Very nice hotel. Rooms are pretty good. Staff is too good and cooperative. Close to railway station and easily approachable. Nice hotel overall.

Kind people, clean and cozy place.

Very friendly staff, five stars. Food top and very plentiful, even five stars. All special wishes will be fulfilled as far as possible. Room was adequate. The boss of the house always has an open ear for the needs of the guests. Central location.

You would not guess from outside what you can get. Hotel is really very good quality, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast and very good kitchen for diners and good choice of beers.

Clean, comfortable and functional if not particularly inspiring.

I spent 1 night in January 2018 for €60. Room and bathroom clean, fresh towels available. The room is renovated and modern. The restaurant is good, sumptuous portions at a fair price. The staff is incredibly friendly.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. But they were trying to satisfy us.

Food was good, a bit of spice was missing. The chef himself was very friendly and competent.
The rooms are simple but almost clean.

Unbelievable, but that the owner comes and me on my room and threatened just because I was a little over the time. (There is also something like a LateCheckOut? ) This impudence alone, to enter the room of a woman so aggressive and so rude and loud and threatening! I'm really shocked and was really scared! His choice of words : "do you get out of here, I'm the owner, I can all throw your clothes on the road… ", most likely a right-wing radical! I'm each week in different Hotels on the go! The hotel hosts are really very friendly and accommodating, but, like today, that I had a real fear of this man to the hand grip there is… I'm just shocked… And the only words I had for this sad man : INCREDIBLE! Thank you Hotel am Westend / Lahr! Sad!

The room was very nice and clean. All very friendly, the food was good, the Breakfast buffet very varied. Everything was just the price for the double room too expensive otherwise prima.

Rooms are small. When the Sun on the roof several days shines the room heat up very. Air conditioning is no BB´s.
There are high-rise buildings around the hotel. It was often even uninvited, alkoholisierte seen people in the entrance and basement area.
In the view from the room window looking onto the courtyard where also restaurant business or celebrations are held.
Parking is OK.
Housekeeping ignores the "Do not disturb" signs again. Seem to be paid for having rooms.
Breakfast is OK, nothing more. When the room is crowded, you can wait for ever the food (sausage, etc…) is added.
The staff is striving but friendly.
For longer stay not to recommend and much too expensive.
The is the "boss" to rest I can confirm.

Very nice hotel. The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. The food is below in the local good home cooking. I would come back.

Very unfriendly Personal. Dusche dirty. Drinks are Abgereumt if man is quickly one smoking the glass is still full. Very enpfindlich man may speak even softly in the stairwell that is equal to the Chef. Nicht Entpfelenswert.
