Very nice and clean Hotel with very friendly staff. Only flaw: For those arriving with the car, it is difficult to find a place to stop to unload the luggage, and it is then slightly complicated to reach the parking.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The elevator's tired. The rooms are very good. Disappointed by the well being space with a sauna for 2 and a spa which is actually a very shallow and not very hot pool. The breakfast buffet is OK. But it matches the correct price.

It's a mouth. Contemptuous and haughty welcome! And to finish in beauty alarm clock at 8:00 in the morning by a concert of non stop Hammers, not some noises, not a concert of non stop Hammers.
Not to mention the level of benefits of the rooms that are more of the minimum, and the general state that reflects the lack of maintenance and cleanliness.

I thought I ralaxer a weekend. But not at all! There is no spa, it's a cold pisci, without whirlpools, Javai cooler in the water than outside, you have to ask for permission to go to the small sauna, so come out, soaked, and passed in front of the bar and the lobby of the hotel in a swimsuit and Bathrobe… it's not at all well arranged. I Avai decided to take this hotel because there was this little more ' spa ', and Ba Tres disappointed. No parking, you have to add €10 a day, elevator to shit. Fortunately the breakfast was drinkable otherwise its would have finished me. For one night at €150, flee. Jne Room ' comfort ', tiny, minimum bathroom… Positive Points: Cleanliness and warm welcome. On the other hand for the start, no advice asked, just: then the ticket parking €10 and the tourist tax €3, its you need €13 please… thank you welcome back… Ok BA Otherwise we will not come back.

Very nice WE in this hotel! Good location (2min walk from the train station). Spacious room, clean, city view:) Very cosy and quiet relaxation area. Great breakfast:) and top staff, attentive, polite, friendly, small care for their customers!
PS: Luggage storage available, very convenient.

Was there only for a reunion, perfectly clean, enjoyable service at the bar, and the overall atmosphere felt nice.

We stayed for one night here as a stop over on the way home. We booked a four star hotel for a little bit if luxery but the hotel is far from that. We were told on arrival that we had been upgraded which we were thrilled with but on entering the room it hadn't been hoovered, was dusty and the shower wansn't cleaned properly. I went and told the front desk staff who came and cleaned for us but no apology. On the plus side it is close to the centre and the breakfast was good but expensive at €15 each. Not a four star stay.

Great hotel for location close to the old town and for quality of the rooms, the pool is a bit small and is crowded but the sauna (brand new) is great especially if it freezes out.

The pool water was not very hot and the sauna did not work.
I found hair in the shower stuck in the faucet.
And the wall was not very well insulated and it spanked cold in the room.

Second best hotel in chambery.

Second stay at this property. Excellent value for money. Very responsive staff. Great breakfast, nice pool.

Hôtel superbement placé. A proximité du centre piéton de Chambéry. Les chambres sont confortable petit bémol sur les salles de bain un peu vétuste.

Comfortable bedding, clean room set nice by cons little hassle parking. Breakfast a little pricey.

Very good hotel, the pool is great, the breakfast was perfect, very nice room, staff very nice, great stay I really recommend this hotel!

The rooms are a little small but the rate very content
The indoor pool is just wonderful and allows you to forget the small faults of the breakfast (no scrambled eggs/medium coffee)
The noise is perfectly filtered: apart from the scooters and motorcycles to the non-homologated pots that tear the night: not a sound …
We keep the address to return regularly so the adjoining rooms are practical with young children.

It calves a hotel 3 etoile. Even the breakfast desevent. For 15 euro. Bofer. Not even juice of orange prese.

I have spent a night in the suite of the hotel I had a lift of water of the toilet in the bathroom as a commercial gesture I was offered a cocktail on my next visit ever to this hotel for me!

Not bad but I expected better. I was told that I was upgraded on arrival. I didn't realize.

Not able to take advantage of the pool! A shame, because elleme seemed very nice. For info it is open until 23 hours. A rare thing. Very good breakfast. Brief report quality unbeatable price. Very well located, close, hyper centre. I recommend.

It is far from the promise announced. Without self-proclaim boutique hotel, leaving hope for a certain standard, perhaps the disappointment would be less. No product home if this is a small bottle of water kindly offered at check-in and a tea/coffee tray in the room or nada. I have also had the experience of traces of limestone on the faience of the bathroom. And the palm : blackout drapes / curtains velvet heavy I réjouïssais, but it is clear that if they do not adhere to the walls adjoining, they are not very useful. The tiny room is not worth that price. No cupboard. Besides the tiles are not made. Dismal.

For me this hotel does not deserve 4 stars! The pictures on the site and when we get strictly nothing to do! Got home the first thing that we are given 2 small bottles of water. We arrived in the room there is the disappointment. I took a comfort double room, the bed was small, the ventilation of the room cannot be stopped, the view in full on major building and the stairwell with a MOP on the floor, bread and full of junk. The bathroom, no handle to open the door. We wanted to go to the pool first not available bathrobe, then either saying heated, not really, and yet the site said between 27 ° and 30 ° was well below, the water was so javellise that I came out a little irritated.
