➜ Location.
Super: Only a minute until the first waterfall, but wide and shielded enough to sleep in peace. Beautiful paths for hiking. Even with strollers you will find some nice routes. In the restaurant directly at the house, you can eat well if you don't want to spend time on cooking.
Disadvantage: All shops, pharmacies, etc. Can only be reached by car. But what I take for granted in such a situation.
Rooms.
Very clean. No cheap synthetics for blankets and pillows. Nicely furnished.
Kitchen is comparatively sparsely equipped. But also a star deduction. In a two person apartment a knife and a tailor's board I find ok. With a larger apartment up to 6 people is really weird. If you want to cook something together quickly, it's not very comfortable. Basically, one has to cook and the others can only help him with small things. Luckily we had some of our own stuff with us. You should be prepared for this.
Wireless! Is really very lame. You have to be patient to find out the opening hours of something. In the entrance area, however, most of the information is already available in some form. I didn't deduct a point for that, but I think you need to know if it's important to stay on the net. For example, I couldn't work from there.
The landlords are very nice. Easy to reach if you have any questions. Obliging.
We were with a family for 2 nights and took 2 rooms the smallest and the biggest. The nature around of the Albhof is very nice. Only 1 minute walk to the first of the waterfalls. The rooms are big enough very clean. The owner is superb and very friendly. There was also dishwasher machine in bigger room. In the same building is a small restaurant with regional kitchen. The only 2 downsides were the super slow internet (the Wi-Fi connection was good, but the download and upload speed terrible and sometimes the internet connection was lost) and there were some serious problems with knives. Each room had only one big bread knives and 2 small knives that were completely blunt. It was pretty hard to cook cause of that.
