Actually everything would have been fine with the hotel, but then a member of staff did something that GAR does NOT do.
I asked for a pen and paper for notes and was handed sheets from him, which were separated once in the middle and lay there as notes for the employees. On the back were reservation dates of guests! First name, last name, type of room, special requests, date of arrival — everything there. So much for data protection. I think something like this shouldn't happen in a hotel of this category.

Very good Service, nice location for social events like birthday Party. Qualitativly high Buffet.

We slept in a queen-sized bed for two nights and had breakfast, apart from that we did not spend much time in the hotel. The bed was confortable, the rooms very clean and spacious. The shower works well and is supplied with a soap dispenser, as is the sink. The breakfast was great! Everything worked well, though the price was a bit high (coming from abroad). It might be a standard price in Germany, though.

Nice location and perfect breakfast.

Super friendly service, great value for money, especially nice the park-like outdoor area with the possibility to hold working groups there. Also the food was delicious and accompanied by attentive staff. We would love to come back.

Nice conference hotel with nice personl and good lunch buffet. It is located not far from the old town and close to a swimming lake. If you want to explore the mountain road, this is a good way to stay.

The rooms are OK with what it takes. A small downside for the TV because there are mainly German channels to the program. Breakfast is buffet style in a large room where there are many staff to rid and serve some dishes. There is a wide choice offered as sweet as salty and this at will. Enough to start the day full belly. There is also access to a gym as well as a sauna if my memories are good. The hotel has a parking lot.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The room are comfortable and good size, the shows and bathroom are very nice. The food for the event was excellent also.

This is Hotel from Korea where your staff staying now. do you know your staff Raxmatilla Abdullaevich SHaripov? what a really rude and ugly person he is! let him stop!

Large and clean rooms. However, have come in the years. Pillows are me persl. Too large and made of polyester. Highway/traffic can be heard even at night.

Good hotel for business travelers. Service and breakfast is ok. Instead of eating dinner at the hotel, I would suggest the restaurant "Vino thek" just next door, which is also a part of the hotel.

We stayed for 1 night after a wedding. Rooms and Service was okay. Some rooms could be renovated. Breakfast is ok but too expensive (16€ per person).

A decent and good located hotel in Bensheim. We stayed there for one night in April and felt quite comfortable. The rooms are not very modern but still clean and tidy. The bathroom was large enough and totally okay. Cons: the floor (carpet) in the bedroom is clean though a bit vintage. Lunch was okay but could have been more subtile for a 4-star hotel. Service was friendly. Prices are okay. The foyer could be more welcoming and warm as it is the first space you get to see.

I have stayed here for three nights, my room was not in the main building therefore for getting the breakfast I had to grab my coat and walk. Breakfast is medium quality, not my favourite ones because they do not serve a lot of fresh fruits. My room was ok, clean and warm. Next time I would try a different place, but for one night or two is ok. There is a really good swimming pool nearby, 10 min by walk.

Great place to crash, we were on the road late and needed a place to stay. Pulled it up on Hotels site and saw good reviews. It did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable, nice atmosphere. Mostly a business type place, off the main drag. Nice garden and breakfast buffet. Good pricing and nice people. I would recommend.

Creepy Rooms! One of Those Businesses Surviving Only Because Of The Location.

Very nice hotel and good food.
Unfortunately for the hotel for people with mite allergy not suitable because the hotel makes no mattress covers or protective coatings on the mattresses. It is only a thin sheet on the mattress.
