Completely renovated super friendly staff! However, minibar was not filled.

Noise of streets, the cars, sound of cars — polution… poor Wi-Fi.

Location very good, parking terrible, rooms terrible hot without aircondition. Friendly service.

Was noisy out the window even though it faced the back. No air conditioning. The bike storage room is next to an awfully-smelling trash room.

Very clean and professional. Perfect for a quick stopover in Mainz. Their are doing works, so probably it will be even nicer soon. We didn't try the breakfast. The employees were nice and helpful, the rooms clean, new and practical. The environment was a bit cold, so not the plbest for couples. Excellent for work.

A hotel directly on the Rhine with a fantastic view. Some of the rooms have been renovated, the rest is gradually finished. On the 6th floor in the panoramic restaurant you can enjoy a breakfast buffet with a breathtakingly beautiful view of the Rhine and the city. Very clean, very nice persinal.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. We had a completely renovated room without the usual hotel. Clean, bright, friendly. The equipment was standard. To mention is the really beautiful view over the Rhine and Mainz itself from the breakfast room on the 6th floor. The breakfast was varied enough. You might want to reconsider the bread baker. Overall, a good price-performance ratio and a good location.

Really SOLID 3 * * * hotel. The highlight is certainly the panoramic restaurant, which ensures a good start to the day. The buffet is sufficient from the selection, but looks a bit unsorted, as it is not built every day. Unfortunately, the rooms are partly quite old and located to the main street. The bathrooms also look the same in some rooms (especially the tiles ' joints), the fan is only approximately enough. The towels are clean though. There was no network connection in my room. Wi-Fi is only available for one device, each additional costs outrageous €4 a day (stand 2018-04). Really good are the location near River and Rhine Gold Hall, only about 15 minutes walk to the city and the train station and the already renovated areas in the hotel. The reception is continuously occupied. There is also a vending machine, so you don't have to go far for what you need. A kiosk is also opposite. Therefore, the rating varies strongly in the direction of 4 * * * *. I would stay here again if a refurbished room is available.

The staff would have deserved 4 stars. The hotel ans 2. The hotel is currently being renovated. As the new rooms will look like, I can't say. In the old rooms a refreshment is absolutely necessary. Don't worry it's all very clean, but just old and worn out. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very nice.

This hotel offers rooms that are in absolutely no relation to the price.
Well the hotel is currently being renovated. However, the rooms on floor 2 and 3 still exude the charm of the early 70s. The rooms are musty, the furniture is mattresses through, the bathroom in the Bahama beige with shower curtain and moldy Siliconfugen. The mini bar is empty. Overall, the rooms have a quality of stay such as a train station toilet.
I have seen several rooms on the third floor since I was accommodated there with work colleagues.
The bar in the entrance area is a construction site, as well as some areas of the rest of the hotel, to the corresponding noise nuisance is kindly pointed out. During the day it is not possible to rest, the demolition work can be heard throughout the house.
Such a room costs sage and write €110 per night with breakfast. Appropriate complaints that these rooms may not be offered at the same price as the refurbished floors 4-6 were ignored by both the staff and the management.
The only bright view is the restaurant, which is also the breakfast room at the same time. Here you have a beautiful panoramic view over Mainz. We had the smallest but clean room everything renovated and fine. Beds are good. Great panoramic restaurant, but breakfast we found disappointing because of the moldy cake and the, in our opinion, not fresh sausage. The meat clays, like the sausages, would have been fried out dry and therefore chewy.

Located directly on the Rhine Promenade. Closeam to the city. Large double room. Unfortunately one of the unrenovated. Breakfast was quite clear, but sufficient for a small breakfast. Staff were friendly. Okay for a short trip.

Unfortunately, still in the unrenovated part of the hotel stays because some 80s style the renovated part is very nice. Great panorama restaurant with delicious and good food. Very lovely host in the restaurant. Great location of the hotel.

The newly renovated rooms are well equipped and are beautiful hotel rooms with views.
Currently, the hotel was still undergoing renovations which everything was not quite as nice The breakfast is rather bad at €11am in value for money.

An older hotel that is being renovated. We had a renovated room and were satisfied. Clean and large. Unfortunately the bar was also renovated. Staff was very polite and accommodating. All in all a "good"

Were now 4x Sunday brunch at 19, 90 pP and can only say it was very good rich and versatile
I know the chef from the past (Roman spring in Finthen) and the food is still very good.
You also have a great view over the Rhine as the restaurant is located on the 6th floor.
If you like fresh and exceptional food and friendly service is right there.
Can only recommend it.

Staff very nice. We just renovated everything. The renovated part is fabulous. The best: The location and the breakfast on the 6th floor or its view, one sees quite Magoo/Rhine very great panorama.

Very expensive in the period, WLAN has not worked (pushed the error on telecom) there was no reparation for it. The hotel had construction work and was almost completely covered with scaffolding and tarpaulins — > Vista was not very great.

Mother's Day Brunch… Just horrible… no rolls, only old white bread, from the day before… nothing with wholemeal bread. … Dishes dirty… Cutlery dirty… you had to look for clean ones first… no go… nothing that belongs to a breakfast… No eggs… no sausage… only on demand… a bit of ham and salami… no muesli… also again only on demand, a few packets of jam… Otherwise only lunch dishes. I don't need that at 10:30 immediately… for me belongs to a brunch… As the name suggests… Breakfast and Lunch… also things that belong to a good breakfast… Like fresh buns… Eggs… Honey. Jam etc… apart from the cleanliness … Plate dirty… Hair on the food… on demand… what a brunch that would be… yes we are still organizing. Vllt organize beforehand… then open. You want to spend a nice morning with your family… Nothing… very poor quality. For 19€ per person… and cold drinks extra… Ask me why you serve coffee and tea… does not fit at all to the egg-stitch soup. … Never ever.

A relatively old style, standard German hotel room. The TV, for example, was VERY old. The rooms were however, very large and clean, with very friendly staff. The price was more than fair for the level of service.

Was there work. To stay OK. The bathroom it very small. The breakfast buffet was OK.

Dirty and more than poor Service, customer-friendliness by management does not exist. We have after the check in a thick Dreckfleck on the sheets found. Large room with a nice view to the Rin river, but othervise all seems to be old an fatigued in this hotel. It needs urgent updates to the XXI-st century.

The hotel is well located in terms of traffic. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. The hotel makes a somewhat "old-fashioned" impression, but I didn't find that disturbing. However, there are no hairdryers in the bathroom. This is out of date and should be changed. I rarely saw so many people with wet hair ^^ at breakfast.
But I would still stay there again, because it's just very clean.

The Hotel has a total right to musty and old-fashioned. Old heavy carpets. Worn-out furniture in the rooms. Old Radios from the 70's. Charm of the bathroom from the 80s. Overall, except for the Central location, not positive to write. 1 Night and that was it. And bye.

The Hotel is a bit in the years to come, and, accordingly, is also the state. The room was clean but not in the range of 3 star classified. The amenities in the bathroom are completely out of date and unzwckmäßig. Bad TV without a working remote control. The beds were good, but they could not sleep, because it is not in the room much to warn and storeyed.
