Hello dear team. Have today had the Candle Light Dinner for Valentine's Day. It was really good. The basket, by bringing the food, looked beautiful and presented everything great. The Antipasti was mega delicious. The main course Boef Stroganoff was just a dream. 100 points. The dessert, lemon mousse, has yet to wait. The little bellies are too full. Thanks for such a great meal.

Cool ambience, good cuisine, beer very sweet.

We celebrated our civil wedding in Paulas Alb.

It was just perfect everything, the food and the service … MEGA :)
Had to postpone our church wedding, because of Corona, there was no problem at all.

We are to 2. Here. It is wonderful. Deluxe rooms top, food on request, super, Ehingen sympathetic, kommer is always happy to return. Whether Hiking, Cycling or beer to enjoy. Ideal Location.

We were invited to a wedding in the Banquet hall. Despite a full Restaurant the Service in the Banquet hall was always perfect. The waiters are very attentive and friendly. The food was served hot and at almost the same time at all tables. The rooms were very large, modern and optimally equipped. The Breakfast buffet was sufficient. The underground garage could be wider, otherwise, we were very happy with all of it.

5 stars, great rooms, delicious breakfast, impressive sauna area, great and sympathetic service, we have felt comfortable around and are very happy to come back.

For a family celebration (Golden wedding) yesterday to a guest. Great Service, at almost the same time all of the dishes on the table and, above all, hot. Very tasty and very nicely done. Were very satisfied and will recommend it to others.

The service is always class at Adler Ehingen. But if you want to go out for food every week and/or don't want to spend too much money, you should mainly look for alternatives, the Rose in Ehingen and Berg and the Adler in Berg offer similar food for less money. But if you are willing to spend 10€ more for a meal and want to have the best quality in meat and other food and the best service with the most pleasant ambience, the Adler is just right. Recently, the Adler also offers great sports activities, a visit is definitely worth it.

Freundlicher empfang. Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes zimmer mit Fernseher und dusche. Abgerundet wird der gute Gesamteindruck durch sehr gutes Abendessen und ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Price performance very good. Nice service in the hotel and in your own restaurant, great food, super friendly service. Room 111 is nicely large and very well maintained, bed also good and the bathroom is modern and very clean. Shoe shine machine next to the elevator on the first floor, class!
In the evening a short walk through the nearby old town, a real must.
Happy again and again!

As a service technician, I travel a lot and see a lot of hotels.
Here I had absolutely nothing wrong in terms of price/performance.
The rooms: Everything works perfectly and technically. In the bath * no * mold approaches or similar in the joints or showers. Kudos to the Zimmer fairy. The food in the restaurant is fantastic, the staff courteous and friendly. In any case, the wellness and sports area can be seen in everything * NEW *! That was a great investment for the Hotel Adler. I would like to thank you for your stay and I would be happy to come back. ;)

Saubere Zimmer günstig und unten kann man gut essen und abends noch ein paar Bier trinken.

Breakfast room A bit small that breakfast itself was OK. But no more. No large selection as well as Vielfal. Very attentive staff.

Good hotel for business in the local area. Offers good services with restaurant, gym/sauna, Wi-Fi connection is good. The rooms are quite different as the hotel has been expanded over the years, but all in all they are good.
The beds are very comfortable and cleaning level is high. The restaurant serves local food with good quality level too. Recommended in the area.

Very good food! Definitely recommended! Ideal for business lunches, family celebrations, Sunday dinners with grandma and grandpa, with friends and also for two. Very good food can be enjoyed in every round. There is nothing comparable in the region.

Gorgeous hotel, spacious rooms. The meal was fantastic, I highly recommended the steak for dinner, slightly pricey but well worth it. Staff are very helpfull and very friendly.

We were very disappointed. Since our appetite was limited, we decided for starters to possibly a little to re-order. On my polite question as to whether a salad would be possible (not explicitly written on the card), I received from the waiter a "top-down-talk" that most of the dishes were a side dish with a Salad, and thus self-erkärend. A simple "Yes" would have sufficed. A "Yes, of course", as it is in upscale Restaurants is usual, with this service personnel is probably too much to ask. The table next to us got the usual "greeting from the kitchen". But the kitchen doesn't say Hello to every, because none of us will be reached. The scallops with herb rice and Champangnersud were. The mussels quite tasteless, the rice was drowned in Sud, and would be visually gone in as well as a tamped-down potato salad. The eye didn't come here to eat, even if the broth flavor was good. The price for this mini portion. M. E. To tax. The beef Carpaccio was visually more appealing, but the kitchen used a sweet balsamic cream, which doesn't fit my taste to a Carpaccio. I tasted only sweet. Here, too, the expected pleasure and enjoyment was. As a conclusion remained that this place will not be visited with such a bad Service and the moderately good taste so quickly from us.

First house in the square… Great service and very nice staff, good food.

The food was excellent. However, the service should be on its own to indicate the day meal or otherwise a visible hint should be attached. The service seemed rushed to me. But the strength lies in the rest.

The hotel offers a perfect service, delicious food and great ambiance. I will go again, despite the slightly higher price.

We were invited to a company party. Unfortunately, I can no lactose what is in Restaurants like this to be a Problem. Therefore, we are 5 days before and personally went to ask whether it is also lactose-free, it was no Problem at all. I should report in the evening, only then I get to hold instead of leaving a sour-cream sauce another. The evening came, and I got neither a soup, no salad because there's cream or similar was in. So I was looking forward to the main course. On the plate two slices of meat with terrible sauce. Noodles I could not eat because there was milk in it so the statement of the operation, in vegetables, the same all full of cream. Only croquettes and French fries remained me of what I don't like. It was a nightmare. If I'm coming in person days in advance and the kitchen all writes fresh, why is it not possible for me, the whole lactose-free to prepare, especially since I was alone with this Problem third we were. In any other Restaurant, there are no problems in this respect. In the Rose in the mountain, you can even eat Ala carte lactose-free. Spontaneously. You don't need 5 days in advance to go. I think it is a great pity.

More than unhappy!
My mother (the birthday boy) already a month has reserved for 15 persons in advance a table. Us would a U-shape and an extra room dishing in the promised. Also I needed a vegan menu, that would also all addressed and confirmed.
On the day when we arrived, we saw a normal double table. Apparently we have been too many people and it would be impossible to perform the reservation, like the birthday boy ordered. We were in there in the room with other 20-40 people.
The food: The vegan menu was a joke! Serve food was not worth its price! The main course consisted of cooked asparagus and potatoes, which has served on unterschiedlichn plates. We have been waiting for, when the rest of the food is coming. But it was really her first! That was the whole main course. At the table, we have just laughed how easy they have joined and some can be as "creative".
When you try to complain, came the reply from the line, they have not much experience with the pure vegetable food, also vegan will die soon anyway and vegan is totally unhealthy. We shook our heads only, as unproffesionel and the lady has been intolerant! (Also they had several weeks to lay over, what do the cooking! ).
Only plus point: the dessert was really not bad. Fruit ice-cream with fruit looked very good on the plate, tasted very well.
PS — I did much experience with restaurants that don't offer vegan food on the map.

Really good food and friendly service. There is even a Schülermenu at lunch for a good price.

My favorite hotel in Ehingen. Giant TV and otherwise top. Rooms very clean and spacious.
