then a normal bed sheet. I'm in the star Hotel and not in a nursing home. In the summer a nightmare when you sleep in some juice … In the bathroom, no water from the shower came almost. The few drops that came out of it alternated between hot and cold. Service I have not used. The room was clean, but the size is nothing special.

I rented a room for two days, a so-called comfort room. Unfortunately, the matches against benefits, not the expectations. With the comfort it has little to do, if you can hear toilet noises from the neighboring rooms or hallway conversations, drunk guests by the non-Standard door (no noise protection) to penetrate. By the way corridor: The ceiling height is only about 200 cm, smoke detectors, lamps, door frames and the like hanging dangerously down, so that for people over 190 of the risk of injury to the head. Last but not least the Wi-Fi is not working, so I have to expensive and cumbersome to communicate via cell phone. Excellent proximity to the City of Stuttgart. The king's road is a few meters away. However, the City is already a bit too tatty: More Kebab shops than Restaurants, and right opposite a Beate-Uhse-Shop. All in all, has earned the Hotel the star that leads to it. I would at two stages in the stars down and the price of 135 Euro to 70 Euro lower.
