The Coffee machine took my money 2 eur coin didn't give me any Coffee.

Checkin system wasn't great but the rooms for the price are fantastic.

Great for short stays. Rooms are clean and fresh. Located next to a grocery store and has restaurants within walking distance.

Room just so OK, only with Skylight, the second one even without air conditioning, the reception is mostly occupied by colleague robot, sorry but since I was already in better hostels. Even if in Frankfurt fair is far too expensive.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, air conditioned, Wi-Fi worked flawlessly.
In the hotel entrance there is a vending machine where you can check in 24/7.
Unfortunately no (e), — window — refrigerator — kettle.

The place does not pay mine but in the end, it is one of the quietest hotels I have ever made! The room is large, C is clean, this has been redone with beautiful materials. Anyway, I advise!

Good hotel with free and comfortable parking in front of Rewe supermarket. Outside of the operating hours, you can book and pay for a Ziimmer without any hassle by automating.

Not in a particularly inspiring location, but rooms are all very clean, equipped just fine. Good value for money.

The small windowless room (there is only a roof hatch in a shaft at a height of about 4m) was clean and nicely furnished. You have to check in at the vending machine. Breakfast is not offered.

Very large and spacious rooms, quiet, free parking. Price/performance is extremely cheap.

Easy self-check in. The rooms are super clean and very modern. Very good value for money.

Clean rooms. A little bit away from the center although not more than 10 minutes walk. There is no reception from the 15 hours and the check in must be done in a machine at the entrance. A good choice to stay in Darmstadt.

Check in machine is terrible. Staff are nice people and located above Rewe. Which were good thing for me.

Clean very nice team need airconditioning for warm days supermarket below is a blessing highly recimmended for lidging ibtetnet was very bad for two days but third day perfect.

Creepy room with no Windows, and in warm ambient temperatures, is unreasonable Breakfast-States (quasi unchilled). Otherwise OK (Service, cleanliness)

It was really a good experience! The rooms was clean and with big windows, which illuminated the room.
There is also different supermarkets and a Burger King (open 24 hours).

Super friendly staff. Family Flair. Very clean and Nice rooms,. For smokers there is an extra Luxurious room. Breakfast is a treat. And you are right in the centre of the city.

Very clean room. The hotel makes a rather dubious impression from the outside, but inside is friendly. The linens smelled strongly according to fabric softener what has bothered me a little.
Fürs smoking there are a plus.

Very höffliches staff and a clean room at a reasonable price. In addition, the parking situation for a centrally located hotel is very good. The bed was good and there was a proper hairdryer and liquid soap. The ambience is not the prettiest maybe with the "Cloud factory" to, but is also the large 24-hour gas station. The room was magic and spacious. Staff in reception and Frukostrestaurant were friendly. Parking lot, it was plenty of room and he was close. Environment is ok.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel. Generally, everything is good with the reasonable price. However, there is not an aircondition for which the averaging 30 degree Celsius summer in Darmstadt is hard to survive.

A nice, affordable hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff can speak English and are friendly and helpful. Hotel is at a walk-able distance from the city centre. Penny Market is right next to the hotel, so one can buy food and other stuff easily. There is also a Burger King nearby which is open 24 hours. TV and Wi-Fi facilities are available for free. But the Wi-Fi sometimes does not work.

My stay at Hotel Pallas was enjoyable. The personnel is very kind and willing to help guests. Overall I think the hotel offers a good value for price and I would recommend it.

Sauber und sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind großzügig, und ganz sauber. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Für ein 3-Sterne Hotel sehr zufriedenstellend. Leider ist die Umgebung etwas unschoen. Getränkemarkt, Penny, ChinaRestaurant und Spielhalle teilen sich einen großen Parkplatz, drumherum Tankstellen, Geschäfte ohne flair.
