Small room, but clean as sufficient for my needs. Somewhat noisy as there is little soundproofing. (Having earplugs can help if ure a light sleeper). The view from my room was lovely.

For the price and considering the location, a normal guesthouse (this is not a hotel! ).
The rooms are in good condition. But the cleaning is not very thorough if you are very picky.

Room is nice and large and warm. Bathroom is downstairs used by the whole family. Washing machine to use. It was a comfortable stay in a nice location.

This guest house was an excellent option for my stay in Kutaisi. I met some nice people there, including the house owners (I suppose) who were friendly and helpful as well.

I wouldn't call it a hotel, more like guest rooms. The house where the family lives, they have rooms for guests, clean and tidy. Bathroom in the room, shared kitchen.
