I love the service and attention of the Bacchus! They are very friendly and are very attentive to you if you need something so that you feel like family.
In addition Bensheim is very nice, quiet and the weather is very pleasant.

Very very clean and everything new.

We went last weekend with our wedding company at Hotel Bacchus. We can recommend the Hotel only. The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable. The Breakfast is super and very large selection. We would like to highlight the great Service of the hotel especially, and the staff were just super.

My greatest annoyance is the ignorance of how to deal with complaints. A mattress stained with blood and urine was exchanged, while urine stains on the toilet goggles were dismissed as not true. Large amounts of dust on the wardrobe did not interest the boss in my complaint. At least I would have liked an apology, but it did not follow. Guests who complain are not wanted in this house.

Hotel Bacchus is highly recommended for a stay in Bensheim.

The standard double rooms are simply but modernly equipped. There was nothing wrong with the cleanliness. Only the bathroom was partly a bit narrow.

The breakfast buffet was very varied and was always freshly replenished by the attentive staff.

All in all, it has to be said that the staff made a very courteous and friendly impression. Even with a large crowd, everything was handled professionally.

The hotel was good but lack of water in the rooms was a bit of a let down. I also expected a coffee station in the room but it was not there. The shower is small in my room was small and might not accommodate taller or plus size individuals. Overall the stay was good, the staff is friendly and the hotel is clean.

Very nice and modern lye equipped rooms, unfortunately very close to the train station so you can not sleep with windows on. But air conditioning is fine. Bathroom completely new. Although small you have enough space in the shower. Bar area is cozy. Breakfast standard but coffee surprisingly good. I would book again.

A great seminar week! Ambience, service, rooms, staff and food were perfect! It's all very friendly. There are also some board games in the lobby from which we liked to use the evening. In the evening there is also very tasty wine.

The rooms are small, but the staff are great.
Breakfast is good and plentiful. 6 different juices, many varieties of tea, bread and sausage etc. Round off the total.

Small and intimate front and restauranr. Very attentive staff with good food, a great breakfast buffet, and a cool smoking lounge (converted wine cellar). Located with8n walking distance of most local shopping and next to train station.

Very nice owner-run hotel. The hotel is constantly renovated (unnoticed) and the rooms are always up-to-date. On each visit there is something new to discover, which was again made more beautiful and new. The rooms are modern, the breakfast rich and good. There is a parking lot right next to the hotel. I like to go to the Baccus.

Nice hotel in a very central location — perfectly accessible by train, as the hotel is located directly opposite the train station. The city centre with good shopping facilities is quickly reached…
The hotel convinces with its tasteful furnishings, everything looks thoughtful and harmonious. The room I stayed in was large enough and very nicely decorated.
Particularly noteworthy are the very friendly staff — this is already a class in itself.

My husband has stayed here many times on business. I have stayed with him once and it is our choice to go back here again this year. The hotel is clean, quite nicely apportioned, very helpful and friendly and the resturant is wonderful and handy. The owner remembers us like family!

I had to spend somewhere few hours waiting for a train. So the lobby of Hotel Bacchus was a very cozy place to stay. For a beer and nice cheese pizza paid 12.40 EUR and the bartender was really nice and friendly guy.

Went for company dinner here. Table set in cellar. Buffet food reasonable.
