There is carpet in the room that is horrible, dirty and very old. I can not recommend this hotel.

Hotel at the exit of the highway, near shopping mall. Free parking. Unfortunately, I did not find the cleanliness impeccable, both in the hallway and in the room. The carpet must be absolutely changed because it is very old. The value for money on the dates I stayed was still acceptable.

Hello arrived a little ahead of schedule, we had to pay 35 euros of fast checking that my mother arrived 10 minutes later did not have to pay.

After a stay of 3 nights in step evening I enjoyed the nice smiling staff at the restaurant as well as the breakfast. I liked the rooms under renovation upgrading the wall type big droplet the carpet a bit aged as well as a big enough water damage on the toilet wall I was a little disappointed.

Je ne peux pas me prononcer sur les chambres et la cuisine, par contre sur le personnel, le lobby et le service. Donc mon passage d'une après-midi m'a permis de rencontrer un personnel souriant et dynamique. C'est un endroit propre et lumineux, facile d'accès avec un grand parking.

The hotel is pretty good. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and the entrance was quick. Very comfortable beds and perfect location especially for a stop on the way.

We spent two nights BW Alexander Park in Chambery. We were greeted by the receptionist with a smile and "I remember you! Here's your key! " The receptionists are a definate cut above average here, the room was clean, the restaurant was a welcome sight on a cold, rainy evening. This was our second stay here. We extended our stay by one night due to bad weather conditions along our route. We inquired at the reception desk and the extension was taken care of quickly. We will stay here again on our next trip to the South of France later this year. That's the best recommendation possible a traveller can give!

Ok, but the room smelt very badly of old cigarette smoke.

Nice hotel. Spacious rooms, maybe a little old in the decoration and furniture. Nice staff and ok restaurant. Convenient location just next to the motorway and to a shopping mall. Will definitely go back when passing through Chambéry… If there are good offers.

Breakfast… we are more in a budget ibis than in a 4 star to be honest. Served until 9:30, I thought it was a bit limited when arriving at 8:30.
This is correct but does not deserve 4 stars compared to the catering service. It's a business hotel actually.

I stayed one night on August 13th.
Three adults
The room was perfect.
We had lunch and dinner at the diner.
The staff were great and very humorous.
We ate well.
Just a little remark for the management… redecorating the rooms.

Very satisfying stay of one night, during a passage on Chambéry.
The hotel is not located in the most pleasant place in the world (in the heart of a shopping area) but the access is easy and the parking is private and closed at night, which is appreciable.
No complaints about the reception, very courteous, nor about the various formalities, very quickly made.
We had opted for a superior room, very spacious and especially very quiet. The noise from the outside is very good. A double door at the entrance also ensures a good soundproofing in relation to the hallway.
The bedding (king size) is very good bill, we had a very good night.
Small note (and flat) : We chose a superior room to be sure to have a non-smoking room. It would be very nice to also be able to choose a standard non-smoking room (which I do not think is possible at the moment).
Breakfast very rich and varied, including a nice pistachio brioche (gourmet mode on). The price is perhaps a little high (14, €90) but it is possible to book a room with breakfast included at an acceptable price.
A very positive balance in the end for this stay.

Every year we stop with the bus for a night at BW Alexander Park when doing a Europe Ramble Tour with a group of Rotary Youth Exchange students.
Really nice reception, rooms, beds, a pool for swimming and the good food in the restaurant. Lots of space at the parking.
The breakfast is one of the richest and so tasty.
This evening we are coming again.

Require a car, taxi or bus. Bus service to airport only Dec to Mar. Out of town center — too far to walk. Rooms adequate.

Terrible surrounding and low range 4 star.

Home insignificant, at dinner I asked for an opinion on 2 types of wine offered and the server m replied that he knew nothing and was not inquire, cleanliness of the room poor, carpet change and bathroom to suck as many hair from the previous tenant, and the pom-pom, at the time of settlement of my room at 7: 30 am, 20 mins of waiting, I arrived late to my meeting, in short, for a 4 star hotel, I vote for zero pointed especially at the price of 177€ per night! Unacceptable!
