Hello I took a room a few weeks ago at your House that I paid directly to the reception off the ENDEMAIN in the day I see myself taken from 42nd surprised and being not from the corner I therefore come back to your hotel asked for explanations and I am told that either saying there would be a cushion on the memory floor and that I would have left with that the maid did not lhad to find out in the room put to by the 2 bed cushion and those on the wardrobe there was nothing by you being and I can not find its no more correct to leave headset by you being for customers so being give that I had no suitcase nor bag I them and so di to call me a manager who besides was to rate (I have information at my 2nd visit) but did not say anything I di I wanted a refund that he had to watch the camera having nothing stolen. 30MIN after I was called to tell ME that it was a mistake on their PART that SPOT said he would find the cushion in the room (while when I left I even look under the bed if I had nothing to forget. ) and their returned a rib 1 so that they draw me back stuffing a week always passes nothing new I turn myself (typing toll and road) for the Lady to tell me is the seat to the Defense has Paris that manages her that she could not do anything even no commercial gesture and no excuse to accuse me of stealing! Hotel to avoid that e faithfully not at all their new customer.

Good hotel. Own. Good breakfast. It would just lack shutters so as not to be awakened by the day.

Comfortable hotel for the price you pay. The rooms have most amenities that you would find in a 3 star hotel. But the room I stayed in was quite small. Good enough for a couple of nights but would not suggest this for longer stays. The bathroom is big enough with a decent sized shower. Beds are comfortable. The staff at the reception is very friendly and welcoming. There are quite a few restaurants around the hotel. Sufficient parking space available.

The content of the breakfast buffet deserves to be expanded. A little light compared to the same range of competition (IBIS).

Chalhappy home and hotel completely renovated, the rooms are well equipped and the bed is comfortable, no external nuisance, we spend a good night!

Staff very friendly, good halfway stopover for the southwest France trip, the rooms are clean and tidy the plus point for this hotel is tea and coffee /drinks in the room. Good food places near but book if your traveling on Friday night. Best place to eat is the Au Bureau short walk from hotel. The staff very friendly and food excellent.

The rooms were basic and small, but clean and OK for a stopover when en route, just as expected for the price. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus and worked well. Continental buffet breakfast for 8E/adult (4/child) had lots of choice and was restocked regularly. The breakfast area was noticeably hotter than the rest of the hotel being in a conservatory. The site (whilst on an industrial estate) did seem to have an assortment of bars/restaurants to choose from.

A great hotel for a great price. The staff was very friendly and the room was perfect.
