We had such a great stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and made to feel at home. Diana, our host, took care of everything for us from start to finish.

This hotel is mostly used by guests who take hot tube procedures with radon water in the health spa center, located in 10 minutes walking from here.

The hotel is in the very center, convenient to a park with springs, a bazaar, and shops. The rooms on the 2nd floor, ours with a balcony, are very comfortable.

Nice Stay in Tskaltubo.
Tskaltubo Plaza Hotel is a pleasant, well-located base near the town’s mineral baths and park. Rooms are clean and spacious, with balconies and good light.

Had a great stay in this hotel. It's in a good location right in the town centre, but still quiet with lots of green space around. Facilities are very good.

The Cave of Premetheus is a very beautiful cave, I recommend it to everyone.

We went as a family. The guest house is very good, with beautiful nature around. Rooms are comfortable, clean. Everything you need is there. There is a nice lake next door.

Very nice location, in the heart of the city. But the building is very old, rooms have old furniture. Supportive staff, they provided extra bed without extra charge.

Definitely worth a visit — beautiful vistas, 4 different types of spring water on free unlimited taps, and a natural indoor spring bath with sauna/steam baths.

The New Sairme resort is excellent in everything! We vacationed with our family in 2023 in September. I liked it very much and hope that this trip will not be the last.

Interior was pretty and modern indeed. Food was not good as I imagined but I guess it’s Intended for people undergoing treatment, so it not that big of a deal.

Overall, the hotel is nice, clean with good food. However, the rooms are really small, the Wi-Fi is poor, and there’s no air conditioning.

I was the only guest, winter and they made sure to make the room very nice and warm. The place is super clean, with a big kitchen as well.

Good hotel. Neat on the outside, cozy on the inside. Quick check-in. Hearty breakfasts, no frills, but there is a choice. Gels/shampoos are one-time daily. Cleaning.

Our family of four spent amazing time in Tchaltubo. And significant part of it was place where we choose to stay. Very friendly stuff, almost like a family, delicious authentic food.
