Unfortunately, everything is very rocked. Partially makeshift repairs. Not really clean…

The mattress and pillows are a shame. Might as well not provide them instead of putting this on! We arrived and cleaning was more than just botching! The dishwasher walked once on 2 we do not ask for a 4 star but at the price we disburse you can invest in the correct bedding and household appliances!

The staff at the reception is very friendly and listens to solve any problem. The residence is a 200 meters from the slopes and well located in the resort (not far from the shops, etc). On the other hand the apartments are a little unspoken and not very well insulated speaking. The apartments deserve a shot of refraichissement.

Visiting for the week on a ski trip, decent accommodation for the price have most things that you need. There are essentials that you would expect from hotels missing like; a cooker, towels (can be brought for €9 at reception), and we could only have a shower as the bath just leaked water through the plug. The heating on the other hand is great. There is a storage room under the building where you can keep your equipment if you need to. There are many restaurants and shops within a short walk.

We found a lot of glitter in the apartment, a pair of socks in the couch and a cup under the bed.
If not the reception is perfect, the employees are very helpful.

Nice place to be in the summer, flat 3 is one of the two 8 beds in the hotel, the top floor has no window, so no air at all, terrible, and is a half basement as the windows opens directly to the ground. If you come to this hotel don't take room 3, I really hope they will put a window on that top floor. The pool is really good and clean and warmed to 30 degrees which is amazing, the staff are very kind specifically Cloe. Well done.

Ideally located and clean but functionally it lacks some details such as towel doors a little furniture in the rooms to store the business and more modern plates to get to eat as you have to take 2 h in advance to have Rice or pasta and meat ready for dinner. But it's still worth it because we're really in the center of the resort.

Apartment 6 people well made and spacious. Good team. Pool small contrairememt has the photo of the ad. Very nice location.

Well located in the ski lift station 100 to 200 m approx. Trade near free public parking next door.

Blah blah, a bit expensive for the residence… Even with a rate negotiated with a low-cost travel site…

Fair price. Good place if you are on a budget. In walking distance to Jandri Express (ski lift).

Perfect location, basic standard — just what you need on a good ski trip.
