Hotel in accordance with what is indicated on the internet. Clean, hygienic hotel, the staff communicates with each other and the information is well transmitted, everyone is pleasant and smiling. The abuse offered is at the top. Ideal for a relaxing weekend. We'll be back soon.

Although the towels had been replaced, our room had clearly not been fully cleaned. There were hairs in the tiny bathroom, the carpet had not been vacuumed (and was stained), there was a layer of dust on everything, the underside of the toilet seat had nasty splatters on it, the bathroom counter was dirty, and the room smelled musky. It was like the maids only replace the towels. Even our sheets had a dark hair in them. It was really gross.

Hotel in the middle of the city in Chambèry, I stayed in a not very spacious but clean and quiet "chalet" room. Kind welcome and prepared staff with whom I could communicate in both English and Italian.

We stayed two nights at the hotel Inter-hotel des Princes. We arrived on Thursday 10 may 2018 to 15: 30 and were off on Saturday morning around 11am. The hotel we suggested we park at the parking lot of city hall located a few meters from the site so we have a better parking fee. Positioned in the heart of the historic city centre, it enjoys an extraordinary position in Chambéry. We have been fortunate to be able to do our activities on foot without the use of a single time in the car. Monuments, shops, bars, restaurants all is near. The chamber 65 is comfortable and air-conditioned, simply decorated, but cozy. A large bed greets us and we are satisfied with its quality after dark. The room is equipped with a bathroom and a separate toilet. Towels, soap, shower gel-schampoing, hair dryer are provided. We can put our business in a large closet at the entrance of the room and use a small desk, a TV with Canal+. We have chosen the option breakfast. We find things every day, coffee, tea, fruit juice, bread, brioche, fruit, pancakes, and the savory for fans in the form of a buffet. If the originality and the quality can be improved, we just well may be. The little more of the stay that we highly appreciated : private access 45-minutes at the SPA. We recommend staying in this hotel full of qualities and that is highlighted by the professionalism, hospitality, and kindness of ALL employees that we encountered.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits à l'hôtel Inter-hôtel des Princes. Nous sommes arrivés le jeudi 10 mai 2018 vers 15h30 puis sommes repartis le samedi matin vers 11h. L'hôtel nous propose de nous garer au parking de l'hôtel de ville situé à quelques mètres du site afin nous faire bénéficier d'un meilleur tarif de stationnement. Positionné au cœur du centre-ville historique il jouit d'une position extraordinaire à Chambéry. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir faire nos activités à pieds sans avoir recours une seule fois à la voiture. Monuments, boutiques, bar, restaurants tout est à côté. La chambre 65 est confortable, une décoration simple mais cosy. Un grand lit nous accueille et nous satisfait par sa qualité une fois la nuit tombée. La chambre est équipée d'une salle de bain et d'un toilette séparé. Les draps de bain, savon, gel douche-schampoing, sèche cheveux sont fournis. Nous pouvons ranger nos affaires dans un grand placard à l'entrée de la chambres et se servir d'un petit bureau, d'un télévision avec Canal+. Nous avons choisis l'option petit déjeuner. Nous trouvons des choses de tous les jours, café, thé, jus de fruits, pain, brioche, fruits, crêpes, et du salé pour les amateurs sous forme de buffet. Si l'originalité et la qualité peuvent être améliorées nous nous en contentons largement. Le petit plus du séjour que nous avons fortement apprécié : un accès privatif de 45 minutes au SPA.

We have been to the discovery of the city of Chambéry for three days. We spent a pleasant weekend at the hotel des Princes. The staff is small, caring, welcoming, smiling and attentive. The housekeeping impeccable, nothing to complain about. A time at the spa, very much appreciated. The breakfast is hearty and will salty/ sweet. The hotel des Princes offers a cosy setting, with a lot of charm, warm. It is ideally located in the centre of Chambery for the correct rates. If like us you want to discover this beautiful city, while having a good weekend relaxing then don't hesitate to come to the hotel des Princes.

As with every visit, very welcome, staff very caring, renovated room very nice, and finally full breakfast. Location of the hotel, in the centre of town with parking available. Go there with your eyes closed!

Discreet but not very central.

Great location Right next to the elephant fountain. Clean room, toilet separated from the bathroom, C is a plus. Two proposals for breakfasts, very good for small appetites.

Not fantastic aesthetically and exaggerated costs on everything (not even the free breakfast as they say by phone)

It was a very nice hotel. Nice mountain theme room with good bedding. Correct price. No complaints.

I put 4 stars, the reception service and the rooms are on top top, only downside spa scheduled at 7pm, and I lost 15 min to wait staff come and open the access to the spa.

Super noisy; be aware sleeping at night is not guaranteed due to non-isolated rooms where you hear everything of your neighbours.

Great staff. Delicious morning coffee. CNN in English, but TV often has poor signal issues. Rooms are very clean. Parking garage near bye. Just stop at front desk for special rate card.
