We were met at one o'clock in the morning. Clean, spacious rooms, there are gazebos on site. Relaxed like at home.

I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share here. The small and cozy hotel Marianna will forever remain in my heart.

Very clean and hospitable! Rooms though a little smaller than expected.

Very good small hotel/ guest house in Kutaisi. Excellent friendly service. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms with a fully equipped kitchen available for self catering.

Excellent hotel, clean, comfortable, large and beautiful rooms, very polite staff.

Overall clean room but it lacks of night lamp or some curtain to the shower and storage for clothes. Perfect localization close to the center of the city.

A hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and an amazing garden! It's a good location if you have to get to the airport quickly.

This property is amazing. Very friendly staff, accessible, and a quiet, huge, and beautiful garden. We spent good time there. It is on the main airport road.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mémoire Kutaisi! It’s a beautiful and authentic boutique hotel in the heart of Kutaisi with so much charm and character.

Location, view and the staff is very good. Hotels interior design is very pretty. The breakfast was very delicious, changing every day with homemade items.

Important note about reaching the hotel.
The hotel is beautifully located at the top of a small mountain, accessed via a narrow, steep road with approximately 5 tight hairpin bends.

Hotel Green Town in Kutaisi is a very nice place. The room was clean, comfortable and warm (we were in December). The bathroom clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.

This hotel is an absolute gem — beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel at home the moment you step inside.

One of the best locations in Kutaisi, fascinating views from rooms. Warm and polite personal. Clean and comfortable room.

Absolutely loved the place with its large expansive gardens filled with fresh ripe fruits that you could just pluck and eat right away.

10 Stars out of 5. To celebrate wedding in this chateau was the best decision ever. Very beautiful, very tasty, hospitality top.
Level.

It was really good experience… I stayed in hotel which was really nice, asked for restaurant and hotel had it already at first floor.

Front desk gentleman spoke excellent English. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. A 4 instead of 5 because there's a dog across the street that kept barking.

Very nice and clean hotel, rooms are cosy and very modern with comfortable beds. Really close to Kutaisi centre however getting back is a bit of a climb up 😅 staff is very helpful.

Good option outside of the city center but close enough to get to the main places by foot. I was looking for a place to leave my car and explore the city on foot and it worked well.

It is one of the best hotels I stayed in during my travels to different countries. It is clean, quite, with delicious breakfast.
Thank you for the helpful and awesome staff.

Love this hotel. Everything was so vibey and the staff is amazing and I enjoyed my stay here so much.

We had such an amazing time. We stayed for 2 nights and will highly recommend it. Everyone so nice and welcoming. Specially, Ika and Kakha.

One of the best locations in the city with a stunning view out the balcony, very delicious and fulfilling food with such nice service. Props to “super duper” kakha.

Everything is good. Good value for money.
There is a nice terrace and the stuff is very helpful. The only disadvantage is that the bathroom has a damp smell.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Balanchine. The hotel was comfortable with a roof top lounge, the hospitality was 10/10 and the meal we just enjoyed was the best.

Stayed there on 14th April 2025
Great experience.
We had to change our plan during our Georgia road trip. Hotel owner kindly accommodated our request for check in a day before.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.

Charming and stylish hotel with a retro aesthetic was very comfortable and attractive. Breakfast was one of the most amazing included hotel breakfasts we have ever had.

Lovely villa, lovely rooms with ensuite bathrooms and lovely staff.

Very clean, quiet. Wonderful terrace and lobby. The kitchens inside and on the terrace are equipped with everything you need.
Attentive and friendly staff. The interior is aesthetically pleasing.
