Nice staff, good breakfast, unfortunately the roof terrace and the terrace of the lobby were closed from 7 pm so you could not use them and no staff was present on weekends to open them. Very unfortunate, otherwise everything is great.

Hotel and rooms make a very nice clean impression. However, the employees could not clarify all concerns! The Wi-Fi is a smooth 6! And if the Wi-Fi connection isn't the best, then I don't have to restrict it!

Wonderful hotel — — stylish, modern, comfortable and well-run. We stayed there for one night on the Romantic Road, and would like to stay more. Great value for money and really inviting atmosphere. Their breakfast is just perfect — — great choice, everything fresh and served in style, it fills you with joy and elegance and, well, food in abundance. A lot of free parking around. Recommend it!

We had a stopover at this hotel. Good room, clean and tidy. Breakfast was really good!

Breakfast and ambience were good. But the bed of horror par excellence! Unfortunately, I arrived on 29.06. Just before 11 p. M. So that the reception was no longer occupied.

Luckily I had booked only for one night!

The sheer horror of each mattress spring individually felt and hardly any sleep to be found.

NOT RECOMMENDED especially since at the checkout no further attention was given to this relevant complaint!

Unfortunately, I spent a few hours here. Nevertheless, I was absolutely thrilled with breakfast. If I'm back in the area, then surely back with you (Y)

— Wi-Fi that doesn't work and is very weak and therefore unusable
— Beds (mattresses, slatted rust) uncomfortable and consumed
— Shower head leaking
— Water bottle in the room is not renewed every day.

Super Hotel. Quiet location and easily accessible by tram city centre Augsburg. Room great. Clean and size ok. Very nice staff. Breakfast very very good and a lot on offer.

The hotel is ideal for your holiday, super quiet, no traffic noise, very close to nature, the work was very nice, the only downside I have of the hotel was the quality of Wi-Fi.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Almost no WLAN reception. Breakfast OK but all in all No 4 star value…

A very nice, well located hotel with a good breakfast, which I often live in. The off is modern furnished and comfortable. In some rooms, the lousy workmanship has a bit of a good impression. The young team on site is very sympathetic, always helpful and very hospitable but thank God without the submissive-put-on pagen — and concierge-like big houses or those who stand for it or perhaps once were in post-war heyday. Fully recommended.

Super nice and attentive crew. Rooms functional, clean, but unfortunately meaningless, sober. My cinnamon lacked a sense of home and personality.

It was calmly reasonably. 1 + room 115.
The shower is suitable for 35 kg people and for children up to 10.
I emphasized that the shower should be great, it was said to get it. Thank you. 2-the ground was at the crunch like on an old loft that is supposed to be hotel. 1-WLAN free WOW super. 1 + First Time received this is the motto in the room. 1-Please don't disturb sign you can't hang out there, in the room you can turn around. What do I have when the cleaning lady comes in? 1-TV was fine. 1 + But the breakfast could top everything. 6 + stars for breakfast.
The result 3 + please take seriously.

Parking right outside the door, super friendly staff and the rooms are extremely clean. I am very excited and would visit this hotel again at any time. I could not test the breakfast because I was only there overnight. But will definitely be picked up on the next visit.

Great comfort, great breakfast, and decorated with an eye to style. Nice to see a useable gym in a hotel. Nearly perfect, but Wi-Fi was a little spotty. Still, give start experience for me!

I had a single room with king size bed. The bed was very good, the room comfortable and functional. It can be seen that the hotel has come a bit in the years (too few outlets that have been compensated with multiple plugs; Heating fan in the bathroom) but overall the standard is okay.
There is a spa area that I have not used.
The room had a smart TV > 40 ". And supposedly the hotel had Wi-Fi… was also so, just not in my room!
The breakfast buffet was plentiful, various cheeses, cold cuts, fruit/vegetables, Austrich as well as jams, etc.
In addition, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, pancakes, so actually everything the heart desires… only the sliced cucumbers were already dry at the beginning of the breakfast time. What a pity.
The staff is very nice.

It lacked some more look at the details! E. G. The cleanliness in the bathroom! But the staff was friendly and attentive!

A good hotel, excellent breakfast.

Young man at the desk on arrival was extremley rude he put us in bad humour from the start, most unhelpful and bad manners, not a good manner for reception, steffi was on duty the next day, she is wonderful and pleasant. Rooms too hot, no fan or aircon and breakfast was poor, pancakes & pastries all stale. Not worth the money. Skip this hotel if you can.

A Top Hotel. Everything was very clean and a keen sense of. The Breakfast is top, the staff was very friendly & always relaying. We would definitely come back again.

Quite nice, but the staff is one comes out as if they were forces unskilled 400 euros.

Due to its location, the hotel is rather suitable for business trips than for city breaks.
The rooms are neat and clean.

We had organized a seminar here also. We were very pleased with the service.

Unfortunately the bed un comfortable especially the pillows, room too small, also few no mini bar only a bottle of water just under 4 euros, so 4 stars is somewhat exaggerated.

Very modern hotel. Especially the lobby very stylish decorated. Very friendly service. The breakfast offers a good choice. The roof terrace is easy to recommend only in the summer. The rooms are practical and adequate. Everything very clean.

Very good hotel features modern rooms Wi-Fi free, free free bicycles parking around the hotel, to the rent, water spänder and coffee machine again and again for free, come here.

Very nice hotel at a very affordable price. Breakfast buffet was great. Parking is free around the hotel. Not near the city center, though, so you'll need the car or public transportation to go downtown.

The service and comfort at the meeting of the gateway Manager (IGW) of Deutsche Post AG was simply outstanding! The rooms are excellent and very well furnished.
