This hotel is mostly used by guests who take hot tube procedures with radon water in the health spa center, located in 10 minutes walking from here.

The hotel is in the very center, convenient to a park with springs, a bazaar, and shops. The rooms on the 2nd floor, ours with a balcony, are very comfortable.

Good hotel for your money. We paid separately for breakfast, but the breakfast was worth the money. Very good, homemade breakfast. There is a lot of everything, delicious.

Great, family-run guesthouse. The hosts were very attentive to all our needs. We were picked up at the train station and they helped us arrange the marshrutka to the next city.

Nino was a great host. We loved our stay in Lima cottage. Would recommend people to come and live here.

Great place to stay! The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The guesthouse is great and in a great location in proximity to the Okatse Canyon and waterfalls! Guliada made us a delicious Imeretian dinner and sold us some of her honey.

Although we didn't share a common language, Guliada was definitely very hospitable. The room and breakfast were simple but offered us a true local experience.

Beautiful view of the river. The breakfast was simple but delicious especially the omelette was something from another world. Very clean and warm rooms. Very polite staff.

Great location, kind staff, for a tiny room with great bed. Location was good within walking distance of the city.

I make this as simple as I can. It's home away from home and I don't use these words lightly.

Lovely family run hotel in a great location. Rooms are clean, place is quiet and Nina’s breakfast is amazing. Would stay here again for sure!

Sofia, who manages the hotel and does EVERYTHING on sight, cleaning, cooking, serving, hosting, is the best, simply the best!

Loved staying at the Veneto. Clean and great location. Sofia was amazing — she always arranged breakfast at a time convenient to us, and responded to other requests quickly.

I spent here just one night, before the flight back. The staff was really nice.
