Second stay in this hotel, the reservation is done quite normally, very good communication by mail.
The hotel is really quiet, the rooms are rather small, the bedding is correct.
Staff very attentive and very polite.

Very good hotel, very clean, cozy and very good breakfast. Very friendly people.

A little soft bedding. But a very good home. It was not possible to eat (because it was Sunday night? ) but flunchs in the vicinity. Simple and nickel breakfast.

From the time we arrived till the time we left all we smelled was smoke. We were in a non smoking room however people close but were smoking in the hall and right outside our windows. We left the hotel smelling as if we were at a bar all night. We also left with lil bites on us. I would look into seeing if bed bugs might be a problem at this establishment. Also my bed sheets were stained. I was not happy at all with my stay my husband didn’t sleep good at all and we had an 8 hr drive ahead of us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Bedding very good, clean hotel, but not very recent nor very well presented (especially the stairs and hallways). Reception varies according to the staff present.

Good value for money, easy to park, good dinner, full breakfast, friendly boss, medium room and a little noisy. Overall good for a professional stay.

Welcome home. Very small family room but for a stop on a long road it was enough. It's clean enough. There was no chandelier so the brightness was average. The whole remains satisfactory.

I tried to book this place during the holidays for a short visit in Chambery. I need to apply a french visa, and a fax file of confirmation is needed. However my credit card was rejected by citi since they thought it was fraud and I asked my banker to unblock the transaction, and tried with the card again. I explained in first email that my card was blocked. Maybe because I used same rejected card for twice, and they thought im fraud or what, they send me an email saying: “Toujours la même carte de credit a partir de demain vous etes en blacklist” I was so disappointed not because I didn't get the reservation but about their attitude. Very unprofessional and capricious.

Nice Hotel with a good price. A little ageing is a pity. Good for one night.

Came here for a professional trip I would come back to the private. The boss is very friendly, know his products and his area. The rooms are clean and functional, what more to ask? I would recommend this hotel for people on the move or stopover on Chambéry.

Great hotel that allowed us to rest without problems! Clean, quiet and with a comfortable bathroom.

Perfect reception in German language (the owner worked in Swabia for years) speaks English and French, the rooms are small, for that everything is needed. The food is very good, for France cheap and the breakfast buffet very extensive. However, this is not included in the booking price. All in all for France very satisfactory. Even extra requests such as bicycles secured, would be fulfilled with a downright eerie self-evidentness. Gladly again. Lg.

Conveniently located hotel when you are transiting. Prices are reasonable and there is free private parking. The room was small and smelled funny otherwise fine.
